Our recent safari in Kenya was truly the trip of a lifetime, and a big part of that unforgettable experience was thanks to our incredible guide, Soloman. From start to finish, he was professional, warm, thoughtful, and exceptionally skilled.
Soloman’s driving was nothing short of amazing — smooth, safe, and incredibly efficient. In busy wildlife viewing spots where many vehicles gathered, he always managed to find us the best positions for viewing and photography, often with a perfect angle and fewer obstructions. Thanks to his expert maneuvering, we got to witness elephant herds and giraffes walking gracefully right past our vehicle, and even had breathtaking close encounters (within 5 meters!) with leopards, lions, and cheetahs.
What truly impressed us was Soloman’s dedication to our comfort and experience. He was always one step ahead — anticipating our needs, ensuring we avoided the dust clouds kicked up by vehicles ahead, and sharing insightful knowledge about the animals and environment without ever overwhelming us. His gentle and calm demeanor made us feel completely at ease, and his genuine love for wildlife and guiding really shone through.
We’ve been lucky to travel to many places, but this safari was something special — and that’s largely because of Soloman. If you’re planning a safari in Kenya, I wholeheartedly recommend asking for him. He’s not just a guide; he’s a true professional and a wonderful human being.

We had Roger’s for our tour guide and he was amazing and made sure we felt safe and was knowledgable
We had an amazing time on Safari with this company. The email exchanges before we arrived in Kenya were very informative. When we arrived they arranged transport to the office and made us feel safe. Our tour guide had so much local knowledge and information about the animals and he really went above and beyond to make sure we got close to the animals. We opted for the luxury/midrange accommodation and we loved every place we stayed. The jeep itself is very comfortable and had phone chargers. Make sure to have enough KSH on you before the tour starts!

Truly amazing experience
Over 3 weeks spent traveling through Madagascar with Sanda and his colleague (Luv) went by in a flash. I travel a lot, but this was probably the first time I didn't have to worry about anything. Everything was planned down to the last detail.
At first I was very apprehensive about spending so much time with a guide. However, the incredibly friendly and easygoing nature of Sanda and Luv made me forget about my fears completely. By the way, they are incredibly humble and honest people, which is apparently not always the standard among guides.

Amazing wild animals,Amazing Kenya！
This trip to Kenya was truly unforgettable! We had the incredible opportunity to see a wide variety of wildlife up close — lions, elephants, giraffes, zebras, antelopes, and more. Every moment felt like a scene straight out of a nature documentary.
A special thanks goes to our guide, Johny, who was absolutely outstanding. Not only was he an excellent driver, but he also had deep knowledge about the animals and their behaviors. He always knew where to take us for the best viewing spots, and his explanations were both informative and engaging. On top of that, he was friendly, patient, and made the whole experience even more enjoyable.
This journey not only gave me a deep appreciation for the breathtaking landscapes of Kenya, but also sparked a greater awareness of wildlife conservation. I highly recommend this experience to anyone who loves nature and animals. And if I ever get the chance to visit again, I’d definitely want Johny as my guide once more!

A truly beautiful way to experience the bush
Absolutely loved our time in the lowveld.
Jared and Matt are so accommodating and knowledgable. We had a couple of bush walks and drives during our stay, and we learnt so much and saw some great sightings. (Walking in a Big 5 area really is a special experience.)
Everything from the activities to the food, to the company and the scenery was top tier. Would book with Outland Travel again!
