wonderful 3 days safari in neyerere national park
we did a 3 days safari trip in nyerere national park (seleous reserve) with asentebibitours in january 2026. everything was wonderful. Haji the driver picked us up at our hotel the first day at dar es salaam early in the morning, then we drove about 4h to reach the lodge close to the park. very confortable room with a huge bed. we met Gladness who was our guide for the 3 days. during the afternoon we did a 3h safari boat we saw many birds, hippos and crocodiles. then next day from 7 am to 6 pm game drive in the park we saw hippos, elephants, lions, buffalo, hyenna, giraphes, antelops, baboons, etc... it was our fisrt safari ever and it was like the best day of our lives!!! really really great!!! final day we had a walking safari and then a Masai village visit, very nice also! and Haji drove us back to dar es salaam and dropped us at the ferry station to zanzibar. everything was perfect from the booking to the end: transport, food, lodge, etc... and Haji and Gladness were so kind, they took really good care of us and were very helpful, real professionalism all the time with a lot of knowledge. we recommand this tour highly and we will be back!!

Great service, great guide
Serengeti Smiles were fantastic from start to finish. Their organisation before the trip was first class with prompt answers to questions and great communication all round.
When we arrived, our lodge was very nice, clean and welcoming. We stayed for 2 nights in the serengeti classic migration camp where the staff were absolutely incredible. They went above and beyond in every aspect and is the best accommodation experience I have ever had the pleasure of staying at. They made our travel (especially my mums, who's birthday it was) so incredibly memorable.
During our 6 day safari, our guide Champion was both champion in name and in nature. He was a first class driver, very knowledgeable and a brilliant photographer. Also, just an all round great person who was always there to help with whatever we needed. The land cruiser was very clean and comfortable. If you can request a guide, you will be in safe hands with Champion

I joined a group for a 4 days safari day I just spend an amazing moment we all others I would sincerely Thank Humphrey our guide who has a perfect knowledge as a tour guide and also a very safety driver and also give us very good advices for shopping… i do not want to forget our cooking chef who followed us during all the trip for those delicious meals and also his friendship

Special Trip, Special Tour Company!
This was a special trip for me to celebrate my birthday with my family, and from the very beginning it was exceptional. Our stay at Serengeti Classic Migration Camp was a wonderful experience from the moment we arrived until we left. The staff are incredibly welcoming, the rooms are very clean and comfortable, and the food was delicious. Going to bed to the sounds of hyenas and lions, amd waking up to the thousands of bird songs is something I will remember for the rest of my life. They made my birthday a day to remember forever, with singing and dancing and a wonderful cake.
Our guide Champion was a true champion, his excellent driving skills and huge local knowledge, as well as amazing ability to find animals made the trip what it was. He was so much fun to be with, an excellent communicator, and we will always be grateful to him for making our trip so so memorable and special.

Simply the best!
We did a 15-day safari through Kenya’s main national parks with Willy, and it was truly a wonderful journey. Willy is an excellent driver and guide. In addition to his deep knowledge of the parks, roads, and wildlife, he knows everyone who works in the parks and hotels throughout the country, which makes a real difference to the experience.
After our trip, we recommended him to all our friends, and two of them have already done their own safaris with him — and they were absolutely delighted as well.
I honestly don’t know a better way to discover Kenya than doing it with Willy Mundia.

Trip cancelled with just 2 weeks notice. Still awaiting full refund
After 3 months, reluctantly, I feel I have no choice to post this review about my experience with Ngala Wilderness.
Last April, I booked and paid in full for a 2-week, photography based, trip with Ngala Wilderness at their base in South Africa, commencing 18th October 2025.
Two weeks before I was due to go, I received an email notice of cancellation, the reason being that the other 3 participants had cancelled, and it was no longer viable to run anymore.
Whilst I was hugely disappointed and had to quickly find an alternative trip, I was promised a full refund, which being Ngala’s decision to cancel my trip, you would naturally expect.
After 6 weeks (and much hassle), I received a part payment in mid-November – about 45% of the value of the trip. I am still waiting for the balance. And this is despite ongoing and protracted communications with the Director of Ngala Wilderness and promise of settlement.
I have spent a huge amount of time exchanging emails and WhatsApp messages with their Director. A lot of unsubstantiated reasons why I was not being fully refunded. Paypal being an easy option for them.
I feel I have been incredibly patient but it’s been over 3 months - it’s now January 20th 2026. It is totally unacceptable to withhold my refund for this trip.
