Beyond 5 stars! Unforgettable 6-day Uganda safari with Simon and Lulu Safaris
We spent an amazing 6 days in Uganda with Lulu Safaris and cannot recommend them highly enough. From day one, the communication and planning were flawless, and they tailored everything perfectly to our wishes. We would book with them again in a heartbeat!
A very special thank you goes to our incredible guide, Simon, who made this trip perfect. His warm, easygoing nature and flawless organization made us feel welcome from the start. He answered every question, sharing deep insights into local culture and wildlife. We especially loved sitting down with him after our activities like chimpanzee and gorilla treks or Community Tours to review the highlights and hear his personal stories.

Amazing guide, amazing nature, amazing organisation.
The personnel was friendly and flexible. Tribon is perfect guide -very interesting and helpful,my admiration that he drove us non-stop for around 11 hours daily. The tour was well organised. Lenchada safari camp is nice. Also we are grateful to Collins for his flexibility and help.

Grayson is best guide!!
I was with a guide named Grayson, and he was the best!!! You are really kind. I was lucky on the first day, and thanks to the guide, I got to see the Big 4!!😍 The next day, I finished watching the Big 5. In the sections where we could play music, they even provided speakers. It was so much fun because you explained the animals in detail!
Especially on the first day, we focused on observing animals and taking photos. On the second day, the explanations about the animals were given in more detail, so I was able to listen better☺️ I saw them eating lion food for two days straight! You drive so well and are very considerate :)
I definitely want to come back to the Serengeti, and if I can get in touch, I’d love to be with Grayson!

6 Day Honeymoon Safari
We recently returned from an incredible 6-day safari visiting Amboseli, Lake Nakuru and the Masai Mara, and we couldn’t recommend Green Places Adventures enough!
From our initial contact with Elijah, the whole planning process was smooth and stress-free. Elijah was friendly and helpful throughout, and he even came to meet us at our hotel before the trip, which was a lovely personal touch and gave us great confidence ahead of our adventure.
Our driver, Evans, was absolutely fantastic. He was so friendly and knowledgeable, and his 16 years of experience really shone through throughout our trip. Thanks to him, we were lucky enough to see the Big Five! He was also incredibly patient and flexible, allowing us to spend as much or as little time as we wanted at each sighting, which made the whole experience even more special.
All the hotels were lovely, with super-friendly and accommodating staff who made us feel welcome throughout our stay.
The hot-air balloon ride over the Masai Mara was a truly spectacular way to finish our safari and made an already unforgettable trip even more special.
We feel incredibly lucky to have had such an amazing experience and are so grateful to Elijah, Evans and the whole Green Places Adventures team for making our safari so memorable. We would highly recommend them to anyone planning a safari in Kenya!

My tour of a lifetime
Where can I start.. This trip was amazing even more than I would have ever could have imagined. Africa holds a spot close to my heart now. I want to thank Belinda for setting up everything for this epic journey. I mean she was on top of everything and ensured that you were going to have a great time. 1st stop was Maasai Mara and that didn’t disappoint at all. Ian our tour guide was very informative he made sure we were always having a good time.
2nd stop was Hells gate where they filmed parts of Lion King. The gorge was my favorite part of the stop.
3rd Stop Lake Naivasha we toured the lake/swap and saw alligators and hippos. We also saw various birds.
4th stop Crescent Island more up close self guided tour. Came across giraffes, zebras, velvet monkeys, and more hippos
Last stop Zanzibar has to be my favorite part of the vacation. The beaches were beautiful and the people were amazing. I highly recommend to book with Robevins safaris any day of the week! Thank you again.

Fantastic planning, fantastic guide, fantastic experience
We had a fantastic week with Safari Soles. During the planning phase everything already felt very comfortable with them. The adapted the trip several times for us and everything went smooth and with quick follow-ups. In Tanzania the safari itself went exactly as planned. The vehicle was absolutely fantastic and our guide (Oscar, what a great guy! Please, if you want to have a good week on the road with an experienced expert, please request for him!) Oscar went all the way for us and he worked so hard all week to make things comfortable for us. That made our whole trip a great success. We will be back to Tanzania and Safari Soles again, for real!

5/5 stars – A huge thank you to guide Reggie! Top-notch performance, despite some issues with the vehicle.
In October 2026, we went on a 5-day private safari with Samora Explorers. The communication with Iddy and Samwel leading up to the trip was absolutely outstanding—fast, straightforward, and highly commendable!
The absolute highlight of our trip, however, was our guide, Reggie (Reginald)! We felt completely at ease with him from the very first minute. Reggie is incredibly competent, shares a wealth of information, and has an exceptional eye for wildlife. The ultimate highlight: thanks to him, we were able to witness an actual lion hunt up close—an unforgettable moment! On a personal level, Reggie was also incredibly warm and humorous; we truly enjoyed the evenings spent in his company.
There were a few minor shortcomings regarding the vehicle and the transparency of the trip description:
Unfortunately, the safari vehicle was technically unreliable and broke down several times, requiring Reggie to carry out repairs on the spot.
The description of the timing for the game drives could have been more realistic. The actual duration of the game drives differed noticeably from what was outlined in the itinerary (though we aren't certain if this was due to the technical issues with our vehicle).
Despite these minor issues regarding the vehicle and the transparency of the itinerary, we would like to express our sincere thanks to Iddy and Samwel for their excellent support during the planning phase. And to Reggie: you made this trip a true highlight for us. We will never forget the days we spent with you! Shukran—you are a fantastic guide!
