Best honeymoon Safari!
We booked a private safari and had an amazing experience from start to finish. The itinerary can be adapted to your preferences, schedule and budget, which gave us a lot of flexibility. Everything regarding the planning and organization went very smoothly and without any complications.
Our driver and tour guide, Kelvin Ngamia, exceeded our expectations by far. He was incredibly friendly, patient and always smiling and laughing, which made the entire safari feel relaxed and stress-free. We never felt rushed or under pressure and could really enjoy every moment.
One of our dreams was to see the Big Five, and thanks to Kelvin’s dedication and effort, we managed to see all of them, as well as cheetahs twice! He always did his best to make sure we had the best possible experience and were happy.
We also saw so many other beautiful animals including zebras, giraffes, hyenas, wildebeest, hippos, gazelles, antelopes, warthogs, baboons, ostriches and so many more.
All in all, Kelvin made our safari and especially our honeymoon truly unforgettable. We would definitely recommend Axis Africa Safaris.

Seamless, personal and unforgettable from start to finish!
Honestly, where do we even start?! From the minute we met Jimmy, he just didn’t feel like our safari guide… he felt like our wee 3rd wheel 😂
He was so easy going, friendly and genuinely just great company. He made the whole safari feel so relaxed and effortless, but at the same time, the excitement and adrenaline of what we were seeing was unreal.
His knowledge was absolutely incredible. I genuinely feel like I came home from Tanzania having learned SO much. Every animal we came across, Jimmy had something interesting to tell us, from their behaviour and habits to little facts we’d never have known ourselves. Sometimes he’d even quiz us on what we were seeing and what we’d learned, just to make sure we were actually taking it all in 😂 It became a bit of a laugh between us, but it also showed how much he genuinely cared about us getting the most out of the experience.
We also loved that he taught us some basic Swahili along the way, so we could at least attempt to be polite and say a few things ourselves 😂🇹🇿
And the biggest thing… we saw EVERYTHING we wanted to see, and then some. A lot of them up close, closer than we imagined 🦁🐘🦒🐆
Tarangire National Park, Ngorongoro Crater, Serengeti and Lake Manyara were all absolutely incredible in completely different ways. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
Jimmy is a complete asset to Platinumz Safari. We will genuinely recommend Platinum Safari to anyone looking at doing a Tanzania safari, but especially because of Jimmy. He made the whole experience what it was for us and we couldn’t be more grateful.
Our only regret is that we didn’t book it for longer!!
Thank you Jimmy, you absolute legend. We’ll never forget it ❤️🇹🇿

Unforgettable experience
What a wonderful journey! We were picked up from the airport by our warm and knowledgeable driver Aminiel and taken on the trip of a lifetime! We saw all the animals we wanted to see even the rare black rhino even if they didn't want to be seen.
The staff at all the stays included in our package were incredible and so much fun. Highly recommend this to anyone.

An unforgettable adventure—beautiful places, amazing wildlife, great memories, and stories for a lif
We recently completed an extensive safari through Kenya, Tanzania and Uganda with One More Adventure Safaris, organized by Fred Odyek. Overall, it was an outstanding and memorable African experience, covering an incredible variety of landscapes, wildlife and activities.
Our journey took us through Nairobi, Amboseli, Lake Naivasha, Lake Nakuru, the Masai Mara, Northern and Central Serengeti, Ngorongoro and Arusha, followed by Uganda, where we visited Kibale, Queen Elizabeth National Park, Bwindi and Lake Mburo.
The wildlife experience in Kenya and Tanzania was exceptional. Among the many highlights were seeing thousands of wildebeest during the Great Migration, including a river crossing in the Northern Serengeti; numerous lion prides and cubs; cheetahs, including a mother with very young cubs; a cheetah hunt and kill; a leopard resting in a tree; elephants, giraffes, rhinos, buffalo, hippos, zebras and many other animals. We even witnessed an unsuccessful lion hunt on a buffalo. These were experiences we will remember for the rest of our lives.
Uganda provided a completely different experience and complemented the Kenya/Tanzania safari very well. Chimpanzee trekking in Kibale, game drives in Queen Elizabeth National Park, the journey through southwestern Uganda and, above all, gorilla trekking in Bwindi were major highlights. Seeing mountain gorillas in their natural habitat was one of the most extraordinary experiences of the entire trip.
Our Uganda driver/guide deserves special recognition. When our safari vehicle developed a problem, he quickly arranged another vehicle and driver so that we lost very little safari time. His resourcefulness and commitment to keeping our trip on schedule were greatly appreciated.
Fred did an excellent job putting together a complicated multi-country itinerary. Coordinating transportation, border crossings, accommodations, safari vehicles, guides and activities for such a long trip is not easy, and overall the arrangements worked very well. Fred was accessible and responsive when issues arose, which is particularly important on a trip of this complexity.
One area where the experience could be improved further is communication between drivers/guides and passengers. Good communication about the day’s plans, driving times, wildlife sightings, stops and any changes to the schedule can make a significant difference on a long safari. Encouraging more regular interaction between drivers and passengers would make an already excellent experience even better.
The accommodations ranged from comfortable hotels to tented safari camps in spectacular locations, and staying close to the wildlife added enormously to the experience. Traveling overland through Kenya, Tanzania and Uganda also allowed us to see much more than just the national parks—the landscapes, villages and everyday life along the way became an important part of the journey.
This was a long and ambitious safari, and by the end we felt that we had experienced an extraordinary cross-section of East Africa: the great savannas and migration of Kenya and Tanzania, the primates and lush landscapes of Uganda, and an astonishing variety of wildlife throughout.
We would recommend One More Adventure Safaris and Fred Odyek, particularly for travelers looking for a customized, multi-country East African safari. Fred and his team worked hard to make our journey successful, and we came away with countless unforgettable experiences and memories.
Thank you, Fred and the One More Adventure team, for helping make this an adventure of a lifetime.

Well organized, nice team of guide-drivers
I joined a shared tour to Masai Mara & Nakuru, where I happened to join a vehicle of the nicest/fun people. As a solo traveler it was nice to join a car that had in total 3 out of 7 solo travelers, which made the experience “shared” and enjoyable. We saw the big five with Nakuru visit, and learned few things about some of the animals.
Kelvin was a very nice and patient guide.
One recommendation for the tour description is to not mention the possibility of seeing the migration in the right season especially if the effort to make it happen is not there.
Overall good experience, I recommend the company for solo travelers like me
