A true bucket list experience thanks to Laurence!
5/5

I’m a traveler who has been to 61 countries all around the world, and this safari in Tanzania was, arguably, one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. A huge part of it is thanks to Laurence. His determination, persistence, and ability to spot wildlife ensured that we saw not only all of the Big Five, but so much more.

I had three guides during my 5-day safari. Luca was nice and professional while Pascal was incredibly knowledgeable and patiently answered all my questions about the animals, geography, as well as the culture and politics of this beautiful country.

But it was Laurence who made this safari spectacular! On our first day in Serengeti, we saw an incredible pride of lions, buffalos, giraffes, zebras, elephants, hippos, a beautiful leopard, and all kinds of antelopes and birds. By the second day, the only animal we were still hoping to find was the cheetah. After hours of searching, we still hadn't seen one. While many guides might have given up, Laurence stayed completely focused. I could see him scanning the horizon while constantly communicating over the radio with other guides. One word I kept recognizing was "Wachini... Wachini...", which turned out to be the word for cheetahs. Thanks to Laurence's determination, with less than an hour left before we had to leave, he finally located a mother cheetah with four cubs napping under a tree. They were incredibly close to our jeep, and we were even able to take selfies with them through the roof of the vehicle! Just spectacular!

The next day in Ngorongoro, we encountered a similar situation. We had seen everything except rhinos. Once again, I could hear Laurence talking on the radio, and the one word I kept recognizing was "Pembe... Pembe...", which of course means rhino. Eventually, he received word that two rhinos had been seen far from our location. He gave us the choice of continuing with a relaxed game drive or making a determined effort to reach the rhinos before they disappeared. We all chose to go for it. Laurence quickly and expertly navigated the rough, unpaved roads, getting us to what felt like the other side of the crater, and just before the rhinos disappeared over the horizon, we were rewarded with the incredible sight of a rhino pair strolling along!

On a safari, a great guide can make all the difference. I truly believe we saw all the Big Five and more because of Laurence's exceptional wildlife spotting skills and his determination to help us find every animal we hoped to see. If you're planning a safari and want to maximize your chances of seeing the Big Five, I highly recommend requesting Laurence. His dedication, enthusiasm, and persistence made this a true bucket list experience!

A truely authentic, emcompassing, pleasurable and inspiring safari experience!
5/5

I can't imagine a better way to see the wonders of the African wildlife and landscape than we had with Sam and his crew. Every detail was planned to enable the best viewing of the animals; a quiet, relaxing, comfortable camping experience; and beautifully prepared, delicious meals. The friendly staff went above and beyond in preparing the camp, pampering us and carefully catering to our individual tastes and needs. Sam's knowledge, expertise, competency and love for his chosen profession was so apparent. He is a natural at spotting and sensing the animals and finding obscure sites where we sat quietly, basking in the beauty of the animals playing, eating and interacting in their natural habitat. We wouldn't have changed any part of this incredible experience.

6 Days Best of Tanzania Safari Experience is amazing!!
5/5

My 14 year old son and I went on this trip together. At first there was a little concern, but Seven Wonders Safaris handled the whole tour so well that there were no problems. The guide Fadhili was very patient and treated my son well.
My son was always excited to see new animals. One day at Ngorongoro Crater, I saw the Lion Family, Hippos, and Flamingos together - truly unforgettable! The feeling of driving the game with the roof of the car open is amazing.
Accommodation, food and transport were all top notch. I made good friends with other members of the group.
In a word, I got much more than the right value of money. I'll be back very soon.

We had an amazing 4-day safari with Ease My Safari! Joel, the tour manager, was very responsive, communicative, and made the booking process smooth and stress-free. Our guide Joseph was knowledgeable, experienced, and always made us feel safe throughout the safari. The accommodations were comfortable, the itinerary was well organized, and every game drive and tour was enjoyable. From the time we were picked up to making sure we got to the airport safely, we thoroughly enjoyed our experience with Ease My Safari as they went above and beyond to ensure we had a smooth, enjoyable experience! We highly recommend Ease My Safari to anyone looking for a memorable experience.

Quick response and we were in safe hands

WhatsApp responses were fast prior to booking and throughout the one week we were with them. We went Lalibela, Gondar and Harar from Addis so there were multiple flights but everything went smoothly. The guides were all professional and friendly.

an incredible tour
5/5

Going on an African safari was at the top of my bucket list, and it absolutely did not disappoint. I went into the trip hoping to see the Big Five and visit Giraffe Manor, but I ended up experiencing so much more. The wildlife, the people, the camps and hotels, and the overall experience exceeded every expectation I had. We worked with Jose to plan the trip, and he took our ideas and turned them into an incredible itinerary. The only negative thing I can say is that communication when booking the trip can be better. There were a few miscommunications about the baggage allowance for the mini flights and the pdf that was provided wasn’t very clear. When we did ask for clarity, we were told to refer to the pdf which caused additional issues with the visas (the pdf said we could get an evisa but then told by the journey designer that they recommended we get it on site). Things like that should have been better for the amount we paid , however once we landed in Nairobi, the communication was significantly better. I think the back and forth between ourselves and the journey designer could have been avoided if there was an scheduled call to discuss. Other than that, I think the service we received was fantastic and the accommodations were incredible.

