Reliable, amazing and caring!
Our tour guide Jordan was amazing! I was sick during the whole safari and he made sure that I was feeling good, stopped whenever we had to and on the same time we were so lucky to see so many animals. He takes his job very seriously and shared his knowledge about the animals and plants. A lifetime experience.

Safari in Kenya
The safari in Masai Mara National Park was wonderful; we saw a great many animals. Nakuru and Naivasha parks were also fantastic. Our guide, Joshua, is very knowledgeable and attentive; it is clear that he loves his job

Unique experience
The best choice ever! Professional, reliable, perfectly organized, flexible and honest. After getting in touch with several companies, we chose them because from the very beginning they were clear and transparent, extremely helpful, and offered us several alternatives that matched our requests. They also turned out to offer the best value for money.
The jeeps are comfortable and spacious, the lodges are wonderful, and the guides are experienced and engaging.
A special mention for the way they handled a personal emergency in real time, arranging transfers, a hotel and an internal flight so that one of us could rejoin the group and continue the safari.
The safari was an experience that truly exceeded our expectations, and our biggest thanks go to Frank, an absolutely exceptional person! A tireless driver, an attentive guide with the utmost respect for the land and wildlife, but also a great cook, a caring and resourceful all-rounder who has by now become part of our family 😉 He made every sighting special and always made us feel safe. He was always available without ever being intrusive, and managed to exceed every expectation thanks to his experience, kindness and great sense of humor. He was also incredibly patient with our 11-year-old son, who was endlessly curious.
We visited the four northern parks — Tarangire, Lake Manyara, Ngorongoro and Serengeti — and put our trust in them completely. In the evening, you will be tired and covered in dust, but it will always have been worth it, and your eyes will be smiling.
We will carry in our hearts forever the breathtaking nature, the rhythm and life of the animals, the warm welcome from the people, the delicious food, and the cinematic sunrises and sunsets.
When it was time to leave, we were moved to tears, but it was inevitable…
Asante sana, Tanzania and Big Cat Safari!

GREAT AND AMAZING FAMILY SAFARI EXPERIENCE
I started communication with Ngao Safari and requested them if they can plan and facilitate safari for me and my children during June Holiday. They sent 3 quotes with different options from 2-6Days covering Manyara, Tarangire, Ngorongoro and Serengeti. My children selected 5 days option as they wanted serengeti to experience migration. We asked Ngao to give us friendly budget but good safari. From communication to pick up and going safari was amazing, the guide Godlove was very friendly, on time always, knowledgeable able parks, animals behaviours and sharp to spot different times we didn’t even expect. The camp in Serengeti, the lodge in Lake Manyara where we stayed was quite good in a very cool and plain environment and during mid night we could hear animals moving around, however we were scared animals but remembering masai guards are around we slept peacefully and enjoyable. It is a very lifetime experience we will never forget. Seeing Migration in Gulumeti river crossing was something still clicks into my children minds and myself. On the last day we visited Ngorongoro which gave us a different perspective about life. We saw masai on the road walking, heading cattles and few meters you meet animals. It has been two months since we finished our safari the memories are with us like we were on safari yesterday.
If we asked by anyone I will recommend Ngao safaris as for them safari experience is what they take it with all energies and professionally.

Outstanding — by far the best safari operator I worked with in Africa
During my summer trip across Africa, I travelled with six different safari operators in South Africa, Tanzania, Kenya and Rwanda, so I had plenty of opportunities to compare the quality of service. I can confidently say that East Africa Safari was by far the most professional and impressive company I worked with.
From the very beginning, Anna, my coordinator, was absolutely fantastic: extremely efficient, friendly, responsive and always attentive to my needs. Communication was incredibly easy, and I always felt that everything was perfectly organized and taken care of.
In Rwanda, my guide Gerrard was simply outstanding. He accompanied me for my gorilla trekking experience and also took the time to really understand what I was interested in, adapting and personalizing my tour of Kigali accordingly. He was knowledgeable, attentive, warm and genuinely committed to making the experience special.
The gorilla trek itself was one of the most extraordinary experiences of my life, and the professionalism and care of East Africa Safari made the whole journey even more memorable.
After travelling with several operators across Africa, East Africa Safari truly stood out from all the others. I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone planning a trip in East Africa. A huge thank you to Anna and Gerrard for an unforgettable experience!

Our Maasai Mara safari was truly unforgettable
From planning to the end of the trip, Dennis and the Morning Star Tours & Travel team were professional, patient, and flexible. We had to adjust our itinerary several times due to changing circumstances (including group changes and visa uncertainty), and they always helped us reorganize everything without pressure. They also respected our preferences and were happy to let us arrange our own domestic flights and one night of accommodation, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free.
Our guide, Rono, was outstanding—experienced, knowledgeable, and very patient. We were lucky to see the Big Five (and even the Ugly Five), and we witnessed incredible moments like cheetahs and hyenas feeding on a zebra. Rono consistently found great, safe viewing spots and shared insights about wildlife behavior and the Maasai Mara that made the experience much more meaningful.
We also appreciated Augustine, who picked us up and took us to the airport on the first day. Even though we arrived before airline staff, he stayed with us until they arrived and shared helpful safari knowledge. That small gesture showed genuine care.
Thank you to Dennis, Rono, Augustine, and the entire team for an amazing experience. If you’re planning a safari in Kenya, we highly recommend Morning Star Tours & Travel.

Very friendly and professional
An absolutely unforgettable experience! We were picked up right at our hotel in Zanzibar and accompanied all the way to the gate, then boarded the plane and flew over to Mikumi. The flight alone was an experience in itself!
Upon arrival, our guide brought us straight to the safari vehicle. We saw all the animals we could have hoped for. Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable and answered every single question we had. We could take photos at every stop and never felt rushed in any way.
There were a few other safari vehicles at some spots, but really only occasionally, since the park is huge. We got very close to the animals and gained wonderful insights into nature. For lunch, we enjoyed delicious traditional food, and on the way back to the plane we spotted even more wildlife.
The return flight and transfer back to the airport were just as relaxed. It was amazing to see how respectfully the guides treat nature and how attentive and courteous they were with us. A truly unforgettable experience — highly recommended!
