Aloyce was the perfect guide for our Serengiti experience. He was knowledgeable about the animals and there behavior. He got us the prime spot on the great migration river crossing on mara river, made sure we saw the 5 big five and had a way to spot and get us where the action is going to be. I would recommend Amshar all the way. Special mention to Leoni, he not only helped us plan it but also made sure we were taken care of while in Tanzania.

Amazing wildlife experiences
Travel Creations Botswana organised a fantastic safari for us in July 2026, we did 11 days from Maun to Victoria Falls. Our guide was Jame, he was lots of fun and delivered some great wildlife experiences - 3 lions eating a Cape buffalo calf they had just caught, leopards, cheetahs, and lots of elephant sightings, giraffe towers etc. He was very knowledgeable. The safari was very well organised and the support crew were great - shifted our tents, comfy and warm beds, delicious meals cooked over the fire and hot water for showers.

When one of our flights was canceled and a lodge became unavailable, Carien and the Desert Air Africa Safaris team stepped in immediately, reorganizing flights and adjusting the itinerary so smoothly that our trip remained seamless. Serengeti, a serene and beautiful experience
A very smooth experience with Amshar Serengeti right from the start to finish. Excellent and prompt communication with clarity on that would be part of their services. Reliable and friendly tour guides. Our tour guide Alloyce was too good. His friendly nature made the trip even more memorable. He had a very good understanding of some specific information about the animals we can be across during the tour. He even had a good book to share with us for reference if required. Altogether a beautiful experience for each and every manner in the family 😃

Excellent choice, we would book again with Philbert
Traveling with MT2T was the best for our first safari. Starting with planning and communication during the whole time, Philbert was really helpful and reliable. Since we also stayed in the accommodation from Philbert, he was so nice to offer us an airport transfer. Mike as our driver and tour guide did everything possible to be in the first row with the big 5. He could answer all our questions and was safe driver. The meals and accommodations were above our expectations. We even had an upgrade for two nights. We highly recommend Philbert and his team from MT2T.

Amazing safari experience
We (a family of four) had the pleasure of spending seven days on safari with Active Wonders Safaris, and we loved every minute of it.
From the very first communication about our preferences, through the booking process, the itinerary, the accommodation, the safari vehicle, and, most importantly, the guides, everything was exceptionally well organized. One thing we especially appreciated was the feeling of traveling with a small company rather than being part of a large tourist operation. The experience felt personal, flexible, and genuine, and we never felt like just another booking. The team truly went above and beyond to give us the best possible experience. Throughout the trip, we felt completely safe, well looked after, and genuinely entertained.
Baraki was an outstanding driver, handling the challenging roads in both Serengeti and Ngorongoro with great skill. His ability to locate wildlife and his knowledge of the animals were truly impressive. Brian made the entire journey feel relaxed and enjoyable with his kind, helpful, and professional personality. He was fantastic with our children and had a remarkable ability to anticipate what was needed in every situation. Our 10-year-old daughter actually cried when it was time to say goodbye because we had enjoyed spending time with them so much.
We can wholeheartedly recommend Active Wonders Safaris to anyone looking for an unforgettable safari experience.
One thing that surprised us a little was the expected tipping level of around USD 20 per person, per day. We think this is worth mentioning, as it should be factored into the overall safari budget. The guides absolutely deserved every dollar—we simply come from a culture with a different tipping tradition, so it caught us a little by surprise.

We have seen lions
Martin was fantastic and very skillful at maneuvering through the other vehicles when we all ended up in the same spot waiting for the lions to pass. We were perfectly positioned, and that time spent among the lions was extraordinary. As for the safari organization itself (we opted for a three-hour late-afternoon slot), I’m not a fan of the drinks break, as it cuts into the time available for the rest of the experience.

Amazing safari with the best company and crew
We had a great experience going on safari with Mimsoft as part of our honeymoon in Kenya. The safari itself was amazing and we had the best guide, George, who was super nice, so full of knowledge, a great driver and easy going as a person. The communication, service and flexibility with Mimsoft was great from the beginning till the end. We couldn't be happier, and I would recommend anybody who wants to go on a safari to book Mimsoft, they are truly the best.
