Mike is the best guide
The guide we had, Mike, was excellent, and I would highly recommend him. He puts a great deal of effort into finding animals and actively engaging clients throughout the safari. His dedication and enthusiasm made the experience particularly enjoyable.
The only point I would raise regarding the agency is that they accommodate clients staying at different lodges in the same vehicle. In the morning, the guide has to pick up clients from several different locations, which delays the start of the safari. I believe it would be much more efficient if all clients sharing the same vehicle were staying at the same lodge or camp.
In any case, I would like to emphasise that Mike is an excellent guide, and he made the overall experience perfect.

Amazing safari tour with professional and friendly guide!
We had an incredible safari experience with JungleRoam Safaris. Our guide was very knowledgeable, patient and sharp at spotting wildlife. The whole trip was well-organized and reliable. We saw the Big Five and many beautiful animals. Great value for money. I would highly recommend this company for your Kenya safari.

Good communication, helpful and reliable.
We had an amazing safari in the Serengeti. We really wanted to see the Great Migration, and our wonderful guide, Simba, made it possible. He did everything he could to give us the best possible experience and show us as much as possible.
We stayed in lovely tented camps, which made the experience even more special. Communication before our trip was also clear and well organised.
We had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend this safari.

We had an amazing safari experience! Everything was very well organized, and the whole tour was unforgettable. A special thank you to Salomon, who was absolutely amazing. His knowledge about the animals was incredible, and he explained everything so clearly and in such an interesting way. He was always happy to answer all our questions and made sure we understood and enjoyed every moment. You can really see how passionate and experienced he is. We had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend Jungleroom Safaris to anyone looking for an incredible safari experience!

Trip of a lifetime
Right from day one everything was excellent. Food was amazing, George produced a delicious different meal every night, usually with an entree or dessert. Top Dog & Junior were excellent at making sure all our needs were met-preparing our shower, making our beds and generally looking after us. Shobi our guide was also excellent, extremely knowledgeable and found all the animals we wanted to see plus many many more. We were amazed how close we got to the animals. The office staff were very helpful and easy to deal with.

We booked a private game drive as we have a severely autistic boy. Totally the money worth
We have a severely autistic child and the tour guide deserved a 10 out of 10. Being mindful that our son might had quick reaction or might made noises, he minded his distance from the animals. He also spotted the smallest of animals like a tortoise or chameleon and he truly spoiled us with beautiful sightings, like a mother hyena with her cub.

Unbelievable
I have no words to express what an experience it’s been!! As safari is all about the guide, I’m so grateful we got to have Salomon. Salomon is the best guide ever. His knowledge is huge and he will answer all the questions. He knows the Masai Mara perfectly and will take you to the spots where the animals are. We got to see all of the Big Five, lots of lions and were lucky enough to see some wonderful scenes that we will never forget. I can’t express my appreciation for this once in a lifetime experience!

It was a great first safari experience !
We’re very happy with our first safari experience in Africa, in Kruger National Park. Everything was very well organised, from the transfer from Johannesburg to the 4-star hotel near the park, with great food, and, of course, our wonderful guide, who shared so much interesting and fascinating information about the animals.
We saw more than 20 different animal species and dozens of birds! We were also lucky enough to spot 3 out of the Big Five on the first day !
Thank you for making our first safari such a wonderful experience. We would sincerely recommend this organisation to anyone looking for a well-organised and memorable safari in Kruger.
