Just wrapped up a 6-day safari covering Amboseli, Lake Nakuru, and the Masai Mara with Peak Season Safari.

Our guide, Japheth (Jeff), was top tier. His driving on rough tracks was effortless, always on time, and his animal knowledge is unreal. Crucially, he knows exactly where to position the 4x4 Land Cruiser for the best angles and photos. Thanks to him, we ticked off both the Big 5 and the Ugly 5, including rare sightings of a black rhino and a leopard.
The Land Cruiser with the pop-up roof was comfortable and reliable, and the lodges/tented camps hit the sweet spot between mid-range and luxury with amazing ambiance.
