The best once in a lifetime safari experience!!
Our experience with Ambomara African Safaris was truly wonderful from start to finish! We did a 3days Masai Mara Safari by road from Nairobi. Despite having a packed itinerary, the entire trip felt completely hassle-free and worry-free because everything was so thoughtfully planned and flawlessly organized.
Communication was smooth, the service was excellent, and everything ran perfectly on time. We never had to worry about logistics, transfers, or what came next, allowing us to simply relax and enjoy every moment of our African adventure.
What stood out most was the reliability and attention to detail. Even with so much to fit into our schedule, Victor made sure everything flowed seamlessly, making the experience feel effortless rather than rushed.

Smooth operation with the best guide
Our tour took us to Rwanda and Uganda. We saw the Kigale Genocide Memorial, the Golden Monkeys, the Mountain Gorillas in Uganda, and Lake Bunyonyi. The scenery was stunning in both countries and the close encounters with the animals they are working hard to protect was something special.
Every step of the way our guide, Isaac, was on time, helpful, and smiling. He got us where we needed to be, helped us navigate the national park staging areas and boarder crossings, and was great company throughout our time in these beautiful and welcoming countries.
Additionally, he went the extra mile to ensure we made it to the airport in the middle of the night for a very early flight.

Great value for the price
I had a great experience with Pavillion safaris and tours.
Great location for the camp with a direct view of Kilimandjaro, great drivers, everything was easy. Could not have wished to have a better value for the price i paid.

Wild Uganda Is A Great Operator
Wild Uganda did a spectacular job designing our 12 day safari in Uganda and Rwanda. Our contact Ernest was always there to answer our questions over WhatsApp and our guide/driver Kasim was thoughtful, very polite, helpful, very informative and a great driver (important because the roads are difficult in spots and town traffic is fast). Our lodges were all very comfortable with helpful staff, lovely décor and abundant food at meal times. We could also have flavored waters, tea/coffee in the afternoons, with cookies or fruit to hold us until dinner. You will find the people of Uganda and Rwanda are polite, reserved and dedicated to you as a guest. I highly, highly recommend Wild Uganda and I feel extremely lucky to have picked them to give us such a marvelous trip.

A super five-star safari, planned end to end
We just returned from an epic safari in Kenya, and Rodah, Kim and Rio from Shanjoy made it one of the most memorable trips we've ever taken.
From the start, they designed a customized itinerary around our needs and fit it to our target budget. They put real time and effort into getting every detail right and stayed in constant communication before, during, and even as we were departing Nairobi to come back home. Their recommendations and guidance gave us complete confidence that everything was handled, so we never had to worry. They covered the trip end to end, including excellent recommendations for all five of our accommodations and their pick of top guides.
Kim, our guide, was extraordinary. He shared a tremendous amount of insight about Kenya's culture, people, and customs, and gave us a deep understanding of every animal we saw. His knowledge of birds was five-star-plus. He is also a superb driver, and on long highway stretches of up to five hours, he kept us safe and always got us there on time. He also positioned us perfectly for photos, with animals in the foreground against sunsets and mountains.
Rio, our guide in the Mara, knows the terrain incredibly well, has deep knowledge and answered all our questions. Even with the crowds, he placed us where we could watch animals behaving naturally in their habitat.
We give this trip a super five stars and highly recommend Rodah, Kim, and Rio. Thank you also to everyone behind the scenes at Shanjoy. We are talking about this trip to all our friends and family and count it among our fondest memories.

Exceptional African Safari Experience with Williamson Adventures!
We had an unforgettable trip to Tanzania with Williamson Adventures, led by William and his amazing team. From the initial planning to the final day of our safari, everything was seamless, highly professional, and perfectly organized.
As a group of photography enthusiasts, we had specific requirements regarding equipment, vehicle setups, and daily schedules. William was extremely patient, responsive, and accommodating to all our needs. The 4WD safari jeeps were well-maintained, comfortable, and well-equipped with pop-up roofs and bean bags, which made our wildlife viewing and photography experience top-notch!
Our guides were incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and expert spotters—thanks to them, we saw an incredible abundance of wildlife up close. The entire experience exceeded our expectations in every way.

Worth every penny
Brian is an energetic and passionate young guide. On our first day, he asked if we’d like to take a boat ride on Lake Naivasha—a truly rare and unforgettable experience. Shortly after entering Lake Nakuru, we were lucky enough to spot both black rhinos and lions. To top it off, as we left our hotel on the second day, we even saw a mother white rhino with her calf!
In the Masai Mara, we had the incredible fortune of spotting leopards two days in a row, watching lions feeding and guarding their prey, and admiring majestic herds of elephants. We also thoroughly enjoyed the fascinating wildlife facts Brian shared whenever we encountered animals.

Knowledgeable, genuine and welcoming people
We honestly didn’t know what to expect coming into this vacation but we are so grateful we chose a smaller, locally owned company. From the beginning, we communicated directly with Steve, the owner, while planning and booking our trip. He listened to everything we needed and accommodated every request we had, which gave us so much confidence before we even arrived.
When we finally arrived, Steve personally met us at the airport with our guide, Sammy, and we immediately felt welcomed. We were nervous about traveling with a family member who has both cognitive and physical disabilities, but the entire Ramja team was incredible with her. They were patient, kind, and genuinely welcoming, never making us feel that her needs were a burden. They made sure she was included and that our whole family felt comfortable. They were also very accommodating of a difficult dietary allergy in our group, always making sure her needs were taken seriously.
We expected the animals to be the highlight, but honestly the most incredible part of our trip was getting to know the people, culture, and country through our guides. Sammy deserves a very special shoutout. We spent the most time with him and really got to know him. He is an amazing man—kind, genuine, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. He taught us so much about Kenya, its people, history, and culture, and truly became part of our family along the way. Getting to know him was such a blessing. On our final day, we also got to spend time with George who also went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. He kindly accommodated last minute requests that make our trip even more memorable!
Every person we met through Ramja was knowledgeable, warm, and genuinely invested in our experience. Choosing a local company made this trip feel personal in a way we don't think we could have gotten elsewhere! It was beautiful to see and experience a country through really wonderful people. We honestly couldn’t be more grateful.
