An experience you’ll never forget
This experience had been on my bucket list for such a long time, and we wanted it to be absolutely perfect. Kinfolks met our expectations and more!!
It was 3 girls travelling, and we felt completely safe and comfortable the entire time. We absolutely loved our driver — shout out to Tom! He made us feel so comfortable, was so knowledgeable, and stayed with us throughout the entire 7 days. The car was great, and I’d definitely recommend doing a private tour as the car and driver are with you the entire time.
Also, a huge shout out to Bridget for being so accommodating and really effective with her responses. Everything went so smoothly and was extremely well organised.
I would definitely use them again!

An absolute 10/10 experience from start to finish! Jackson and our guide, Michael, made our safari completely unforgettable. They know the parks inside and out, their professionalism is top-tier, and they took care of absolutely every single detail for us. Beyond being amazing professionals, they are warm, wonderful people who are so much fun to be around. We enjoyed every single second and haven't stopped recommending them since we got back!

Our recent 8-day safari with Gosheni Tours was an absolutely phenomenal experience, thanks in large part to our exceptional guide, James.
James's profound knowledge and intuitive understanding of wildlife transformed our journey. He effortlessly navigated us through Tarangire, the Ngorongoro Crater, and the vast Serengeti, consistently placing us in prime positions for incredible sightings. We were awestruck by everything from the Big Five to a rare Serval cat to the dramatic wildebeest migration crossings on the Mara River. His patience and foresight ensured we witnessed unforgettable moments, even catching crocs in action!
This entire adventure was meticulously crafted and exceeded all expectations. Our process choosing a tour, refining the hotels, the destinations and the dates, and finally booking was very straightforward via the Gosheni website initially, and then via email and what’s app with Norah, our excellent booking agent. Everything about this 10 day trip was perfect. The ease of booking, the value for money, the host, the animals, the scenery, Uganda as a country, the people, all of it was perfect. I don’t have one negative thing to say about the whole experience and would recommend Turkana to anybody wanting an amazing adventure.

Amazing Safari
Our safari was once in a lifetime experience.. Fred was very resourceful, responsive to all the needs of our group of 12 folks, and had a great sense of humor. His itinerary was detailed. All the accommodations were wonderful. The drivers were wonderful and very resourceful. The food was out of the world.. If ai were to do the safari again.. I would do One More Safari all over again!

Excellent tour operator that puts a lot of effort in their tours.
The whole experience was so amazing, our tour guide Andrew was beyond amazing he really tries every day to give us the best experience ever. He was very polite and all our wishes were heard. He knew a lot of Rangers and other people along the trip which was so helpful to always have so great sightings. We had so much fun with him and he was very professional! Also the people of the hotels told us that the company seems really ethically correct - I would definitely book this tour operator!

Excellent Mobile Safari Tour in Botswana
Pride Plains family run business appealed to us for several reasons. 1. It is in Botswana, 2. We were able to contact them directly and ask our questions, they were very responsive and accommodating with my schedule. 3. Their safari guide has over 25 years of experience guiding safaris in Botswana. We made the right choice.
Our original plan was to visit the Okavango Delta region but recently the area had their once in a decade rainfall and many roads and camps were flooded. Marks, our safari guide, had to adjustments quickly to make sure we got the most out of our trip. We spent time in Chobe National Park. Marks knew exactly where to go and if there were no animals present he knew their frequented paths and the direction in which they roamed.
We saw herds of zebras, impala, groups of giraffes, elephants and several large pods of hippopotamuses. Marks is an expert birder and pointed out all the birds and educated us on their habits and environments, etc. He has a deep fund of knowledge about the flora and fauna as well as the geology of the region. He did a great job at educating us on Botswana, S Africa, Zambia and Zimbabwe natural environments. We loved our time with him while looking for and seeing the animals.
I loved the hippos the most, we went to a few lagoons with hippo pods which was surrounded by waterfowl.....numerous birds. In Botswana there are innumerable impala and wildebeest. The impala seems to be the main food staple for lions, leopards, wild African dogs and hyenas. All the animals looked so healthy.
We are fairly well-traveled and this was one of the most memorable trips we’ve ever taken. Safaris are not cheap, however this was money well spent. We had 2 leopard sightings, a leopard tortoise, elephants, cape buffalo, kudo, lechwe, zebras, 3 prides of lions, birds of prey, and jackals. The baobab trees, termite mounds and other flora were just as interesting.
Our week-long mobile safari with native Motswana Marks and his crew was fantastic! The crew set up our tent, beds, made all our meals, prepared a warm shower for us and even washed our clothes. Our accommodations were very comfortable, it was more than we expected and well worth every penny. I would definitely recommend Pride Plains for a private mobile safari tour in Botswana!
