Absolutely fantastic from start to finish!
5/5

From our first enquiry email to the end of the safari everything was incredible.
Upon booking Rita was brilliant, she answered my hundreds of questions quickly and clearly as well as giving recommendations for things to do, she was happy to change our itinerary multiple times and give us clear and easy to following pricing, nothing seemed too much trouble.

We chose to do a private safari and was lucky enough to have Rodgers as our guide, who I cannot recommend highly enough, he was absolutely fantastic!
We went to Lake Naivasha, Lake Nakuru and the Masai Mara with him.
At each park he was able to give us an enormous amount of information about how it all works, what’s going on and some history of Kenya which was extremely interesting.
Rodgers went out of his way to ensure we saw all of the big and ugly five as well as a huge amount of other animals, he has brilliant knowledge of every animal and species and was able to answer every question we had.

He was great to chat with, had a great sense of humour and made our overall safari experience absolutely incredible.

Thank you so much to Rita & Rodgers for all your help and for making our safari Honeymoon a truly unforgettable experience!!

Exceptional service from start to finish
5/5

Service we received was exceptional - Rita was responsive and happy to send multiple options to craft a perfect and bespoke safari package for us, looking at different options for group/private tours, different accommodation options, driving/flying between national parks to suit our budget. Rita was also flexible to work with other hotels to add a week on in Zanzibar after our safari. We were particularly impressed that she proactively reached out to suggest an alternative accommodation based on recent reviews to ensure we had the best experience. Overall, the level of service far surpassed our local (UK) tour operators who were inflexible in terms of hotels and breaking down the pricing of the trip.

On the safari itself, Rodgers was the best guide we could have asked for! He worked tirelessly to ensure we had the best experience and wasn't satisfied until we had seen all of the big 5! He was friendly, polite, punctual and extremely informative about the animals, locations and more general questions about Kenya and it's people. He also liaised with the hotel (ensuring we had a picnic lunch if necessary) and other operators (boat trip/hot air balloon) for a seamless experience, meaning we did not have to think at all and we could just relax and enjoy our holiday. We were also joined by an intern guide, Brian, who was friendly and knowledgeable and I'm sure will become an excellent guide once he finishes his studies.

10/10 could not have been better!

Very accommodating and helpful
5/5

Great service. From start to finish the experience was perfectly organised. Incredible team and they are very helpful and accommodated to all my needs. When booking the lady was happy to help and went the extra mile to make me feel comfortable which I really appreciated. I would definitely recommend them and i would choose them again. The lady was quick to reply and answer all my questions. If you are thinking about doing a safari, don’t hesitate.

Good value for the price of the budget tour.
4/5

Our guide “Said”(pronounced Saw-ee-di)was the best. He found all the hard to find animals. His English was very good. Our 6 day safari did not disappoint. If you have to pick one park in February I’d choose the Serengeti! Our guide for the last day was not informed on our itinerary so we almost missed the hot springs which are very beautiful and worth going to. Water was not hot. Air temperature, so great to relax.

A friendly, well‑organized operator offering smooth planning and a truly memorable safari.
5/5

Our safari adventure in Kenya was truly unforgettable — an experience that exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, everything felt seamless, magical, and thoughtfully organized. We visited Amboseli, Lake Naivasha, and the iconic Masai Mara, and each destination offered its own unique charm. Amboseli gifted us those postcard‑perfect views of elephants crossing the plains with Mount Kilimanjaro towering behind them. Lake Naivasha was serene and full of life, with hippos lounging in the water and giraffes wandering gracefully nearby. And the Masai Mara… simply breathtaking. We were fortunate to spot big cats, rhinos, and countless other wildlife, making every game drive feel like stepping straight into a nature documentary. Our accommodations were equally impressive. Each lodge had its own personality, offering a perfect blend of comfort, authenticity, and warm hospitality. After long days of exploring, returning to cozy rooms, great amenities, and delicious meals felt like the perfect ending. A heartfelt thank‑you goes to our guide, Duncan, who made the journey extraordinary. His deep knowledge, patience, and genuine passion for wildlife enriched every moment. He always knew where to go, shared fascinating insights, and made us feel completely safe and cared for throughout the trip.

An Unforgettable Safari Experience with Siafu
5/5

We traveled as a group of four for a 4-night safari and visited Tarangire National Park, the Serengeti and the Ngorongoro Crater. From the very beginning, communication with Ene was extremely easy, she always replied to emails quickly and clearly, which made planning stress-free.

Our guide, Raymond, was great. He was helpful, knowledgeable, patient and he was able to answer all of our questions. Thanks to his expertise, we were lucky enough to see all of the Big Five during our safari.

We spent one night at Siafu Lodge, where everything was excellent: great service, all the comforts we needed, a swimming pool, hot showers and delicious food. In the Serengeti, we stayed at Osero Camping, which was a truly unforgettable experience. We could hear lions roaring through the tent at night, saw a giraffe right from our bed, and hyenas running around the tents — all while feeling completely safe.

Overall, the safari was absolutely magical and exceeded all of our expectations. It was a once-in-a-lifetime experience, and we would recommend Siafu Safaris to anyone looking for an authentic and unforgettable safari adventure.

Best days of our lives!
5/5

Absolutely amazing and best tour! We Got to see so many animals at Maasai Mara! We slept in tents in the first two night while we were there, and there was not much to it, but we were out driving all day and basically just slept and ate there, so it didn’t really matter that much - but if you are more into luxury, I would pick another tour, because it is just really simple, but the beds were clean and a toilet and shower in the tent. The last night we slept in the hotel, and that was a really nice and clean experience, and the standard was just better here. We had Dickson as our driver and he was just amazing and very kind, so immediately we felt very safe. He answered all questions we had, and had so much knowledge about the animals. I can highly recommend Dickson as your tour guide!
