A memorable experience
Definitely the best value for money. The safari experience—with the jeep driving close to the animals—is something I’ll always remember. Our guide James Gichina was amazing, definitely recommended. The camp is good and the staff are super friendly and helpful. The accommodation requires a bit of an adventurous mindset, but overall it’s good.
Responsive and reliable
Axis worked with us to create a custom family trip that included walking and biking safaris, half- and fullday game drives, and a visit to a Masai village. Our guide Richard Nkoile was incredibly apt at finding and predicting where all the animal action was going to be, providing incredible photo opportunities, and keeping us away from the crowds. Axis provided a comfortable landcruiser with pop up roof. Richard was a very skilled driver, and attentive and knowledgeable guide. We saw the big 5, thousands of wildebeest and zebra, many species of antelope and birds, and learned a lot about the land and its culture.

Highly personalized safari with smooth execution
We found that this trip offered great value for money. During organisation communication with Nuhu was very smooth with immediate answers via WhatsApp.
We could really personalise our tour, all our special wishes were built into the programme. Our family of four had a jeep for just us. The lodges and camps were great, even our gluten-free child got catered for everywhere.
Our guide, Rogers, was very friendly and is a great driver, which is essential on the bumpy roads of the national parks (and generally the whole country). He went above and beyond to find rare animals, so we could see all of the Big Five. He covered the larger distances with ease, always stocked the jeep fridge with enough drinks.
All in all we had a great time and recommend Somewhere in Africa wholeheartedly.

In researching which travel advisor to use for our summer (and first time) safari trip to S. Africa, I interviewed several providers. Amazing self driver tour
We travelled through Uganda on a self driver tour for 2,5 weeks. Sandra from Jeisking Tours organized the rental car and both the Gorilla and Chimpanzee trekking permits in advance. Everything went smooth and easy. Communication with Sandra was always promt and she answered all our questions we had for our trip. Upon arrival in Uganda the rental car was delivered to our hotel and all the paperwork for the permits was handed over to us. During our trip we could always reach out for Sandra with every question or concern we had.

From Serengeti to Ngorongoro - Great Adventure, Professional Expert Guide and Amazing Safari
We had an absolutely incredible safari experience with Serengeti Wakanda Tours and Safaris. The Experience exceeded expectations — every detail was thoughtfully arranged with large group of 21 members in mind and without hidden costs.
Our guide Jimmy was wonderful. His communication was clear and engaging, blending practical details with stories that brought each place to life. He has a deep understanding of animal psychology, he knew exactly what animals would do next based on the weather changes or the behavior of other animals nearby. He also had a deep knowledge about all the exotic birds that we came across. We were lucky because we went to safari to see wild animals and came back with additional knowledge of birds. Service went beyond professionalism — it felt like traveling with a friend who cared deeply about our experience. Thanks to his knowledge, humor, and kindness, the tour became not just a trip, but a memory we’ll cherish. Eating a lunch outside in wild where Lion and Lioness roaming around only few hundred yards from us was one of the highlight of the trip.

Pure perfection
They were fantastic from start to finish from the very first email to arriving home ! Not a single thing came close to going wrong . All hotels they suggested were luxury and had that wow factor . Could not recommend any more !

Professional, realiable, helpful, ingishgtful, true to their word, very kind.
So the trip was worth every penny, I couldnt believe how close we got and how easy they made the entire journey. There was things I was missing and they quickly found a solution to all my problems. The team was very professional and insirping, they work hard and deligent and dress very well. The community women doing their indigenous dance was a great way to get energeized and get the day going. The Trek was not hard at all, a little steep jsut in the beggining and end but not hard. They seem to be able to speak calmness into the gorrilas as they mimic ther sounds to tell them we're good people.
I was picked up from Rawanda and taken to Uganda. Crossign the border at night was super quick. A little but longer coming back cause i had to get another visa to return to Rawanda and their process is different.
Getting an experience that blew past my expecations was such a great experince cause if I would of done it in Rawanda I would spent a lot more.
My drivers name was Bright and it was cetainly a bright experience.
