Like I said in the title they are very good and helpful. Even when our flight was delayed they gave us a discount, driver picked us at our airbnb first day and dropped us on the last day of the safari tour.
Sometimes our guide decided that he will drop us at different accomodation with the rest of our car, so we can talk with them thru dinner and breakfast.

Peter was everything you could ask for in a guide, friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and dedicated.
Serengeti African Tours gave us the safari of our dreams. From the beginning Linah was helpful and responsive, seamlessly booking our safari excursion including transportation to and from the airport, even though our safari stared a couple days after our arrival. The day before our Safari she came to meet us at our hotel and talk through our upcoming trip and answer any last minute questions we might have. Peter our Safari guide was excellent. He was so friendly, extremely knowledgeable and professional. He took time to answer all of our questions, not about the many animals, but also about the country of Tanzania, its culture and the Maasai culture. We learned so much, while also having fun. Our accommodations were all excellent. The food was wonderful. We saw so many amazing animals. Peter was invested in making sure we saw the big 5. We saw all of them, many lions, two leopards, the rhino’s, 6 cheetahs, countless elephants and giraffes, African buffalo, so many amazing birds, hyenas, warthogs, zebra’s, hippos, crocodile. I can’t list all the animals. We are still in disbelief of our amazing experience. By the end of our safari Peter felt like a brother. We are so grateful to Peter and Serengeti African Safari for an experience we will cherish forever. We highly recommend them. We truly have no negative comments.

In a single sentence? In just a few days, they managed to change my view of the world and of travel
We booked our vacation in Botswana—a trip my wife and I had been dreaming about for a long time—and decided to go through a local travel agency.
Was that the right decision? It was the best choice I could have made.
Booking this trip with SkyThemeSafaris was a real treat. It was our first road trip, moving to a new campsite every 2–3 days, living surrounded by nature and wildlife. No distractions from all the negative aspects of our world.
As if that weren’t enough, we were lucky to have chosen this agency (for which I’d like to thank Olorato Chombo, the manager, once again), which offers a dream experience at reasonable prices.
But what really makes the difference on a trip like this? The company. My wife and I were lucky enough to go on this safari alone, without any other tourists… but we weren’t alone. Liberty: our guide, our guru, our animal expert, always on the lookout for all kinds of animals (lions, hyenas, elephants, giraffes, leopards, cheetahs, honey badgers, etc.); Brighton: our amazing chef who treated us like royalty every day, even in the middle of the savanna; O.P.: our amazing jack-of-all-trades, always attentive to detail and kind in every way.
I’m sad to be back in Italy, but I’m smiling because I’m sure this isn’t a goodbye, but a see you later… we still have the Kalahari and the Makgadikgadi Pans to discover.

Very organized but flexible.
I had a wonderful Experience doing the 2-days Nyungwe Park Safari with Chimpanzee Trekking. As my tour felt exactly on Umuganda the intenreray had to be adjusted from the original plan but I was given different alternatives. The acompańamiento is very good and the explain you how everything is going to take place, so you know what to expect. The services are very individual and adjustable to your preferences.

We had an absolutely incredible experience from beginning to end! From the moment we were picked up in Kenya until our final drop-off after Uganda, everything was handled so smoothly and thoughtfully.
Our trip took us through Kenya and Tanzania on safari, then to Zanzibar, and finally into Uganda for gorilla and chimp trekking—and every part of the journey was amazing. The guides were knowledgeable, kind, fun, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure we had the best possible experience. We saw more wildlife than we ever could have imagined, had incredible activities and experiences along the way, stayed in beautiful places, and always felt well taken care of.
What impressed me most was how seamless everything felt, especially with so many moving pieces, border crossings, flights, transfers, and different parts of the itinerary. There was always someone there when we needed them and everything flowed beautifully.
This was truly a trip of a lifetime for our group. Kenya, Tanzania, Zanzibar, and Uganda were each so different, and we loved every single part of it. I would absolutely recommend this team to anyone looking for an unforgettable East Africa experience. We came home with so many incredible memories and are already talking about how much we miss Africa!
