unforgettable safari experience
For some years it was high on my list to go with my daughter (13 years old) travelling, let her see elephants in tarangire . This year was the year, we went to Tarangire, serengeti, ngorongoro crater with Kilimanjaro budget safaris in Tanzania and it was an unforgettable experience. For me to see how my daughter is experiencing her great adventure, I will never forget it and I am very grateful for having these memories now. I booked a private safari of 5 days 4 nights, wiliam was our guide and driver, we were fortunate to be in his company, we not only enjoyed his professionality but also we had a very good time together and I thank him so much for giving us this experience! We visited 4 parks and masai culture,
Tarangire National Park, were we saw elephants for the first time! Ngorongoro Conservation Area (which is inside an unactive volcano) and Serengeti National Park, here my daughter also celebrated her 13th birthday at The Sound of Silence, at diner the entire Sound of Silence team came singing and dancing for her, you should see her face! After the Serengeti back on the East African Highway for an African massage hahaha, it is the worst highway in Tanzania, it is a very long dirt road), were we spent our last night at planet lodge. The next day we continued our journey to Zanzibar for more amazing experiences.

EXCELLENT!
We chose Akondo Adventures for our honeymoon and it was a great choice. From the very beginning, Boris made sure we had an itinerary tailored to our needs. Then Richard became our guide and he was excellent! We're so happy because Richard made sure we saw the Big Five! Plus, my dream was to see lion cubs and a baby elephant, and we did it thanks to him! He explained everything to us; our English isn't very good, but he spoke Spanish and we were able to communicate very well. He even taught us some Swahili words! We 100% recommend Akondo. They also helped us book the hot air balloon safari, which is a truly unique experience!

JungleRoam was quick and responsive from the beginning. Chesi did a great job communicating about all the options and prices that we can access to. They were really good adjusting to our needs even giving us a gluten-free diet. Once the journey started, we couldn’t ask for a better driver than Ken. He was very kind, always aware of our needs and willing to wake up early to contemplate the sunrise as the first ones in the different parks. I highly recommend SafariRoam and Ken as a driver.

We were so well looked after - every little detail was taken care of. We were met and welcomed at every point of travel, the entire trip was so smooth, encountered no issues whatsoever.
Ranger Buck Safaris picked the most superb eco lodge for us at Batleur Safari Camp in the Timbivati region in South Africa, undoubtedly the best, magical destination ever. We were celebrating our 40th anniversary and have travelled extensively over the years but both agreed this was our best escape ever! We were spoilt at the lodge on the day of our celebration!
Food was excellent. Lovely small, intimate camp and fabulous interactions with other guests. Gorgeous public area with an immaculate, modern kitchen where we could always help ourselves to snacks and drinks. Rangers and trackers were so knowlwdgeable and super friendly. We both were so, so sad to leave.
Great value for money. We travelled on to Cape Town after our safari where we had the most beautiful little suite at the President Hotel and again were looked after superbly by our driver. She met us from the airport and stayed with us till we left South Africa. Amazing trip.

My experience with Customise was fantastic! The response time from first request for a quote to finalization of details was very quick. Brian did an excellent job to make sure to answer all of my questions as quickly as possible. Everything was taken care of right from the pickup at the airport and with all transport thereafter right from the hotel. Everything was included in the tour price, including entrance fees to the national park for the game drive. I was exceptionally impressed with how hard Brian worked to help make everything on the tour go without any issues. When I first landed he let me know that the game drive may be cancelled as I was a solo traveller and a game drive needed minimum of two people. He however called many different companies to see if there was a different game drive I could join as I was not visiting for long enough to reschedule. He ended up finding one and I had a great time! Additionally I had wanted to add a visit to the Big Tree and even though my itinerary was very tight he found some time before the transport back to the airport. I was very impressed. Finally as a solo female traveller it can be intimidating, but I felt exceptionally safe the entire time, got to meet Brian’s family and would recommend this tour and company to others.

We were in Uganda with Firante treks for a 10-day safari that exceeded all our expectations. The itinerary planning allowed us to experience the very best of the country. We saw the gorilla in Bwindi and chimpanzees of Kibale in our whose memories we carry every day with joy.

A very knowledgeable and patient young man always willing to go the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying every moment.
