Papyrus guesthouse in Entebbe was very nice, good food and kind people.
The highlight of our holiday in Uganda were 2 gorilla trails. Oscar arranged two good families for us!

Once in a lifetime adventure - roadtrip in Namibia
I usually organize all my trips myself, but for our first time in Africa I felt I needed more support and inside tips. I decided to go for Viatu because of its great expertise in Namibia and of its care for sustainable travel. Ever since our first call with Mardi I realized we had made the best possible choice! Mardi really took the time to understand our way of traveling and created a perfect itinerary throughout the whole country, with focus on nature and wildlife on a medium budget. Every single question we had (and we had many!) was answered and we left for Windhoek feeling fully prepared. And what a trip we had!! 2 weeks, 3269 km, a very wobbly but adventurous Suzuki Jimny, amazing eco-luxury stays, crazy wildlife and out of the world landscapes. Half of our nights was spent on budget tented camps and even in those cases we had a great experience.
Namibia is one of those trips that need a lot of preparation, an adventurous soul and a good travel agency ready to support you before and during your trip. What we experienced in Namibia will always stay in our memories and hearts. 100% recommend for Viatu!

Amazing experience
We booked a private safari to Amboseli with Balu and we're so happy we did! Our driver & guide, Hopes, showed us so many incredible details, and his knowledge in explaining them made the experience truly unforgettable. His own enthusiasm and interest about the park and its animals was palpable! Everything was arranged very well, from lodgings to the game drives. On top of that, they were so helpful to arrange our train tickets to Mombasa and later to Nairobi. We definitely recommend booking with Balu and Hopes!

An unforgettable experience
We will never forget our Safari with Serengeti smile. Patricia was extremely accommodating and patient while we made our choices, often asking to amend things which was never an issue for her. She gave great advice to make sure that we were making the correct choices for our trip and we are truly grateful that she customised the perfect trip for us. Then we met our guide Samwell, we couldn’t have asked for a better guide to take us through the parks and helped us see 4 of the 5 big 5. We had extremely close elephant encounters but Sam also made sure to respect the animals and not interfere with them. There is nothing we would have changed about our trip, everything went seamlessly from landing in Arusha to departing again to Zanzibar everything was taken care of. Thank you so much Patricia and Samwell, we are counting down the days until we can book with Serengeti smile again.
