Best experience I could ask for
Our driver Festo was an extremely friendly and easy going, he had a solution for anything we needed even before getting into the parks. He's very knowledgeable about wildlife and local culture so you could also learn a lot. We stuck with his recommendations for how to use the time and got to see more than we expected.

Chris is one of the best tour guides!
Chris and the team were such warm and effective tour guides. They made very clear they were responsible for us at all times, which I appreciated as it reminded me that I was not just representing myself in Africa, but I was representing Chris and his team as well. They were perfect professionals, they were fun to talk with, and carried with them deep knowledge of their respective country’s histories, and the animals we would be seeing. On top of that they had such genuine enthusiasm and reverence for the animals themselves. I learned so much about everything we saw. We were taken to such incredible and unforgettable places. I saw the true majesty of Africa through their guidance. We even saw an extremely rare species of leopard. I knew it to be a genuine rare sight when I saw just how excited Chris was to see it himself. That level of authenticity is rarely shown on tours. Chris and his team make an unforgettable trip!

Exceptional
I would definitely book with them again, both with Didas and our guide (who spoke Spanish), Michael. From the first moment to the last, the service was incredible. As soon as we arrived, we needed to exchange money, and they didn't hesitate to take us to an office with a better rate. Didas was very attentive to all our needs, very efficient, and responded to our messages quickly. He also resolved any problems that arose.
Our guide Michael was a 10 out of 10 in every way. He was very punctual, attentive, friendly, and always tried to make sure we had a great time. He did everything he could to ensure we saw all kinds of animals during the safari. I would definitely book with them again.
We went there for our honeymoon and they personalized the Ferris wheel tarp with our wedding logo. They have water and soft drinks available whenever you need them, and the food is very good

Outstanding service and communication
Our safari by MoAfrica tours was absolutely perfect. Ruben was helpful, in constant communication and his reccomendations were spot on. We stayed at Kapama Karula and it was the nicest place we have ever stayed (and that is a lot!) The service, food, and especially the guides were wonderful. We saw the big 5 and all of the big 5 babies too. Food was 5 star. This turned out to be a good package and it was all we hoped it to be. Definitely a bucket list adventure!

The entire trip is amazing, and we watched many beautiful animals in many national parks. David is very supportive before and during the trip. Whenever something happens in the trip, we can communicate with him to resolve it. This makes our trip has a better and joyful experience. The guide in Tanzania, Godfey, is super professional. He is very patient and shared interesting knowledge about animals and cultures. We can feel his passion on this job. As we are bird watchers, he stops the vehicle if we spot some interesting birds, and he searches for the field guide to show us what kind of bird it is. He also drives very safely during the entire trip in Tanzania. We really appreciate it. We believe he is one of the best guides.
I also would like to suggest few points that can be improved in the future, and I believe the agency is proactive to take these suggestions seriously to make the trip even better: (i) To prevent inconsistent understanding for the arrangements, provide more details in the itinerary before the trip. Clients may have different understanding on the "group trip", for example, transportation arrangements between two points and how the schedule adjusts accordingly. (ii) Appropriate accommodation options: We understand the group trip needs to coordinate with different travelers. An upgraded hotel we chose is far from the other one for other travelers, which makes everyone’s schedule not easy to be coordinated. Perhaps, limiting the upgraded accommodation options to ensure they are in the proper distance can resolve it. Or, ask the clients if they want to stay longer or shorter in their accommodation. For example, we would like to stay in our upgraded hotel with a longer duration, but we need to wake up early because we need to drive to the other accommodation for other travelers in the same group. If more details can be provided before the trip, we may be able to coordinate it better. (iii) One guide is unprofessional: The contracted guide in Kenya we met is an unsafe driver, who takes over the car even the opposite lane is not clearly visible. He does not elaborate much during safari and has some unprofessional behaviors. Fortunately, he has been dismissed to be the guide, so no worry about this point for the future clients.
In summary, I recommend this safari agency as they provide a good and comforable experience for us, and they can resolve the problems during the trip with communications.

An Unforgettable Safari Experience - Highly Recommended
My girlfriend and I just returned from a safari with Akondo Adventures and it genuinely exceeded every expectation we had.
From the very first day, the team showed us what kind of company they are - I lost my wallet shortly after arrival and Boris went out of his way to help me sort everything out. That kind of personal care and genuine support is rare and it set the tone for the entire trip.
The camps were absolutely stunning. Beautifully located, comfortable and with a real sense of being immersed in the wilderness rather than just visiting it.
Our guide Richard and his driver were outstanding - deeply knowledgeable about the wildlife, ecosystems and local culture, while remaining respectful, patient and great company throughout. You could tell this wasn't just a job for them.
Communication before and during the trip was smooth and reliable and the value for what was delivered was excellent. Every detail felt considered.
If you're looking for a safari experience that combines professionalism with genuine warmth, Akondo Adventures is the one. We are already talking about coming back.

Trip of a Lifetime
Thank you Michelle for putting our trip of a life time together for us. It was perfect. From the places we stayed to the food we ate and the people we met, we could not have been more pleased. The 4 camps were above and beyond all expectations. I can't believe how close we were to the wildlife and how much we experienced. I especially liked all the baby animals on Mothers Day. Celebrating our anniversary of 20 years was beautiful. We will not hesitate refering more friends and family through you so they too can enjoy Africa in style.

From start to finish this has been a truly fantastic experience. Recommended by a friend and so glad we used these guys. From 1st email to drop off back in Nairobi this was a stress free experince. Dan was the best driver/ guide and made sure we had everything we needed at all times. He put up with my false animal sighting and being told to acha alot. (Stop). Accommodation and food has been brilliant. Fav has been serena sweetwater and Zebra Royal. . Serena was fav overall due to seeing Rhino, zebra , giraffe and buffalo all within 5mins of being there and i loved sleeping in the tent. ( they put hotwater bottles in the bed at night). Dan found us lion cubs, cheetah, lepard and all the others in btween. This has been the most magestical ( kiwi word lol) holiday ive ever done. Cant wait to come back. Ol pajeta and Masi Mara are the best reserves in my opinion. Xo
