It’s the best safari tour in the world
Our guide and driver, James Gichina, was very friendly and professional. During the safari, we were lucky enough to see all of the Big Five, as well as giraffes, cheetahs, warthogs, hippos, and so many other incredible animals.
Thanks to James’s excellent driving skills, we were able to see these amazing animals from many different angles and enjoy some truly special moments.
It was an unforgettable experience and has become a lifelong memory for both my mother and me. Thank you so much, James!

A pleasure from pick-up to drop-off, very smooth and well-rounded team on the mountain.
Online process went well overall, but if your starting point is not Nairobi, make sure to discuss the logistics (pick-up time, location and luggage) early enough, as we found ourselves with an extra bag that the team had to carry.
The service was perfect, we were taken care of at every single step of the way: great food, very considerate guides, water, … five star!
Good value for money & reliable, nothing to complain about.
Overall, really enjoyed the tour, especially thanks to our great team.

We used Splendid Vacations for our safari trip during our honeymoon and we couldn’t be happier. The staff helped us picking our hotels and each one of them was perfect. During the safari itself the service was amazing, our driver and tour guide August was very nice and made our experience truly amazing.
