This was an absolutely amazing journey. We visited three different national parks — Masai Mara, Lake Nakuru, and Hell’s Gate — and every part of the trip was perfectly organized.
All questions and requests were always handled in the client’s favor. Accommodation and meals were very good, and we felt well taken care of throughout the entire trip. The team was attentive, flexible, and professional.
They also helped us book train tickets to Mombasa and back, which made our overall travel experience even smoother.

Amazing safari
Diana Tanzania Safaris did provide a customized itinerary organizing airport transport, local hotel and safari with visits to Serengeti, Ngorongoro Crater, Tarangire and Lake Manyara national park. Every day was more than perfect, the driver/guide was verry knowledgeable and the day got even better with a chef providing fresh breakfast, packed lunch and dinner, with love!

The Booking Experience
The planning process was smooth and stress-free. Vanessa was easy to communicate with, provided fast responses, and gave us a very clear quote.
Patient & Non-Pushy: They invested a lot of time into meeting our specific requests without being pushy.
Problem Solving: When we had some minor trouble with our room, they provided instant feedback and resolved the issue quickly.
The Safari Guide
Our guide Lawrence was exceptional, balancing professional skill with a deep respect for nature.
Expertise: Lawrence is a safe driver with a great vehicle. He had good knowledge about the wildlife and was eager to share his expertese with the whole group. We were able to experience the Big Five, but also a lot of other animals, all of which are interesting, from small birds, antilopes, giraffes, etc etc. He was able to explain the behaviors and the scenes playing out with the wildlife and other insights to what we were experiencing.
Responsive: Communication was easy, and the guide was highly attentive to our wishes throughout the tour. We have been to other safaris in the past and Lawrence really stands out in his personality and ability to communicate.
Ethical: Lawrence showed great respect for the animals, ensuring we observed them without causing disturbance.
Problem solving: During a trip like this things happen, both with us and others we meet. Lawrence showed excellent ability to adapt to the situations we met. At one time another car got stuck in the mud, Lawrence was quick to join the effort to help them out, which we appreciated, next time it could be us. This approach seem to give him a good network of other operators and staff, seems to know everyone we met along the trip.
We are very happy with the experience and the adventures, they will stay with us for our whole lives. We warmly recommend Gemfinders to anyone wanting a great experience and a solid booking and guiding experience.
