We had a wonderful experience with Leopard Orchid Safaris during our trip to Kenya. From the moment we arrived in Nairobi, everything was well organized. Our airport transfer, Nairobi tour, hotel transfers, and safari arrangements all went smoothly.

Overall, we were extremely happy with our experience and would definitely recommend Leopard Orchid Safaris to anyone planning a safari in Kenya.
If we were to suggest a few areas for improvement, we would say that the hotels could be upgraded slightly, and the picnic/lunch arrangements during the safari could be improved in terms of variety and presentation. However, these are relatively small points compared with the overall quality of the experience and the wonderful service we received.
Thank you to Michael, Sami, and the whole Leopard Orchid Safaris team for giving us such a beautiful and unforgettable Kenya experience. We will remember this trip for a very long time!

Brilliant service from Freeingo, 5* star service with an amazing experience
What a brilliant experience, great communication and contact from our representative, with welcoming gifts when we arrived at the airport to departing gifts when we left. The safari experience was incredible. Our tour guide was super informative and became a great friend from it all. Not just during the safari, but in the lodge in the evenings too and made sure we all felt welcomed and part of a family.
Humphrey was our tour guide who was perfect from start to finish and if we ever return (which we plan to!!) we definitely want him to be our guide again.
The Freeingo team were super helpful and constantly made sure we were happy with everything and were very quick to sort anything out if we needed. Highly recommend to all and if you to book with Freeingo, everything will run as smooth as butter. Amazing experience! Really Well coordinated!
We loved this amazing experience it was really well planned we were given gifts for our honeymoon when we arrived and when we departed! Humphrey our tour guide was amazing and had a lot of knowledge, nothing was ever too much for him! Akai was very good at communicating with me, she answered all of my questions from the moment I received a quote from the company! The transfers to and from our hotel were added on for us and it helped us out a lot, the quote was very customisable to what we wanted. Everything was included and we had such an amazing experience for our honeymoon safari with this company! Thank you so much!

Excellent Planning, Reliable Execution, Premium Cost
I booked a safari covering Samburu, Ol Pejeta, Lake Nakuru and the Masai Mara, as well as drivers for a couple of separate day trips. Overall, it was a very good experience, with an excellent itinerary and exceptional wildlife viewing.
Communication before and during the trip was consistently quick, polite and professional. The proposal prepared for the safari was detailed, clearly presented and comprehensive, and made the itinerary, accommodation and inclusions easy to understand.
The itinerary was a particular strength. Samburu was probably the highlight, with close sightings of elephants, zebra, giraffe, gerenuk, oryx, leopard and lions, among many other species. Lake Nakuru was another standout, with rhinos, hyenas, abundant birdlife and a large family of lions. Ol Pejeta was also excellent, and the lodge there was easily my favorite accommodation of the trip. The Masai Mara ultimately produced some exceptional sightings as well, including migration herds, leopard, cheetah and rhino. Remarkably, I counted 39 lions over the course of the safari.
My driver-guide contributed to many of these sightings and was generally helpful. There were a few minor communication and coordination issues along the way, but nothing that significantly detracted from the overall safari. Drinking water was always reliably available in the vehicle, although snacks were not included.
The main weakness for me was the accommodation selected in the Masai Mara, which did not quite match what I expected given the price of the overall package. This was particularly noticeable after the excellent experience at Ol Pejeta. The lodges at Samburu and Nakuru were very good and with the exception of the lodge at the Mara the food at the lodges was very good.
I also arranged drivers for a couple of independent day trips through the company. Everything worked smoothly, although the cost was a little higher than I had anticipated.
Overall, this was a memorable safari with strong communication, a very well-designed itinerary and excellent wildlife viewing. My four-star rating rather than five is primarily about value for money. I enjoyed the trip and was very happy with many aspects of it, but given the overall cost, the standard of some of the accommodation and a number of smaller issues along the way, I did not feel the package as a whole offered quite the value I had expected based on personal experience from other safaris in Africa.

Extremely attentive and responsive service
We started planning our 10-day Tanzanian Safari around 18-months out. So after comparing lots of different tour operators, we selected Destiny Explorers.
We sent an initial enquiry to 3 different companies and the reply from Issa from Destiny Explorers was received first and was by far the most thorough.
After a couple more emails back and forth we started planning our custom itinerary. Issa was great with suggestions and always replied with updates or changes very quickly.
We felt very happy with our decision throughout the booking and payment process, but of course the most important part would be the tour itself.
Thankfully, the tour far exceeded our expectations. Tarimo was our guide and he knows Tanzania's Safari parks backwards. He get a hot tip about where something might be happening or even just a hunch based on past experience about where something could happen and 9 times out of 10 he delivered.
You'll read lots about how rough the roads are on the Safari trail and I can confirm that they are probably rougher than you could imagine, so you are going to want a smooth, considerate driver and Tarimo is both of these.
The accomodation that Issa selected throughout the tour was all of a high standard and the food was always tidy and plentiful.
It also goes without saying that the Wildlife experience was incredible. Multiple close encounters with lions and elephants and we also spotted 5 leopards and 4 rhinos on the tour. These are 2 of the toughest animals to spot, so 1 or 2 is usually good going but Tarimo kept putting us in the right place at the right time.
Overall, we were extremely happy with our decision to use Destiny Explorers and feel it was the perfect option for us.

When one of our friends lost headphones at the hotel, Dennis went out of his way to retrieve them for us — we are so thankful.

An exceptional African safari with a warm, knowledgeable team, great experience!
An Excellent African Safari Experience! Our family had a wonderful time on this tour. We came away genuinely grateful for the experience and left our 10 day Zambia, Zimbabwe and Botswana tour feeling very happy and recharged.
Tatenda organised and planned the entire trip, and was our main point of contact throughout. His coordination and attention to detail made a real difference. The guides in the field were also exceptional. Brown, Delphista, Figo, Dintle, and Vusi were knowledgeable, warm, and genuinely caring. They made us feel welcomed and looked after throughout, which elevated the entire experience.
The landscapes were stunning. We loved Chobe and seeing all the elephants, and the scenic flight over the Okavango Delta was the highlight of our trip. Every moment exploring these incredible places was special. The tour coordination was excellent. The itinerary was well-planned, logistics ran smoothly, and communication via WhatsApp was quick and responsive. We felt genuinely taken care of from start to finish.
