On the safari, we got to see the BIG5, and it was truly impressive. The guide was also very kind and spoke slowly to me, even though I’m not fluent in English. On the way back, thanks to the guides working together, we were taken back to the hotel without a hitch.

We had a wonderful safari experience of 10 days with Oreteti Safaris and we are very happy with our choice.
The organization was excellent from beginning to end. Everything went exactly according to plan, with no problems or unexpected issues throughout the trip. A special thank you goes to Joseph, who was absolutely fantastic during the whole planning process. He always replied very quickly to our emails, patiently answered all our questions and doubts, and did his best to accommodate every request we had. His professionalism and availability gave us great confidence even before arriving in Tanzania.
The safari vehicle was comfortable and in good condition, and all the lodges suggested by Oreteti were welcoming, comfortable and met our expectations. All transfers and arrangements went smoothly, which allowed us to simply relax and enjoy the experience.
A huge part of the success of our safari was thanks to our guide Ronaldo. His experience, sharp eye for wildlife and almost unbelievable ability “to smell” when lions were nearby led us to some incredible sightings: 4 different leopards in just 5 days, many lions and all the animals we had hoped to see. Witnessing the Great Migration was one of the most emotional and unforgettable moments of the entire journey.
We would definitely recommend Oreteti Safaris to anyone looking for a well-organized, private and memorable safari experience in Tanzania.

Wow wow wow! Absolutely fantastic
Wow wow wow!! From start to finish our safari was incredible. Shukran and shaban went above and beyond to make it an experience of a lifetime. We were well looked after for the whole trip. We saw all the animals, learnt so much about them and on the second day watched the elephants for a while which was a dream come true. Our jeep was fabulous, food and drink was great and everything ran smoothly. We loved the sunset cruise in the evening and our accommodation was great. It couldn’t have been better. Every part of it was organised so well. Beforehand there was regular contact, couldn’t recommend plex safaris more for an unforgettable experience!

We had a fantastic trip with our experienced guide, Ben; he is incredibly knowledgeable about all sorts of things and was great company throughout the journey. Apart from that, everything was perfectly organized!

Above my expectations
Lion King Adventures is superbly run. Communication was prompt and they kept us informed while we waited for our dates. Guide, Gordon, was very professional and was focused on providing a great custom experience. We saw four of the big five on the first safari day. Gordon was very knowledgeable about the birds and vegetation, which delighted us. The vehicle was cleaned every evening and fresh for the next day. Our time at the Mara River watching the Wildebeest crossing was so incredible, thanks to our guide always getting us where best to see. We had a couple other Lion King employees picking us up from the airport and getting us around to other tours and they were all so friendly and made us feel so taken care of. We chose luxury accommodations for our safari, and we were blown away by them. Such beautiful settings and highest quality lodges and food. We were highly pleased with our Lion King Adventure, and it was a great value for all it included. Highly recommend!

Unforgettable
We went on a three-day safari with King Mufasa; it was a wonderful experience that I would recommend to everyone. The lodge where we stayed was close to the parks and offered perfect accommodation. But the highlight was having Lidnev as our driver! He was extremely knowledgeable, explained everything in detail, and was the perfect safari companion. Special mention also goes to Davidi, our cook, who prepared excellent traditional Tanzanian dishes for us. I highly recommend them and once again thank the wonderful King Mufasa team!

I found Mosses to be knowledgeable and helpful throughout our 8-day Lemosho route climb. I would highly recommend the use of his services to anyone interested in climbing Kilimanjaro.

Professional, trustworthy and incredibly experienced — they made our safari truly unforgettable.
We had an absolutely wonderful 7-day safari with Wada Adventures and Trekking, travelling as a family of three. From the planning stage to the end of the trip, communication was easy and reliable, and everything was well organised. Our itinerary and accommodation worked very well, and we felt the safari offered excellent value for the quality of the experience.
Our guide, William, was exceptional — knowledgeable, patient, completely trustworthy, and clearly well known and respected among other guides. He was excellent at reading animal behaviour and making decisions in the field, and we never felt that we were simply following other vehicles or ticking animals off a list.
The wildlife experience exceeded everything we had hoped for. One unforgettable day in Northern Serengeti, we saw five wildebeest river crossings, including two huge ones. After the fourth crossing, William suggested leaving the river to look for a leopard. We found one at close range, and on our way back to camp we came across the biggest crossing of the day! Throughout the safari we also had fantastic lion sightings, including a successful hunt and kill as well as mating behaviour, and many other memorable encounters.
Safari always involves some luck, and we certainly had plenty of it, but having an experienced guide who knows when to wait, when to move and where to look made a huge difference.
There is a Chinese expression, man zai er gui (满载而归), meaning “to return home with a full load.” By the end of our safari, we joked that we weren’t just returning fully loaded — we were overloaded!
We would happily recommend Wada Adventures and Trekking and would absolutely travel with William again on another safari in Tanzania.
