Great safari experience, but disappointing accommodation
We had a very good safari experience overall, especially thanks to our guide John, who was truly excellent. He was knowledgeable, professional, and made sure we saw an incredible amount of wildlife. We felt safe and well taken care of throughout the safari, and this part of the trip definitely lived up to our expectations.
Unfortunately, our experience with the company regarding the accommodation was very disappointing. We stayed at Jambo Mara Safari Lodge, and it did not meet the expectations that had been set beforehand. Prior to our trip, we were sent a link showing a nice hotel room, which we understood to be the room we had booked and paid for. However, upon arrival, we were given a very poor and unclean room that did not resemble what had been presented to us.
The room was damp, with water running down the walls, and there was no air conditioning, which made the stay very uncomfortable. In addition, the food at the hotel was extremely poor, which only added to the overall negative experience.
We felt that we could not sleep in the room we were initially given, and therefore we had no choice but to pay extra to upgrade to another room — essentially the standard we had originally been promised and believed we had already paid for. We do not find this acceptable and feel it reflects poorly on the company’s communication and transparency.
In summary, while the safari itself and our guide were excellent, the handling of the accommodation was very disappointing and not up to standard.

Wonderful experiance
We had a wonderful time on safari. We managed to see so many animals despite the wet conditions. The tour definitely exceeded our expectations. A big shout-out to our tour guide, Steve, who took such good care of us and showed us so many amazing animals.

Amazing safari with the best driver from Fondness
It was an amazing experience. We had a 5 day private safari (2 days central serengeti, 2 days ndutu, 1 day crater.
We had the best driver for difficult conditions due to the rain.
The support before we arrived was also excellent. Everything went as we arranged.
There was one negative point: The driver who should pick us up at our hotel and bring us to the airport was half an hour too late. So we had to walk till he arrived and then we were very late at the airport and had a lot of stress to get the plane. But we got it and so it was ok for us.

We were recommended by our friend which she joined Dume Africa Tour at the past, We joined a 8-days Masssai Mara-Nakuru-Naivasha-Amboseli tour on beginning of March, The owner of the company Henry and our tour guide Ruben pick us up at the airport, we stayed at the best safari lodges/hotels, Ruben took us for game drive everyday at the parks, I would say Ruben is like a hunter at the jungle, he knows where to go for each animals/birds, he always the first one get to the best spots for photos! We had seen everything we supposed to see! At the end of tour, he dropped us off at Tanzania's boarder for our next destinations.
The whole itinerary was seamless, we enjoyed so much, if we want to come back for the great migration, they will be the only company we want to go with!