My husband and I spent 13 days around Kenya and Tanzania, 7 of which was on the safaris. In Kenya, we met up with Mose who made everything seamless from the moment we arrived. He arranged our airport pickup and organized a guide for our first day in Nairobi, helping us make the most of our time before heading to Giraffe Manor.

Our first day in Nairobi was spent touring the city with Alex, who took us to Snake Park and the Aquarium, the Kenyatta International Conference Centre, and Karura Forest. Alex was a fantastic guide and shared so much about Kenya's history, people, and tribes.

The next day, Moses drove us to the Sheldrick Wildlife Trust's Nairobi Nursery. We saw a baby zebra and its best friend, a black rhino, watched elephants play in the mud, and learned about the incredible conservation work being done there. Before leaving, my husband and I fostered a mischievous 3-year-old elephant.

We then spent the night at Giraffe Manor, which was everything I had hoped for and more. The service, food, and overall experience were exceptional. Since it was my birthday, the staff surprised me with a cake and sang Happy Birthday in Swahili. One of the highlights was waking up to giraffes outside our window waiting for treats before joining guests at breakfast. Getting to interact with them so closely was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience.

Our safari began in the Maasai Mara, where we stayed at Mara Bush Camp and were guided by the incredible John Tompoi. John went above and beyond to make sure we saw everything on our wish list, and within 10 minutes of landing, he had already helped us spot our first lionesses resting under the trees. Over three days of game drives, we saw lion prides, a cheetah take down an impala, elephants, giraffes, hippos, hyenas, zebras, buffalo, jackals, and more, with the leopard being the only animal that eluded us. Mara Bush Camp was equally impressive, with attentive staff, excellent food and drinks, and regular appearances from baboons, elephants, and hippos during our meals. Note the truck here did not have any frills aside for chargers but it was fine, cellular service worked great there. We only had one picnic breakfast during our time there which consisted of eggs to our liking, pastries, wines, beers. The one picnic breakfast was due to how close Mara Bush Camp was to the National Park and my request to eat breakfast at the camp, head out for a game drive, return for lunch and relaxation then another game drive.

Once we arrived in the Serengeti, we were guided by Yassin Kweka, who met us in a more modern truck - it had wifi, chargers, hand wipes etc. Yassin helped us check another item off our list by finding our first leopard. He also took us to see one of the famous lion trees, where several lions were lounging in the branches. We had incredible wildlife sightings throughout the Serengeti, including a lion and lioness on their "honeymoon." We stayed at the Melia Serengeti, which was a beautiful property with amazing views and service. Meliá is pretty far from Serengeti like 2 hours so all the lunches were picnic. I enjoyed them as they were always hot somehow, we’d have stews, soups, salads, and dessert. We also had coffee, cold water, wine, beers and juices available at all times. The only thing was that Melia kept forgetting to pack what we ordered but honestly what we requested was so basic I am kinda glad they forgot.

On our way to Ngorongoro Crater, Yassin made sure we had the opportunity to visit a Maasai village, even helping us with cash so we wouldn't miss the experience. We then stayed at Melia Ngorongoro Lodge, which was equally impressive. Ngorongoro gave us our final Big Five sighting when we spotted several black rhinos, including a mother and calf, as well as a male grazing surprisingly close to the road. We also had packed lunch here as well, and from I remember it was pretty good with stews.

The final safari stop was Tarangire National Park, where we stayed at the intimate Nimali Tarangire. The lodge was incredible and provided a perfect ending to our safari. The staff so attentive, they also sung happy birthday to us and brought out all the staff to do so even though we were the only ones there. While Tarangire was beautiful, it was hard to compete with the unforgettable experiences we had in the Maasai Mara, Serengeti, and Ngorongoro Crater. What I have to say about all these lodges is a lot of the camped ones we were the only ones there BUT the staff still went above and beyond. I really enjoyed chatting to each and every one of them every night after our game drive, learning about their lives and their interests.

We ended our trip with three relaxing days at The Palms Zanzibar, enjoying the Indian Ocean, incredible food, and a chance to unwind after an unforgettable adventure.

Exceptional at managing every single detail with high touch.
5/5

Jessica and the Dancing Zebra Safari Team put together the trip of a lifetime for us. Her recommendations on when and where to travel, lodging, and activities were all excellent and we had a seamless trip with exceptional service from both Jessica and team and from all the associated partners and vendors. We had a lovely visit to the Mto wa Mbu village on our way from Arusha to the Ngorongoro Crater. We loved Ngorongoro, then went to Central Serengeti, which was also fabulous. All along we stayed in Lemala lodging and received incredible service. Our last stop was Northern Serengeti, also outstanding! Our Safari driver was a wealth of knowledge about all the animals, birds, plants, and he knew every aspect of the land, and how to navigate us for the best possible experience with the wildlife. Jessica managed every detail of our journey with great thoughtfulness and care. She checked in regularly and was available anytime we needed her (and everything was so smooth we never did). This was an A+++ experience, and I would recommend Jessica and her exceptional team of partners to anyone and everyone interested in this amazing journey.
