well organized, friendly staff, perfect driver
The safari tour with Axis Safari was perfectly organized. From our very first contact to the actual tour, everything went smoothly and there was absolutely nothing to complain about.
The team on site was very friendly and helpful. We also had the best driver, who did everything he could to show us as many animals as possible and make the experience truly memorable.
I would definitely recommend Axis Safari and would happily book another tour with them in the future.

A truly special trip. Attention to detail was phenomenal
Luther our tour guide was fantastic, easy going and personable. He used his knowledge of the areas in the sergenti, the Ngorongoro crater and Tarangire to find the big 5. We saw lions tending to their cubs, baby elephants and a black mained lion which was a dream come true. Two cheetahs and many many others. Thank you for a truly special anniversary trip!

We did 8 days safari to navisha, masai mara and Nakuru.
The lodges were great!! James the driver was very kind and helpful. We saw a lot of different animals thanks to his sporting skills.Really recommend about jocky!!
Also David the agent helped us make the tour exactly according to our kosher diatry.

We booked our tour last year for our 5th wedding anniversary. It did not disappoint! We saw absolutely everything and it’s all thanks to our wonderful game driver Luther. We have nicknamed him King Luther. He had a wealth of knowledge and experience he was more than willing to share. He stopped whenever we saw something and always checked we were happy to proceed. He was always accommodating and very kind to us all. To say we were impressed is such an understatement. Thank you King Luther!! You have made incredible memories for us!

Lovely experience
We had a fantastic 4-day, 3-night safari with JungleRoam, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. I traveled with my 66-year-old mother, and everything was well organized from the moment we were picked up in Nairobi until we were dropped off back in the city.
Our guide, Bryan, was excellent. He was always friendly, spoke very good English, drove safely, and worked hard to make sure we had the best wildlife sightings possible. Thanks to him, we were lucky enough to see the entire Big Five, which was one of the highlights of our trip.
The accommodations were comfortable, clean, and included hot water. Most of the lodges also had Wi-Fi. The only exception was the lodge inside the Masai Mara Reserve, where Wi-Fi was only available in the dining area and lobby, but that is understandable considering the remote location.
The food exceeded our expectations. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were included every day, and most meals were served as buffets with a good variety of options. One day we had a packed lunch because we spent the whole day exploring the park, which allowed us to maximize our game drive time.
The safari itself was incredible. Seeing so many buffaloes and zebras in the wild was amazing, and the sunsets over the Masai Mara were absolutely breathtaking. We also witnessed part of the Great Migration, although only a few zebras crossed the river during our visit. Even so, it was a very special experience.
The only minor downside was the condition of some of the roads, which can be quite rough. However, this is part of the adventure and something to expect when visiting such a remote natural area.
Overall, the tour met our expectations and offered excellent value for money. It was well organized, punctual, and suitable for travelers of different ages—even my mother enjoyed every day of the experience.
I would definitely recommend JungleRoam to couples, families, solo travelers, and anyone looking for a well-planned safari in Kenya. Thank you, Bryan and the JungleRoam team, for making this trip so memorable!

We recently got back from a trip through Ngorongoro Tours Ltd and were very pleased at their help, experience, and accommodations. They were professional and helpful, especially helpful when my bag was delayed, where one of their drivers had to pick up my bag 2 days later at the airport since we were already on our way to Bwindi.
Our guide Amos was very nice, knowledgeable, and assisted us with everything, even providing borrowed items that I didn't have from the missing luggage, so that I could hike and have a good trip.
The accommodations we had in Bwindi was a great place overlooking the forest, with 5 star food, and a great staff. All hotels by the airport in Entebbe were also excellent, with great service and good staff.
The Gorillas were amazing - lifetime opportunity with many photo opportunities. Wish we could have stayed and done more sightseeing in Entebbe and/or do additional safari activities.
Special thanks to Shanitah in the office for helping organize everything so smoothly.
