3/5

Unfortunately driver wasn’t very talkable
We wanted to hear more about places and animals in order to have maximal experience from safari .
Car was too old and not clear enough
Otherwise accommodation was fine

Knowledgeable, experienced and helpful to costumers

If you’re thinking about booking a safari in Tanzania — do it with this company. I honestly don’t even know where to start because everything was absolutely perfect from day one.
First of all, a huge thanks to Winnie, who organized the entire trip. From the very beginning, communication was smooth, friendly, and professional. Winnie somehow managed to understand exactly what we were looking for — even without meeting us! And not only that, I even got 4 different specific offers (with day by day itinerary) about the safari options and she was insanely understanding and helpful. When I mentioned I really wanted to see lions, she suggested swapping parks and going to Ruaha instead of Mikumi and i was really grateful for that. Best decision ever! I don’t think I’ve ever seen a place more beautiful and raw than Ruaha.
The accommodation she arranged was unforgettable. Sleeping in an open hut by the river, falling asleep to the sounds of hippos and lions — that’s something I’ll remember for the rest of my life. And the lodge up in the hills? Way beyond anything I expected — stunning views, incredible food, and such a peaceful atmosphere.
Now, about our guides — Willy and K.P. Master— I can’t praise them enough! Willy did most of the driving and I felt completely safe the entire time, even on the bumpiest roads. K.P. has the eyes of a hawk and no animal could hide from him! Thanks to them, we spotted 4 out of the Big 5 within just a few hours of out first day in Mikumi, plus so many other animals I never imagined seeing up close. But what truly made them special was more than just their guiding skills. They were always full of energy (despite waking up super early every day), kind, open, and so knowledgeable, not just about wildlife, but also about Tanzanian culture, daily life, and traditions. We had amazing conversations comparing life in Tanzania and Slovenia, and I learned so much more than I expected.
This wasn’t just a safari, it was a full experience that touched every sense and left me with memories (and stories) for a lifetime.
If you’re still deciding who to book with this is your sign. Book with them. You won’t regret it.

Once in a lifetime experience!
5/5

Went on a six-day safari with Apex this march, and it was an incredible experience. The staff were super friendly, and we always felt safe and cared for — this was especially important to us since we were a group of young women traveling alone. We never felt exposed or worried at any point.

The hotels were great, with good food and comfortable accommodations. Our drivers cared about animal welfare and made sure to explain the ethical guidelines, which made the experience even more meaningful. They even helped us surprise one of the girls with a birthday cake!

Overall, it was a trip of a lifetime, and I highly recommend it!

If you could describe the tour operator in one sentence, what would you say?

From the bottom of my heart am delighted to experience such an amazing exceptional experience from Mohamed and Sylvanus. These people are friendly and customer centric.
We had a four day trip to Serengeti Ngorongoro and Tarangire. The trip was tailored to our budget and expectations,we have a wonderfull experience at the Serengeti game drive witness massive wildbeest black rhinos and we had a perfect view over the crater floor. Surely Saya Blue adventures is the way to go to experience african natural wonders and unforgetable experience.

Amazing Trip!!

I recently had the pleasure of booking a safari tour to Lake Nakuru this February with Reimistar Safaris, and it was truly the experience of a lifetime! From the moment I made my first inquiry, their team was professional, responsive, and genuinely eager to make sure every detail was perfect.

The entire trip was exceptionally well organized. Our guide was not only incredibly knowledgeable about the park and its wildlife but also very friendly and attentive to everyone's needs. Thanks to their expertise, we spotted a wide range of animals, including rhinos, giraffes, buffaloes, and the famous flamingos that paint the lake pink.

The vehicle provided was clean, comfortable, and ideal for game viewing. Every aspect of the safari — from the timely pickups to the well-planned game drives — reflected the company’s high standards and passion for delivering unforgettable experiences.

Lake Nakuru itself was stunning in February — clear skies, vibrant landscapes, and an abundance of wildlife. Reimistar Safaris made sure we had the best views and plenty of time to soak it all in without feeling rushed.

I would highly recommend Reimistar Safaris to anyone planning a safari adventure in Kenya. They truly go above and beyond to create a magical, hassle-free experience. I’m already looking forward to booking my next tour with them!

In tune to client needs and wants

From assigned drivers to accommodations to setting a reasonable yet high experience schedule, Chiral ATT nailed it.
We started in Nairobi, allowing for a good night's sleep and breakfast to recover from 22 hours of travel. Then we headed to our first game reserve. Our driver and guide, Joseph, was knowledgeable and strived to enable a full game experience. He clearly loves Kenya and animals - not just focusing on the big 5 (and ugly 5) but on birds, reptiles and animals of cultural (sometimes tribal) significance.

What stuck with me was the *balance* of roughing it on the road and long drives with opportunities to shop, spa, museums and cultural deep dives like a co-op that empowers women in poverty or a tribe striving to maintain their culture while ensuring health and well-being of their people.

Thru the entire 18 day trip l felt safe and listened to. I could ask questions and request adjustments.

We ended our experience in Mombasa at a resort. Clever move. We left with our last memory being the food, music and a sense of relaxation.

It was a great experience!
5/5

I participated alone as a woman.
The day before, John came to the hotel to explain the camp.
We were asked to prepare a tip of $15 per day (we gave it to the driver on the last day, but it seems that it is not compulsory).

There were three members in the group: myself and two Westerners on honeymoon. These two stayed at the lodge, so I was the only one at the camp, but chef James was with me at night and always took care of me.
He was always very kind to me, even though I am not good at English, and it was very reassuring.

At the camp, they will set up a small tent for you.
Sleeping bags, cushions, and mattresses are provided.
At the campsite, only cold water showers are available in the Serengeti, but hot water showers are available elsewhere.

The campsite in Ngorongoro is very cold, so warm clothes are essential, but the scenery was amazing.

During the safari, in addition to the BIG5, we were able to see cheetahs and hippos up close.
Although it was the rainy season, it didn't rain.
I think it would be difficult to find animals because of the lush grass, but on the other hand, the greenery was so beautiful!
Our guide, Damien, knew the course very well and contacted the surroundings by radio so that we could see the animals.
I am grateful that we were able to see so many animals even though it was the rainy season.

We were asked to visit a Maasai village, and it cost $33 per person when we did it.
They showed us singing and dancing, how to make a fire, and showed us inside the houses.
It seemed a bit expensive, but it seems that the money was used to buy medicine and water for the children.

This time, the members I was with were two very nice people, so I had a great time from start to finish and it was the best tour ever!!
