An Amazing Experience from Start to Finish
I originally contacted 3 companies for a safari quote and Serengeti African Tours responded immediately. They provided an itinerary to suit my timetable and budget. Inviolata became my point of contact and has answered so many questions prior to booking the safari and after booking until I arrived in Tanzania. As I had free time in Arusha before and after the safari Inviolata also arranged a day trip to the Materuni Waterfalls and an Arusha City tour. The package included airport pick up and drop off. Eli picked me up at the airport and took me to the accommodation in Arusha organised by Inviolata. Eli also drove me on both the day trips and back to the airport at the end of the trip. Eli was a careful driver and answered any questions. He even stopped on the way back to the airport to let me take pictures of Kilimanjaro! For the safari the guide was Bahayo. He picked me up on time from Arusha and looked after me and the other 5 travellers for the next 5 days. He was an amazing guide that tried very hard to locate the animals over the 5 days and allowed us ample time to view them and photograph them. We managed to see the Big Five and so much more though Bahayo’s determination and hard work. He drove everyone to different accommodation at the end of each day and always picked us up on time the following day. We also had a chef Richard who made us a delicious lunch everyday. All the accomodation selected by Inviolata was amazing and all of the food delicious. The staff at each place I stayed at were all friendly and helpful.
I thoroughly enjoyed my safari from beginning to end and would definitely recommend Serengeti African Tours. Thank you to you all for an amazing experience!

Provided what it promised! The guide was a real bonus.
We booked 4 days mid budget tour for Masai Mara and Lake Nakuru. They picked us from hotel, gone to office, made payment and the rest is managed successfully by our guide Papa John. We were a group of 8 with diverse interests. Papa John responded to our numerous requests with patience and provided interesting insights on almost everthing: from wildies to regulations to habits of animals. At every departure he was attentive, checked that we had all our belongings. Throughout the journey, his driving was safe. He continuously informed us about the next steps that will follow. The camp and the hotel are as advertised, breakfast and dinner at camp were basic but still satisfying although we wished there would be cheese in breakfasts! The lunch on picnic was above expectations. The lunches on the road were basic but offered at clean, safe restaurants with shopping opportunities. Beware, the roads are bumpy, and dust is part of safari! We observed all the available species at multiple locations except the cheetah and leopard at one location only. Papa John followed our wishes to stop for extra photos but did not allow anybody to step out of car to hug the lions! Rules are followed strictly. The toilets of parks and lunch restaurants were hygienic. Water was always available in the car. The extra visit to Masai village is worth to go. You participate in the dances, take a look at how they live. Everything went smoothly, we chatted a lot with other guests, I definitely recommend the tour and Papa John as a guide was excellent.

Beyond Expectation’s

Amazing safari
Dream holiday made even better by the tour guide we had Luther!
Been planning this holiday over the past year and was more than we could have hoped for. We done 4 days group camping with a group with 4 other people.
Seeing the big five plus multiple other animals will be a memory for life.
Our guide Luther was very knowledgeable on both the animals and the land. Always checking in the group was okay and answered any questions we had. Very friendly and made the group feel at ease.

Simply amazing
We had an absolutely incredible safari experience, and so much of that was thanks to our guide, Gift Dastan.
From the moment we met him, his knowledge, professionalism, and passion for wildlife were obvious. He worked tirelessly to make sure we saw as much as possible, and thanks to his expertise, we had unforgettable sightings of lions, cheetahs, elephants, giraffes, and so much more. He seemed to know exactly where to be and when, giving us opportunities to witness amazing animal behavior that we will never forget.
What truly set Gift apart was how kind, patient, and personable he was. He answered all of our questions, shared fascinating information about the animals, the area and his life before being a guide. He made every game drive both educational and exciting. We always felt safe, comfortable, and well cared for.

Best Safari ever, we see all the big five and more thanks to Mark patience and compentence.
Sorry that We had some problems initially with comunications and organization part, but, at the end , the Safari tour was Perfect!

unforgettable experience!!
Where do I even begin. This was our first safari ever, in Kenya, and we could not have asked for a better experience. Duncan, Nic, and Samuel made this trip something we will carry with us for the rest of our lives.
Our driver Duncan, we felt so lucky to have him. He never rushed anything. He took the time to point out every bird, explain the history, share the stories behind what we were seeing.
You could feel how much he loves what he does, As first timers, we were not sure what to expect. But this team knew exactly where to go and when.
We saw almost everything on our list, and then some. It was not just a tour, it felt personal.

Amazing tour！
It is definitely a wonderful 6 days trip here with our guide Richie. What we appreciated most was his deep respect for nature. His knowledge of wildlife tracking and animal behavior is unmatched; he kept a perfect distance to ensure we got a great view without disturbing the wildlife at all.
The atmosphere over the past few days was just wonderful. I truly understood the real meaning of "Hakuna Matata"—embracing the moment, staying relaxed, and letting go of all worries.

The tour was very well planned with all bookings being arranged prior to the tour. The drivers were amazing with their animal spotting skills and explaining. They were very helpful and friendly sharing all information that a tourist should know about Kenya.
