Magical Experience
5/5

I had already been to Kenya for a safari and I came back with my wife now expecting a similar experience in Tanzania. However, it has completely exceeded my expectations.
We have seen all big 5 many times and more. Lions eating and hunting, leopards resting, cheetahs… We have enjoyed every second of these 4 days around the serengeti, and it was also thanks to our amazing guide Mbwana. He has been always polite, resolutive, highly proactive, extremely friendly and we have learned a lot with him. Always with a smiley face even after long 7h drives around the dusty plains. 10/10 - we will recommend Mountain Warriors to all our friends

The best experience ever
5/5

Our experience in Tanzania was truly incredible, and a huge part of that was thanks to our amazing guide, Mbwana.

From the very beginning, Mbwana was incredibly attentive, caring and protective, always making sure we were comfortable and safe, but never intrusive. He was flexible with everything, always on time, professional and genuinely went above and beyond to make our trip special.

We felt completely looked after throughout the entire journey, and his kindness, knowledge and positive energy made the experience even more unforgettable. We couldn’t have asked for a better guide and would absolutely recommend Mbwana to anyone visiting Tanzania. 🐘❤️

A big thank you as well to Mountain Warriors for the excellent organisation and for taking such great care of us throughout the trip. Everything was handled with so much attention and professionalism.

Thank you, Mbwana and Mountain Warriors, for an unforgettable Tanzanian adventure! 🇹🇿✨

A dream safari experience – everything was perfectly arranged!
5/5

We had an absolutely amazing safari with Plex Africa Safaris. It truly was a dream experience!

We spent two days doing game drives with our driver and ranger, Jafari and Shabani, and they were both incredibly kind, knowledgeable and so good at their jobs. They made our safari even more special.

We stayed overnight inside the park at Impala Camp and also did a beautiful boat safari. During our game drives we saw elephants, African wild dogs, lions, hyenas, giraffes, buffalo, hippos, crocodiles and many more animals. It was incredible!

Everything was perfectly organized from beginning to end: the transfer from our hotel in Zanzibar, the flight, our arrival in Selous, the safari itself and also the entire journey back afterwards. We didn’t have to worry about anything.

We had such a wonderful time thanks to Plex Africa Safaris and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for an unforgettable safari experience!

Professional service and a well planned itinerary
5/5

The tour was excellent throughout. We spent 4 full days in Rwanda taking advantage of overnight flights in both directions. Our first day was in Kilgari where we went to the Genocide Museum. We paid to have a guided tour, which was a bit on the expensive side but definitely worth it. Our guide Claude was a survivor of the genocide so his experience brought the whole history close to home. We were met at the airport by our driver Gordon who stayed with us the whole 4 days. We couldn't have had a nicer man, he spoke excellent English and was a very considerate and careful driver. He was mindful of making sure we didn't over do things and timed meal breaks and rest times to give us time to also relax. Our hotel was excellent, all the staff were friendly and welcoming and the food throughout was delicious. Gordon was able to answer all our many questions and had a good sense of humour and a polite way keeping us on track. Would definitely recommend this trip and ask for Gordon as your driver.

Brilliant Wine Tour
5/5

Having used Pembury Tours to organise a road trip and safari several years ago we reached out to Kerry Ryrie at Pembury to pull together an itinerary for a tour of Capetown, Hermanus and Franschoek/ Cape Winelands for our group of 4. As we’d be visiting a good number of vineyards along the way we asked Kerry if she’d be able to arrange private transport for us to avoid car rental and driving.

Kerry put together an excellent 12 day itinerary with superb accommodation on each leg. The Winchester Boutique Hotel in Sea Point, Capetown; Harbour House, Hermanus and the Last Word in Franschoek. All first class!
Kerry organised Rene Giliomee from Paradise Touring to be our dedicated driver for the whole trip. She did an amazing job of not only transferring us between locations but also organising some excellent day tours and several vineyard tours and tastings. All arrangements were handled expertly.
All in all, an excellent trip and all thanks to Kerry and Rene for making it all happen.
Pembury will be our first port of call in the future.

AMAZING
5/5

An unforgettable experience with Mateys Wild Tours! 🇹🇿

From the very beginning to the end of our adventure, the team at Mateys Wild Tours made us feel safe, welcomed, and truly taken care of. What made the experience especially memorable were our guides. They were incredibly knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and passionate about sharing their country with us.

They went far beyond simply taking us from one place to another. They shared their knowledge of the wildlife, nature, culture, and local communities, making every day feel like a real African experience rather than just a tour.

Our safari was absolutely amazing, and seeing Tanzania through the eyes of local guides made it even more special. They were always attentive to our needs, patient, and willing to go the extra mile to make sure we had the best possible experience.

Mateys Wild Tours is a genuinely local Tanzanian company, and that makes a difference. You can feel the passion and pride they have for their country in the way they work.

I’m extremely grateful for everything they did for us and for the memories we are taking home. If you are planning a safari or adventure in Tanzania, I would definitely recommend giving Mateys Wild Tours the opportunity to show you their beautiful country.

Thank you to the entire Mateys Wild Tours team for an unforgettable adventure! 🇹🇿❤️🐘🦁

Asante sana! 🙏🏽
