dusty drives but amazing wildlife encounters
The 5 day group camping package with Suricata Safaris covers a huge amount of ground. Be prepared for long, dusty roads between Arusha, Lake Manyara, and the Serengeti plains. Jeremy was driving our group—he kept the vehicle steady and knew exactly where to spot elephant families near the water. The campsite facilities were pretty basic, but the meals prepared by the cook were hot and hearty. Good value if you don't mind roughing it a bit in tents.

The luckiest safari
We had the best experience with namnyak, our driver and guide were super kind and helped us with everything we needed up until the last moments.
We got to see every animal in just one day and had the best time in the Masai village.
Would totally recommend for anyone up for an adventure.

Fantastic safari!
The tour was perfectly well-organised, and the hotels were fantastic as expected. Our guide, Derick, was extremely polite and always available. He has managed to show us every animal, with commitment and a super view. He always explained us everything in detail, and helped us when needed. He is the true star of this safari. Wildlife experience with the right amount of adventure
Adam was simply a fantastic guide! He always went out of his way to give us the best possible insights, and his knowledge of nature was truly impressive to us. The nature experience we were able to enjoy here was breathtaking from start to finish. The chef who accompanied us also deserves nothing but praise. His food was delicious, and his friendly demeanor was very pleasant.
We were also very satisfied with the accommodations (considering the price). There’s just one thing I’d like to point out: the first campsite in Serengeti Park doesn’t quite meet the standards that tourists who don’t camp often might expect. It was sufficient for us, but I can imagine there are better options for a little more money. I’d also suggest increasing the portion sizes a bit—since if it had been a larger group of guys, there certainly wouldn’t have been enough.
The Simba Campsite, on the other hand, was very good.

Safari and cultural experience
This has to rate as one of the best holiday experiences we have had in all of our years of travel. Our guide was so knowledgeable and accommodating to our every need. The lodges selected by the operator were beyond our expectations and truly comfortable and homely. Initially we felt it was an expensive tour until we understood how much was included. We have nothing but praise for the whole experience.

Amazing Experience
The Safari was great, we saw lots and lots of animals thanks to our amazing guide Geralt who was really kind, informative and experienced. Food was great as well all the times.
The only thing that wasn't perfect was that we got grouped with four other people that only did 3 days (we did 4 days), so the itinerary drifted from the originally planned one. So our schedule had to be adapted to theirs, which resulted in longer driving times, more times at the camps and switching groups for the last day.

He was very knowledgeable about the wildlife and the parks, explained everything clearly and was always attentive to our questions. He was discreet, patient and made the safari very enjoyable without ever making us feel rushed. Thanks to him, we were able to discover the wildlife and landscapes of Tanzania in a wonderful way.
The organization was reliable, the service was excellent and we felt that we received very good value for money. Everything went smoothly and the safari itself exceeded our expectations. It was an unforgettable experience, and we are very happy that we chose Serengeti African Tours for our trip.

Luxury, Adventure, and Outstanding Service
From the moment we arrived, the team treated us with genuine warmth and professionalism. The safari vehicle was spacious, the lodges were beautiful, and every detail felt carefully planned.
Serengeti was absolutely breathtaking, especially during the early morning game drives when the plains were filled with wildlife. We saw lions, cheetahs, elephants, and even a leopard resting in a tree, which was a dream come true for me.
What made this trip special was the balance between adventure and comfort. After exciting game drives, we returned to excellent accommodations where we could relax and enjoy delicious meals.
Africa Joy Tours exceeded every expectation, and this remains one of the finest travel experiences I have ever had.
