Overall a great experience
Our tour guide Japhet was the best! We had a great time driving through Tanzania! Always felt safe and he was very knowledgeable about the wildlife (especially birds)! It was our honeymoon and the company went out of there way to add little extras at no charge. We had a great chef join us for the safari and the food was good. We did a day hike on Kilimanjaro and our guide Chami was great! Very patient with us slow hikers! We didn’t receive some information about camping by accident so I would reach out closer to if you have not received anything. Also it was not communicated but very few accommodations had A/C.

Helpful and flexible tour operator
Linus was very helpful and showed flexibility with the itinerary when we suffered a flight cancellation and arrived about a day later than planned.
He created a new itinerary for us and even awaited us at the airport. Overall we had a great experience, even though we couldn’t do our planned trip.

Our entire experience with Phine Safaris was absolutely amazing from start to finish!
Everything went incredibly smoothly, and their communication was always quick, clear, and reliable. As this was my first safari, I initially had some concerns, but their professionalism and responsiveness made me feel completely comfortable and confident throughout the entire process.
Even when our preferred hotel was unavailable, they went above and beyond to find the best possible alternative. Whenever we had additional requests or wanted to make changes, they responded immediately and arranged everything so efficiently. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble!
A very special thank you to our guide, James, whose dedication was truly exceptional! He put his heart and soul into making sure we saw everything we wanted to see. He never gave up searching for the wildlife we hoped to encounter, while always prioritizing our safety, comfort, and personal requests. An incredible safari experience, with an excellent guide, seamless organisation and fantastic servic
We had an absolutely fantastic experience on our safari in Selous Game Reserve (Nyerere national park), exploring the areas around the Rufiji River. The whole experience was brilliant from start to finish.
Our guide, Rafael, was amazing. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the wildlife and the reserve itself, and went out of his way to make sure we got as close to the animals as possible. His knowledge really made the experience amazing.
The flights in and out were both smooth and everything was well organised. Catherine, who we arranged the safari with, was also fantastic throughout the entire process. She was extremely helpful, informative and always quick to respond to any questions we had, which made organising everything really straightforward.
Overall, an incredible experience and one of the highlights of our trip to Zanzibar. We’d highly recommend it, particularly Rafael as a guide and Catherine for arranging everything!

Our guide James Karani (Jimmy). Since we arrived in Nairobi Wilson airport everything went really smooth, and Jimmy took us up in the pickup point with a big smile and a superb attitude (I knew the was the best guide we could have). His professionalism in every tour, always pushing himself hard to find the best views of the Safari for us was incredible. Always patient and on time. Couldn't describe a better tour.
This, a big thanks to Jungle Roam Safari and Jimmy for this. We're going back home full filled.

Fantastic experience with Tanzania-based tour operator!
We chose Wild Horizon Safaris because we were looking for a reliable, local tour operator to make sure we get the best Tanzanian experience and that the money goes to the local communities.
We were not disappointed! We had fantastic 8 days in Tarangire, Serengeti and Ngorongoro. No day was like the day before. Our guide Steven knew exactly where to take us and spotted animals we would have never seen by ourselves (including the big 5). He also told us a lot about their habitat and behaviour!
Moreover, he was just a wonderful person with good vibes who made our stay in Tanzania unforgettable.
Some minor setbacks on the administrative side have been handled very professional and creative and we have always felt very well taken care of! Since they are not one of the big tour operators, they came up with very individual solutions.
We would always chose Wild Horizon Safaris again and highly recommend them!

The experience with Suricata Safaris was just perfect.
We visited 3 parks, Tarangire, Ngorongoro and Serengueti. It was a lifetime experience.
We saw more than 30 species including the Big 5. The possibility of seeing the animals in their natural habitat with so much respect for them is something I appreciate a lot. We never interfered in their life habits or chased them like it happened in other safaris I have made.
Thanks to Ecky who was the most amazing driver we could imagine. He is an expert of the land, animals and culture. Always patient, always respectful and always making us feeling at home every day, with a smile in his face.
Special mention as well to Alawi our second driver of the group for his kindness and for tacking care of us every moment. Thanks to Tito our chef, the food every day was amazing and he took a lot of care about my intolerances every day.
Thanks to the rest of the group that every day assembled and disassembled the camp for us, so when we arrived everything was ready.

We had a fabulous experience. A lifetime of memories. And Bonniface was responsible for making it great. The safari was an experience that far exceeded our expectations. The accommodations were excellent, and the overall itinerary and travel routes were well-planned, allowing us to enjoy the trip without any inconvenience. It was a truly flawless and satisfying trip!

A really effective and nice tour operator
Our safari day in Chobe was perfect !
The ride to the border of Botswana with Casper went well and quick. He helped us with the administrative formalities, we really appreciated it !
As for the game drive in Chobe National Park, our guide Kumo made our experience unforgettable : he took the time to explain us the characteristics of each animal that we saw. He was respectful with the local fauna : he didn’t tried to approach the animals at any price and gave us some funny facts without shouting next to the animals.
As for the lunch, we really appreciated the huge variety of meals and desserts.
We highly recommend this experience with this tour operator !
