Papa John has been extremely accommodating and a pleasure to have on the tour.
I went on the 7 day safari tour with papa John. This trip has been nothing short of amazing and impressive. Papa John is very knowledgeable about the parks and wildlife as well as going out of his way for us to get some of the best photos and to find the big 5. Jocky tours has curated a wonderful excursion. Will recommend this trip for anyone wanting to explore Kenya and the wonderful country this is.

Every Game Drive Brought a New Surprise.
Rather than rushing from one wildlife sighting to another, this safari gave us time to truly appreciate each moment. We spent several hours exploring Tarangire National Park, where the massive baobab trees, large elephant families, and peaceful atmosphere made the experience feel incredibly special. Later, visiting the Ngorongoro Crater offered a completely different landscape, packed with wildlife and unforgettable views in every direction.
One of the biggest reasons the trip felt so enjoyable was Jeremy. He understood exactly when to stop, where to wait, and how to position the vehicle so everyone had a great view without feeling hurried. His calm approach and genuine passion for Tanzania's wildlife made every drive more interesting. Suricata Safaris delivered a well-planned experience that balanced adventure, comfort, and unforgettable wildlife encounters from beginning to end.

He is a careful, safe driver with a great attitude. Warm, friendly and always attentive to our needs. Amos knows an incredible amount about wildlife and birds, and did his best to help us spot animals.
The whole trip was absolutely perfect. We hope to come back to Kenya again and highly recommend Amos to everyone!

From the very first contact, booking directly with their office in Kenya through the internet was simple, fast, and transparent (thx xxx and xxx). Communication was always clear, and when we arrived in Kenya, everything happened exactly as it had been explained.
Payment was straightforward, whether by credit card or cash, and all the logistics were handled professionally. We chose the hotel package, and every hotel selected exceeded our expectations. Throughout the planning process, the team accommodated all of our requests and made the experience feel tailored to our family.
Most importantly, they paired us with an outstanding guide, Rob, who made the safari truly unforgettable. A great guide is the heart of any safari, and Jocky Tours clearly understands that.
If I had to mention one small point for improvement, it would be the way a hotel reservation issue was handled one evening during the trip. The situation was eventually partially resolved, I believe it could have been managed differently. A happy customer always come back.

Unforgettable Lake Nakuru and Masai Mara safari with Estleon Adventures Tours & Travel
We had the most amazing 4 day safari organized by Estleon Adventures.
Esther, the owner and our coordinator, was always helpful and responsive, and stayed in contact before and during our safari trip.
Our adventure started with dinner at the Carnivore Restaurant renowned for its legendary "Beast of Feast", serving a variety of expertly roasted meats.
Our guide, George, was absolutely fantastic: professional, friendly, patient, and very knowledgeable of the wildlife and local culture. We always felt safe, looked after, never rushed, and thanks to his phenomenal animal-spotting skills and his dedication we enjoyed every moment of the safari. We have seen so many wildlife including the Big Five, and were fortunate enough to witness and experience the spectacular Great Wildebeest Migration crossing.
Another highlight of our trip was a hot air balloon safari and champagne breakfast. The view of the sunset and wildlife from above was spectacular!
All the lodges we stayed in were luxurious, especially Ashnil Mara Camp, which is located along the banks of Mara River. We were impressed by the staff's positive attitude, professionalism and welcoming atmosphere that made our stay there truly special.
We highly recommend Estleon Adventures Tours & Travel to anyone planning a safari trip. Everything was incredibly well organized and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. Communication from the beginning to the very end was outstanding. The lodges, food, service, and hospitality were exceptional. Amazing experience that could be even better!
Our safari was an unforgettable experience overall, and we came away with incredible memories. All the permits, park entries, and activities were well organized, and our driver-guide was outstanding. He was professional, knowledgeable, adaptable, and went above and beyond to solve issues throughout the trip. He truly made the experience special.
There are a few areas where the tour operator could improve, mainly around communication and coordination. Some services included in our package were not properly communicated to the hotels, resulting in no airport pickup upon arrival (we had to call the hotel to be picked up), our extra night not being reserved, confusion over the drinks that were included in the package, and an unannounced hotel change in Kigali. The implementation of the proposal was sometimes inconsistent. Better communication with the hotels and local partners would ensure that what is sold is delivered seamlessly to guests.
But overall, the logistics for the safari itself—including permits and bookings—were handled very well!
Despite these issues, we had a fantastic trip, thanks in large part to our exceptional driver-guide (Eddie) and the amazing wildlife experiences. With a few operational improvements, this company could provide an outstanding experience from start to finish. I would not hesitate to book with SilverBird again. I would simply make sure beforehand that all the services outlined in the proposal are communicated transparently and delivered as agreed. With better coordination and communication, the experience would be excellent from start to finish.
