Amazing Experience from Start to Finish

A well-organised and unforgettable safari
We did a 9-day tour with Savannah Sound Safaris as a group of 17 people, traveling in three separate jeeps with three amazing drivers (Samuel, Duncan, and Nick). They were not only excellent drivers and knowledgeable guides, but also felt like friends throughout the journey. They genuinely cared about our experience and did their absolute best to make each day amazing. They kept the group on schedule while allowing enough flexibility for us to enjoy each moment and take great photos. There was never a sense of being rushed.
Before the tour, I wanted to travel from Nairobi to Mombasa, and even though this was not part of the package, the tour operator kindly arranged my tickets in advance. We had a member in our group with mobility issues, and the team ensured that the jeep was accessible and comfortable for them, making the journey much easier.
Considering everything we experienced, the incredible wildlife, the accommodation, the comfort, and the flexibility to choose locations, the value for money was excellent.
Our driver, Samuel, was fantastic. Having done this for nearly 20 years, he had extensive knowledge about the animals, took the time to let us enjoy every moment, and was friendly, fun, and highly experienced. He was a very safe driver, which made us feel completely at ease.
I would definitely use this company again for a safari in Kenya and would love to travel with the same drivers and guides. They were reliable, went above and beyond, and gave us an unforgettable experience.

Really well prepared and interested in satisfying the client
I had a wonderful time and the tour guide gave a lot of information about the animals. Also he wanted us to see as much as we could so he made the effort to move all around for our own benefit. It’s a perfect company for enjoy and learn at the same time.

We really loved the safari and got lots of great pictures. Guides and staff were all really good and knowledgeable. Accommodations were very good. Food was also great.

Wonderful Serengeti safari
We have just completed a wonderful fly-in, fly-out Serengeti safari with Shayona.
They were excellent from the very start. Helping to tailor-make the safari to meet our requirements (thanks, Ajay & Ritesh for all your great advice) including organising a great balloon trip for us. Thanks also to Karim, our driver in Arusha.
Our guide during the safari was Rievo and he made sure that we had an unforgettable experience, getting so close to the amazing animals and ensuring that everything ran smoothly.

Well informed
As someone who enjoys independent travel, I was looking for a company that could provide a flexible and authentic experience. Abunda Discoveries Uganda exceeded my expectations. Edgar was an excellent guide,friendly, punctual, and always willing to answer questions. We visited Murchison Falls National Park, where I saw giraffes, elephants, and countless other animals. The falls themselves were spectacular. The trip felt personal rather than rushed, and I appreciated the attention to detail throughout the journey. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Uganda.

Such an amazing operator
My husband and I traveled to Uganda for our anniversary and chose Abunda Discoveries Uganda for a safari in Queen Elizabeth National Park. Our guide, Renatus, made the experience even better with his knowledge of wildlife and local culture. We saw elephants, buffaloes, hippos, and an incredible variety of birds. The Kazinga Channel boat cruise was one of our favorite activities. The tour was well organized, and we always felt safe and taken care of. We left Uganda with amazing memories and would definitely book with them again.

Well organised, excellent flexible execution
To safe time the safari was booked as a fly in and drive back to meet my specific requirements and interests. I had to change the itinerary completely last minute due to flight issues and Samson's Safaris team was excellent in providing a tailored solution promptly without compromising on quality or breadth of the original itinerary.
My assigned driver Sam was funny and a great road companion throughout while making every effort to maximise return on my time and he managed to find the big cats I was eager to see.
