We are extremely satisfied with the service provided by Crimson Brooke Safari! From the very beginning, even before we arrived in Kenya, everything was well-organized. They created a WhatsApp group for us and shared all the relevant documents and information there. The detailed PDF outlining the itinerary and activities for our 4-day, 3-night safari was especially helpful and made it easy for us to know what to expect.
Throughout the entire trip, we honestly did not have to lift a finger — we could simply switch off and enjoy the experience because everything was taken care of. From the airport pickup and 5-hour journey to Maasai Mara, to our meals, accommodation, safari game drives, and transportation back to Nairobi, everything was seamlessly arranged.
Our accommodation at Olkinyei Mara Tented Camp was absolutely spectacular. The hospitality was exceptional, and we felt very well taken care of throughout our stay. We opted for the premium tent, and it looked exactly like the photos shown to us. We had an amazing stay, and all our meals were taken care of, including packed lunches for our game drives.
Our guide, Ambrose, was amazing! He made sure our entire journey went smoothly and was incredibly informative throughout the game drives, sharing interesting facts about the animals we encountered. He always reminded us to let him know whenever we wanted to stop to take photos, which we really appreciated. He was also very accommodating and flexible with our requests. On our last day, because of the hot weather, we asked if we could return to camp for lunch and head back out later for an evening game drive instead. He happily accommodated the change, and it turned out to be a great decision. We were extremely satisfied with his service and would definitely recommend him!
We’re also very thankful to Amos and Betty for taking the time to meet us over lunch on our final day to hear about our experience and feedback. To us, this really showed how committed the company is to continuously improving and learning from its clients’ perspectives. Their passion for what they do is truly inspiring, and we really admire the effort they put into making sure we had the best possible experience.
Kenya was so much fun and exceeded our expectations in every way! The entire experience was unforgettable, and we would 100% come back and choose Crimson Brooke Safari again.

Brilliant safari experience!
Bushcraft Safaris provided an incredible 7-day safari experience for us, covering Volcanoes National Park, Bwindi National Park, Queen Elizabeth National Park and Kibale National Park. The Gorilla and Chimpanzee trekking were unforgettable and a real highlight of the trip for us.
Our guide Frank was professional throughout, and accommodated our requests to stop off at various viewpoints along the drive to break the journey up. Frank was knowledgeable about the wildlife and endeavoured to make sure we had the best views possible of the animals when driving around the national parks. He was a safe driver and made us feel comfortable throughout.
The accommodation was excellent, with Bweza Gorilla lodge and Bweza Kibale lodge being particularly idyllic. The staff were all extremely attentive and the 3-course meals were delicious!
Overall, we were very happy with our tour and would definitely recommend Bushcraft Safaris!

I loved everything about this 7-day safari in Tanzania. The trip was wonderfully organized, incredibly varied, and a beautiful overall experience. Elieth, the tour operator, was very kind, responsive, and always easy to reach, and clearly put a lot of care and effort into making sure I was comfortable and had a great time. The driver-guides throughout the trip were excellent at their jobs as well. In particular, Bacari, who guided us through the first half of the trip, made the experience 100 times better than expected. The tour was also very much worth the money, especially compared to other operators in the region. I would highly recommend the company and the team!

What an INCREDIBLE experience! 🤩
We chose Philomena to organize our trek up Mount Meru and our safari through Tanzania’s most beautiful national parks, and honestly, we couldn’t have asked for anything better. Everything was simply AMAZING from start to finish!
Philomena is absolutely wonderful: extremely organized, reliable, professional, kind, and always ready to go the extra mile. You can really feel that she cares about her clients and wants you to have the best possible experience. We felt completely looked after throughout the whole trip.
The safari was unforgettable, also thanks to the fantastic jeep — very comfortable and perfect for enjoying the parks and spotting wildlife.
And then there was Eli, our driver… what a legend! 😍 His passion for animals is incredible, and his knowledge, patience, and enthusiasm made every game drive so exciting. He always knew where to go and made sure we didn’t miss a single special moment.

Rastaman - Best of the Best!
I have already reviewed the actual safari from Suricata, which was an exceptional experience and earned 5 stars. But, what made this an over-the-top memorable safari for me was our guide Rastaman! I have been in the travel and tourism industry for many years so I have a lot of experience with tour operators and guides and have never met anyone like Rastaman. And how lucky for us that he was our guide! Yes, all the basics were seen to but Rasta made everything more special. He taught us about the wildlife, the native trees and plants, and the culture. We learned how to use certain plants for medicine, how the climate changes, and how the animals adapt to it, and how everything is related. I could go on and on. It was an amazing experience. So much more than simply driving around to see wildlife. He brought everything to life for us with genuine warmth, generosity, and kindness. He had me wanting to stay longer and then come back again for more. Any company would be lucky to employ Rastaman and I will be sure to follow him whenever I plan to return to Tanzania. Rastaman was an unexpected gift which added so much to an already wonderful life experience.

Because there are so many Safari outfitters and resorts, it is wise to seek help finding the right one that fits your budget and your needs and wants. We ended up booking at Toro River Lodge in South Africa thanks to Darren and Safari.com. We were extremely pleased with our experience and would book through Safari.com again.

From start, Benjamin was amazing & very helpful. He was very informative & even made a custom Safari to fit our tight schedule. He was always so nice & very quick to respond. Our safari guide was also great! We are planning to go back with the kids in 2028 and we are planning to book again! Highly recommend this company!
