We had a great time with our guide, Shelton. From the time he collected us at our lodge and throughout the trip, he was patient and answered all our questions. took great family pics and advised us the best viewing and pic spots.

I booked safari with jungle roam it was easy friendly staff we were so lucky to have robin as our super qualified guide he know all the route to every park we managed to spot all the animals I can’t wait to visit again thanks a lot robin and all jungle roam staff words is not enough to explain how great full we are

Nextgen Safaris is a professional and attentive tour operator that exceeds expectations.
My wife and I chose NextGen safaris to host our honeymoon in Uganda, but we were a bit nervous because it was our first time to Africa. From the first correspondence before the trip began to follow up emails after the trip was over, we felt comfortable, supported, and in completely capable hands. Benald, the head of the company, answered our endless questions was open to our many requests. He was professional and patient while preparing us for this trip. Our tour guide, Muwa, was warm and welcoming from the first meeting. He’s punctual and knowledgeable about a variety of topics pertaining to Uganda. His priorities were our safety, enjoyment, and alone time (since it was our honeymoon). From Safari gorilla trekking to local food and market trips to game drives, Muwa was in the background making sure that everything went smoothly. He also went above and beyond to make sure that the lodges that we stayed at adhered to our request of doing a bit of decorating in our rooms for that honeymoon feeling. Speaking of the lodges, they were exceptional. The staff members were kind and attentive. The rooms and scenery were beautiful, and the food was excellent. I could go on and on about how great the experience was, but I’ll just say that we’ll definitely use Nextgen Safaris when planning our next trip to Africa.

Our guide Reagan was exceptional, as we don't speak English, he dedicated himself to learning Portuguese and patiently guided us through 11 days in Uganda. Transfers airport to hotel and the safari from Nairobi to Malindi proceed as planned. Nelson was a good driver. In Amboseli and Tsavo east we saw a good amount of animals not so Tsavo west.

Our safari guide, Amniel, was truly experienced, professional, and kind. He drove very cautiously, especially in challenging conditions—such as the day we encountered heavy rain and many other cars got stucked in the road. Over five days, he guided us through stunning Tanzanian parks, where we saw breathtaking landscapes and an abundance of wildlife.
