Leigh-Ann was wonderful to work with. She was fast to respond, and answered my never-ending questions.
We booked the Kruger Shalati and the Victoria Falls experience, and she was attentive to every detail, including financial constraints.
Starting in Cape Town, the drivers were prompt and made everything easy to get to, and the tour guide Alastair was fantastic. We got to see the penguins, eat at some local places, and see all sorts of wildlife and attractions along the way.
The Airlink flights arranged between tours were well-planned and easy to maneuver, we were well-prepared for flight information, luggage requirements and the paperwork needed between countries.
Kruger Shalati was beyond words. They may have actually been too attentive - we felt spoiled and never went long between drinks/meals. The food was delicious and they were able to accommodate preference/allergies with no issues. Victor, the game drive tour guide was amazing, and we really liked that we got to know our guides across the stay. The evenings were relaxing, and it was nice to chat with other guests over wine by the patio fireplace.
The Victoria Falls portion of the trip was equally great, we had been advised to purchase the correct visa in the airport, so we were expecting that once we arrived. There was a minor issue with the room and food package, but Leigh-Ann had it sorted via text before we finished the meal.
She continued to check in for the duration of the stay to ensure there were no problems, including at check-out to make sure there were no last-minute issues with billing.
My only advice is that whatever you plan on bringing in cash for tipping/shopping, double (or triple) it. While tipping was always optional, everyone went above and beyond, and we wanted to reward them!
Overall, the trip was wonderful and well worth the money for the experience and the peace of mind that came with knowing we were taken care of every step of the way.

Wonderful Host & Guide
Kenaw is a warm and welcoming tour operator. He speaks English well so it is easy for tourists to communicate with him. He arranged everything properly for us so we could enjoy our stay in Ethiopia. He took us to local shopping of spices and also to a famous ethnic cuisine restaurant where we enjoyed food with Ethiopian coffee. We loved his hospitality and availability whenever we wanted to ask him for help. Overall my family enjoyed this trip because of On the Go Ethiopia Tours. Robert's customer service is exceptional. He consistently went above and beyond to ensure we had the best possible experience. His knowledge of the wildlife is outstanding, and he shared fascinating information about nearly every animal we encountered. Beyond the wildlife, Robert also educated us about the history of the region and its surroundings, making the journey even more meaningful.

My husband and I spent 8 amazing days traveling through Uganda from Rwanda with Renai, and I honestly cannot recommend them enough.
From the very beginning, communication with Jovan was OUTSTANDING. He made sure every activity we wanted was included, all the highlights were covered, and we didn't have to worry about a single thing. He gave thoughtful recommendations, suggested improvements to the itinerary, and genuinely cared about making our trip unforgettable. I truly felt like he was personally invested in ensuring we had the best possible experience.
Our guide, Kelly, was absolutely wonderful. We loved him! He was funny, knowledgeable, always made us feel safe, and constantly shared interesting facts and local tips throughout the journey. The vehicle was incredibly comfortable, spacious, had a cooler, and there were even little surprises along the way that made the trip even more special.
What stood out the most was how personal everything felt. It never felt like we had hired a tour company, it felt like friends were proudly showing us their beautiful country.
We've traveled with other companies before, but nothing has compared to our experience with Renai. I only wish we had spent even more time exploring Uganda with them.

Wonderful safari tour
We were incredibly excited for this safari, as a trip to Tanzania had been on our bucket list for a long time. It exceeded all our expectations! Tanzania is a beautiful country with incredible wildlife and breathtaking landscapes.

Touring Rwanda was a great experience
We were a group of 12 adults on a two week tour of Rwanda in June/July. Gorilla trekking was the primary goal of our tour and Golden Rwanda added many wonderful locations & experiences either side so that we came away feeling that we had really seen & enjoyed a lot more. Our guide/drivers (2), vehicles & accommodations were very good. Really glad we got to see the Nyungwe forest & also lake Kivu. Pace of the tour was mostly good though towards the end I was flagging.
