Pushing the boundaries of Budget Safari
Babooon Budget Safari was the first to submit its quotation to us in response to our queries on safari in Kenya. From then on, Jemimah continued to accompany us. She was excellent in providing relevant information and solving problems (such as challenges in paying advance from Bangladesh over credit card). The safari accommodations, within the budget, were very good - always close to safari sights and warm with friendly staff. My wife and I always felt safe and relaxed. The safari vehicles (Jeeps) are eight-seaters - so it's important to negotiate with fellow passengers to rotate seating positions (a middle seat at the last row has numerous challenges). The drivers were experienced and responsible in meeting our needs. However, it's important to workout a communication with the driver, so that he may stop the car to let you observe and take photos of your preferred residents of Savannah :)

Saddam, the guide, was very friendly. He did all efforts for the group to feel satisfied.
We chose two nights (three day) trip.
The guide and driver was always on time
First day was tiring but adrenaline peak showing the animals and heart felt nature fixed the mood
Second day was more charming and cozy, eating lunch under tree, getting chance to meet new people and later at the camp evening was unique experience
Only at the budget camp, were not informed before that power is not in all rooms, and it goes off at 2000
Water for shower was also challenging
Overall, if you are in group and staying one or two nights it does not affect the experience

Luca's wildlife knowledge is outstanding, we got to see Lions, Buffalo, Hippos, Elephants, Zebras, Wild dogs, Hyenas, Leopards, just to mention few. He is also a professional photographer, so he always placed the vehicle on the perfect spot with great lighting to get great shots. His team was always ready to help you and greet you with a wonderful smile and professionalism. The camp sites excellent and always clean. We had outstanding meals! You forgot you were camping due to the excellent atmosphere and kindness. Your job is to be kind, on time and enjoy it!! Lucas and his team do the rest!! No words to express my gratitude.

When you get a guide like Tom who has a great connection with his clients you are guaranteed a great experience all round. He has a vast knowledge of the country and especially knowledge of the animals on safari. He will try his best to ensure you get to see the animals and wildlife, which he definitely did with our group! I will treasure getting to know him and making the trip one I will never forget. Our 7-day group adventure with Shengena Adventure
My friends and I booked our Tanzanian safari with Shengena Adventure, and what we got wasn’t just a vacation, it was a soul-stirring, laugh-filled, wonder-filled experience that none of us will ever forget. Our guide, Makundi, instantly became part of the crew. Playing equal parts wildlife expert, Swahili teacher, DJ, and storyteller, he somehow managed to quell the energy of our chaotic group, while simultaneously pointing out a leopard sleeping in a distant acacia tree as if it were no big deal. His love for Tanzania and its wildlife was infectious. An unexpected highlight was visiting a local village. This wasn’t a tourist attraction, it was a genuine cultural exchange that gave us all a deeper appreciation for the people and traditions of Tanzania. It was transformative.

Had a great experience with Charles and Nestory. They looked after us like family. We did the 6 day lemosho route up Kilimanjaro with their team and everyone played such a crucial part in the journey to the summit. This was a once in a lifetime experience and the team at Zanzi Trekking and Safaris are one of the best out there. Would definitely recommend doing this trip with this team!
