Helpful, knowledgeable and patient with our needs.
We were a long time planning with Tailormade Africa due to an unforeseen move to the UAE. They offered great suggestions and were flexible in meeting our needs, which changed on several occasions. The reality of the Safari was everything that we had hoped for and more. The collection in Arusha went smoothly, the lodge on the first night was relaxing. The seven days & nights of safari that followed in Tarangire, Ngorongoro and the NortherN Serengeti were spectacular. Our guides and camp staff all added to the experience, we stayed in tented lodge Tarangire, a beautiful lodge near Ngorongoro and a mobile tented camp in the Serengeti, with wildebeest and zebra roaming freely around our tent. For anyone considering an African safari we could not recommend Tailormade highly enough. We had the big 5 ticked off within a couple of days. In Tarangire we were close up with a lioness in a hunt and male leopard. In the Northern Serengeti, we witnessed the migration in full flow, wildebeest and zebra for as far as the eye could see. river crossings, crocodiles, serval cat, elephants, prides of lions.

Fantastic experience!
We had an amazing experience from beginning to end with Pega tours. We had a slightly quirky itinerary and not much time, and they worked with us to arrange a perfect trip. John was a fantastic guide, so knowledgeable about the wildlife and all the books and crannies of the parks, and went out of his way (quite literally!) to show us all the gems and animals. The home stay with the owner is basic, clean and welcoming, with tasty food. We were so pleased that we ended up hiring out John as a driver all the way to rift valley as well, and we were very comfortable in the safari van on the scenic route. Thoroughly recommend!!!

Trip of a Lifetime
We just returned from a 8 day safari with Safari Soles. They helped customize an itinerary that was exactly what we wanted. Their communication was excellent and emails were answered within a day Mandela was our guide and he was superb! We saw all of the Big Five multiple times. Our accommodations were very comfortable and each place had staff that were very helpful. We highly recommend Safari Soles as a company and Mandela as a guide.

Outstanding Experience in South Africa
Our whole trip to South Africa was nothing short of sensational. It was the trip of a lifetime! The advice and recommendations from our travel expert Liezel Knott at Safari-online.com were outstanding. Liezel Knotts recommendations for accommodation, restaurants and game reserves were fantastic, we used them all.
It was the first time we have been to South Africa. We started in Cape Town. We stayed in the recently refurbished Intercontinental in Table Bay. It is in a handy position on the wharf. Our room was a suite overlooking the bay where we could see seals frolicking in the sparkling water, and the various activities on the wharf. While in Cape Town Liezel booked us a helicopter flight to view the gorgeous Cape Town coastline, Table Mountain and the various other mountains. The flight was at sunset on a beautiful sunny day. It was a great start to our Cape Town experience. We also did a sunset cruise, which was stunning, to see Cape Town harbour. During our few days we dined at stunning eateries such as Bobo's and Kloof Street House. A standout for us was The Chef's table at Beau Constantia.
After a few fun filled days in Cape Town embarked on a Safari in two Private Game reserves in the Kruger region. The first one was Amani, Klaserie Drifts reserves, it was extremely special. Beautiful location. Great staff and delicious fresh food. The stand out guide was Lola.Her knowledge and calm disposition elevated the whole experience. With the first two drives at the reserve we had seen the BIG five, and plenty of beautiful birdlife. We loved the early morning and early evening drives. We saw the rare Wild Dogs, hyena's, elephants, lions, a leopard, giraffes. It was spring and there were plenty of baby animals. We loved Amani in Klaserie Drifts som much we didn't want to leave, it was such a surreal, spiritual experience. It's a small camp and very personal. Cannot recommend this highly enough. we couldn't believe how close we got to the animals without upsetting them. Our photos are exceptional. The second amazing reserve we stayed at was Inyati in Sabi Sands,right next door to Richard Branst was a more traditional slightly larger lodge. The drives were incredible. There were no fences around our villa, the hippos and their babies liked to graze directly outside our room at night. The head guide Diff was lengendary, his knowledge and respect for the animals, second to none. Highly recommend. We left South Africa with full hearts and keep talking about when we might go back. We discovered it was more than ticking off the bucket list, it was discovering a magnificent expansive country with so much and more.
Liezel Knott is amazing to deal with when booking any trips or adventures in South Africa.

Could not ask for or find a better company
I have never left a review on any tour group before. However, I felt compelled to here because Jangwa was a truly amazing group. Not only did they set up an amazing trip, they went way above when the airline lost our bags (even though Jangwa had nothing to do with the airline booking or choice). While we continued our trip, they spent numerous hours working to find our bags and make sure that we were able to get those back while at the same time keeping our itinerary. They were extremely responsive during all aspects of the trip trip planning to after we returned, and they quickly responded to any issue we had arise. I cannot recommend this group highly enough.

Fantastic operator that accommodates to all your needs during the tour!
Toilo Tours is a fantastic company to go on a safari with! We went for the budget experience but the owner Julius upgraded us to a lodge for 3/4 nights! The tour guide Lewis was so informative and exceptional. I highly recommend anyone to do their safari with Toilo Tours. They are responsive, prioritise safety and good value for money.

Couldn’t have been any more perfect!
Esther planned an absolute exceptional trip for 6 of us through Namibia, Botswana and the Seychelles. She worked closely with me to customize the itinerary to make sure it was exactly the trip we were looking for. Our accommodations, transfers, and activities were selected and planned with the utmost attention to detail. She provided an extremely detailed itinerary on an app that was easy to navigate and included all the information in an easily accessible organized format. She was quick with responses during the planning period and while we were on the trip. She took care of everything while we were on the trip to make sure everything was going smoothly. We felt we got extremely good value for our money given the complexity of our itinerary and the calibre of the accommodations and services she arranged. Simone and Viatu were thorough, professional, and competent making our trip of a lifetime.
Our trip to Namibia was our first to Africa. We were seeking the road less traveled and were not disappointed. Simone and Viatu were attentive to every detail. Simone hosted several planning sessions. Even though we were inexperienced in African travel, Viatu instilled confidence making the planning process a dream. We experienced a delay because of mechanical problem that cost a day of our trip. Simone and Viatu made adjustments to our itinerary to preserve most of our lost time. In addition, they helped us with information needed for our successful trip insurance claim. No matter the hiccup, we think about our Namibia every day and our return to Africa. We cannot say enough positive about our experience with Simone and Viatu. We would not hesitate to use their services again.

An experience to remember.
My tour guide was Desale, and he was absolutely amazing! We learned so much about Ethiopia and had a blast doing so. We felt safe and well-accomodated at all times.
