We had such a good two-days-trip with our guides Miriam and Joseph.
We were a group of deaf women and both were very engaged to communicate with us in sign language.
They showed us a lots of beautiful animals and the great nature of Nyerere National Park. We laughed so much together and had a lot of fun.
Also the boat-safari an the visit in a Massai Boma were nice and very interessting.
Our Lodge were very clean, the rooms big with a nice bath room. The local people, who worked in the lodge had been very friendly and helpful and the service there was realy very good.
All in all it was such a good experience and we can recommend the tour.

It was a brief tour but a nice one.
I got a transit visa and it was night time. So we did a nice brief trip around addis ababa and cultural night in a restaurant. My guide and his friend are great people to guide me. Thanks a lot.

I couldn’t have asked for a more committed person to set up our multi- country safari👍
In my opinion Sara went the extra mile in ensuring our very tight agenda worked.
If I had a question she would respond immediately, no matter what day or time, including weekend.
The itinerary included flights to the Masai Mari, then back to Nairobi and then flights ti Entebbe and on to Kihiti to see the gorillas.
Next was further transfers to Johannesburg and up to Victoria Falls.
Finally, a road transfer to the Chobe in Botswana.
Each accommodation was first class. Each transfer was on time and each safari location was amazing.
Even with airlines changing flight times,Sara made it work.
I cannot speak highly enough of Sara for her dedication…..Thank you for helping us make memories if a lifetime🙏🏻

The team at Kenrobs has been so helpful during the planning process, while on safari, and even after the safari ended and I had remaining time in Arusha. Selecting an intinerary was straightforward and communication was always quick. When we had problems with a contracted guide, the team was quick to respond and checked in several times throughout the trip, eventually replacing the guide. Marcel was exceptionally helpful, and even agreed to take me around Arusha on my last day since I had a late flight! I highly recommend.

Amazing safari with an amazing team!
We had an absolutely incredible experience with our guide, Shedrack, and our driver, Leo. Everything was excellent from beginning to end, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better team!
Both of them were always very attentive to us, making sure we were comfortable and that we were enjoying every moment of the safari. They really listened to what we wanted to see and made an incredible effort to find all the animals we were hoping to see. One of our biggest goals for this safari was to see the Big Five, and thanks to their dedication, patience and determination, we managed to see all of them! They went above and beyond to make it happen, and it made the experience even more special for us.
Shedrack and Leo are not only very professional, but also incredibly kind, friendly and helpful. We felt very comfortable with them from the very first day, and it was clear that they genuinely wanted us to have the best possible experience.
We also want to give a special mention to Antonia for the amazing organization and management of our trip. From the very beginning, even before we arrived, she was always attentive to us, making sure everything was well organized and that every detail was taken care of so that our trip would be perfect. Her support and attention throughout the whole preparation process gave us complete peace of mind and made everything so easy for us.
They played a huge part in making our trip truly unforgettable. We enjoyed every single moment and created memories that we will keep forever, and a big part of that is thanks to them.

Kind and helpful, the best we could ask for.
We went with Steve our tour guide to tarangire to see the wild life. Steve was excellent, his intuition was superb, he knew exaxtly where to take us and found the best spots to take pictures. More than that, he was helpful and nice. I highly recommend.

Amazing
It’s the best trip we’ve ever taken! Every safari is different from the last, the animals are incredible, and so are the landscapes. We’re so grateful to Madelyne and her entire team, the attention they gave us and the way they treated us were unbeatable.
We chose the 9-day itinerary and loved it; it takes you through Kenya’s main parks and even includes a trip to the beach.
The only downside is that we would’ve liked to spend the last day relaxing instead of having to leave, but that’s just how vacations go, haha. If we return to Kenya, we’ll definitely choose the same agency again, I have no doubt about it.

Professional, knowledgeable and caring team that delivered an unforgettable Safari experience
We had an amazing 5-day safari experience with Kisaza Tours, and I would highly recommend them to anyone planning a Tanzania safari.
Our safari guide, Hans, was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and very dedicated to making sure we had the best possible experience. He was always looking for opportunities to help us see as many animals as possible.
During the safari, we were fortunate to see an incredible variety of wildlife, including male and female lions, buffaloes, leopards, cheetahs, elephants, rhinos, hippos, crocodiles, zebras, wildebeest, and many more. One of the biggest highlights was witnessing the Great Wildebeest Migration, which was truly an unforgettable experience.
On the second day, we encountered an unexpected issue with the vehicle registration required to enter Serengeti National Park, which caused a delay of around 2–3 hours. Hans handled the situation very professionally and worked hard to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Once everything was sorted out, he immediately brought us into the park and made sure we could still make the most of our day.
Throughout the safari, Hans was attentive to our needs and made sure we were comfortable and enjoying the experience. His knowledge of the parks and wildlife also made the game drives much more interesting.
Overall, we were very happy with the service, organization, reliability, and value provided by Kisaza Tours. The safari exceeded our expectations and gave us memories that we will treasure for a long time.
