Our tour operator was hands down the best!
We booked our safari with Zania Safaris and had great communication from the start. Mwbana answered all of our questions within a few hours. He arranged all of our flights and lodging and we were very happy with all of the accomodations. The best part was out guide, Joeli. Joeli was fun, funny, knowledgeable, and worked so hard to make sure that we saw all of the animals, the crossing and so much more. He was patient and even started early each day, drove for hours and ended late just to make sure that we had a great trip. I highly recommend Zania Safaris. They exceeded our expectations.

Amazing service and knowledge, created us the trip of a lifetime!
We did a 15 day trip with Safari Soles in September. We started with 8 days hiking Mt Kilimanjaro using the Lemosho route followed by a safari in the Serengeti, Ngorongoro & Tarangirie.
From the start the booking process was made super easy by Patrick, he was super responsive, very knowledgeable and helped plan the trip of a lifetime. Even when we had to make schedule changes after we had multiple flight changes due to the Middle East conflict, it was all done without any issues.
I will post this review for Kilimanjaro as it's a long 1 and very different from the safari, a seperate review will be posted for the safari.
The hike was the hardest thing we have ever done but was an amazing experience. What made it so special was the team of guides, porters & chef that supported us the whole way. Without them we would never have made it. We had 2 very experienced guides (over 20 years each), Antipas & Paul who were with us the whole way, they were very supportive and even helped carry some of our gear when we were exhausted, we then had 10 porters, Mohamed, Simba, Pascal, Makame, Frank, Boniface, Jamali, Julius, Ally & Thomas. These guy are absolute legends and superhuman!, they carried all the gear and set up camp daily for us, looked after us, always with a smile on their faces. A special mention to Thomas who also acted as our waiter, bring us our meals, making sure we always had hot drinks and warm water to wash. We also had Oscar, our chef who cooked us 3 meals a day, the food was great, not just for a mountain but anywhere, how he does that is beyond me.
For the summit night, we had our guides as well as Simba & Pascal to make sure the 2 of us got to the summit and back safely. Simba & Pascal deserve an extra mention, they helped me back down from the summit after I was completely exhaused, holding me to make sure I didn't slip or injure myself as well as keeping a good pace so we could get enough rest before continuing further down later in the day.
The team are phenomenal people, they all work so hard to make our experience so amazing and I can't thank them enough!!!
I wiuld highly recommend using Safari Soles for Kilimanjaro and if you can get the same team we did, then do it, you won't be disappointed!

We had a fantastic safari experience with Jacmiya Safaris. Communication was smooth before and during the trip. Our guide was knowledgeable, patient and knew perfect spots for wildlife sightings. What a wonderful safari!
This safari has exceeded all my expectations. The scenery across the savanna is breathtaking, and we were lucky to spot many wild animals including lions, elephants and leopards. Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable and observant; he knew exactly where to look and patiently shared interesting facts about every creature we saw. Every moment out in the wilderness felt special and unforgettable. I truly appreciate his hard work and careful arrangements.
