First of all, the communication was excellent: immediate quotations, quick responses to all my questions, and great flexibility. I never had any doubts about the company. Everything felt transparent and well organized from the very beginning.
The owners of the agency are incredible: warm, respectful, and extremely helpful.
Our 6-day safari was partly operated by a partner company, Surikata. The logistics, treatment, and dedication of the drivers were amazing. We saw an incredible number of animals, and our drivers/ guides had great knowledge of the animals’ behaviour and habits, as well as where and when to look for them.
It was a truly unique and peaceful experience.

Perfect company, perfect guide/driver, and perfect tours!
We had an absolutely amazing safari experience with Shanjoy Tours & Safaris. From the very beginning to the end of our trip, everything was perfectly organized and exceeded our expectations.
Our guides/drivers were professional, experienced, friendly, and very attentive. They made us feel safe and comfortable throughout the journey, and their knowledge of the wildlife was impressive. They always did their best to help us find and enjoy the most amazing wildlife encounters.
The accommodation, transportation, meals, and overall organization were excellent. We especially appreciated having a private 4x4 Land Cruiser, which made the safari very comfortable and flexible.
Kenya and Tanzania were truly unforgettable, with incredible landscapes and wildlife. We were lucky to experience so many wonderful moments, and we will remember this trip for a very long time.

Looking for a fantastic safari, stop searching, you found it: Axis Africa Expedition Safari!
The whole safari was above as was promised.
The driver/guide, Kelvin picked me up at my hotel. The paying process went smooth at the office. No surprises. The car was modern and looks well maintained. Whole my 7-day safari Kelvin drove safely.
The accomodations was better then I expected (buget choice), all good. The tentcamp near Masai Mare is great and cosy. The hotels where above average. The camp near Aboseli was fantastic.
The guide, Kelvin, is the best there is. He told a lot about the country, the people and the animals in the parcs. In the parcs he managed always the perfect spot to watch the wild. We saw the big five and a lot of other animals as cheetahs and crocodils.
All together I was happy I choice for Axis Africa Expedition&Safari

We were able to fully enjoy every moment without ever having to worry about the logistics.

Comprehensive!
Mustapha was such an amazing safari guide! He was very communicative throughout the whole trip and taught us a lot about all of the animals as well as local culture and customs. He's been a guide for 17 years and seemed to know many of the other drivers on the road, which made finding the good viewpoints and game drive spots really easy! We were able to see almost every single animal we were hoping to see this trip, and for a lot of them Mustapha was able to get us up very close to see. We traveled through most of the Serengeti to our final day at Mara River, where we were lucky to see two wildebeast river crossings before 11am! Highly recommend Mustapha for anybody looking for a Tanzanian safari :))
In the planning process we were able to customize the itinerary and experienced both luxury lodges and hotels as well as the tented camps that are located throughout the Serengeti. All meals and accomodation are covered in the itinerary, but of course if you want souvenirs or other extra experiences you can decide to add more.
We spent a couple days in Arusha and Zanzibar around the safari, but here was our safari itinerary:
Day 1: Tarangire and Maasai visit
Day 2: South Serengeti
Day 3: Ngorongoro crater viewpoint and Central Serengeti
Day 4: Northern Serengeti and Mara River Crossing

Reliable and i saw everything
My sales is careen, she is extremely reliable and very authentic, she will always be there if you need support during the trip, we had an mid range trip, she had organized it really really good i highly recommend her for her fantastic job.
I saw big five, and 3 times immigration, 7 Gepards, thank to my guide daniel!!

An unforgettable first safari in Kenya
We had a truly memorable trip with Safari Soles and couldn’t have asked for a better experience for our first safari in Kenya.
Ruth helped us plan our safari in Kenya, and she was incredibly helpful and patient throughout the entire process. She answered all of our questions, gave thoughtful suggestions, and worked with us to design an itinerary that felt perfect for what we wanted to see and experience.
Our guide, Sam, was fantastic. He was extremely knowledgeable, passionate about wildlife, fun to spend time with, and clearly loves what he does. We saw an incredible variety of animals, including all of the Big Five. What really stood out was Sam’s ability to read animal behavior and anticipate what they might do next. He was often thinking ahead and positioning us in a great spot for the next movement or sighting. He also shared a lot of interesting fun facts about the animals that made the experience even more enjoyable.
Overall, we had an amazing first safari experience and would highly recommend both Ruth and Sam to anyone planning a safari in Kenya.

Unforgettable experience
We had a great safari experience in Kenya. Everything was well organized and on time. Our driver Julius was friendly, knowledgeable, and had a great sense of humor. He really went the extra mile to make sure we had the best experience possible. Also cares about the wellbeing of the animals which was very important to us. We saw the Big5 and so much more. 10/10, would do it again.

Safari Ok but itinerary was not fully followed
Overall the safari itself and the guide were good, but in the 5 days safari itinerary it was mentioned 2 days in northern Serengeti, including lunch there. But in the middle of the safari they communicated to me that it was not possible. So I had to deal with them for a fix while trying to enjoy the safari, which is the last thing you want to do. I read similar comments on the reviews. At the end we managed to make changes waking up at 5AM and rushing it. I just recommend to ask for specific times and locations, so you don't have to deal with it on the road. The safari itself was great since I saw most of the things I wanted to see.
