Exceeded all expectations
Nick and his team were engaged from the outset, providing their years of experience into putting together a package for our family of 5. Focused on the KZN region of South Africa, we had hikes in the glorious Drakensburg, multiple safari locations, coastal snorkels and paddling. Great mix, clear instructions and many lovely surprises along the way to make our time unforgettable. I really can't speak highly enough of how we experienced S.A travelling on our own, but also knowing the team were there if we needed it. With their knowledge of good locations, places to stay and things to see and do and keeping the accomodation options appropriate for each location, we could afford to extend our time to a 3 week holiday. The finisher location was spectacular and I wish to simply just book again for a new surprise adventure! First time visitors to the African continent, we feel privileged to visit smaller lesser known locations and self driving was very very easy.

Great guide and beautiful parks
Our guide Thomas was excellent: knowledgeable, friendly and always on time. Tarangire, Central Serengeti and the Ngorongoro Crater were all highlights, and Tanzania's hospitality made the trip really special.
A small tip for future travellers: go through your day-by-day schedule with the team before and after you arrive, so you know exactly where you'll be each day and can make the most of every park. Derrick was very responsive and attentive throughout.

Wonderful experience with Kiliclimb
I knew I wanted to book with a local tour operator rather than one in the UK. I did my research and liked kiliclimb the best. I chose them for the initial customer experience, the itinerary, and the price point. The communication was excellent throughout and I am so pleased I chose them. Because we were on a private tour as well, we had the flexibility to change the plan along the way. We had such a successful first day in the serengeti we didnt think we needed the second day so swapped up the itinerary for days 3/4 which worked out great for us.
Both the ground staff and the guide were wonderful. The accommodation and food was great. We had an absolutely wonderful experience and I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Pilanesburg Day Safari
Its an amazing experience, maybe a bit too hot for the animals this time of the year but Peter our guide did the most and ensured we got to see as many animals as we could. Definitely recommend it.

An unforgettable safari with incredible wildlife
We had the most amazing two-day safari with Plex Safari and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We saw so many incredible animals and the whole trip was truly unforgettable. The sunset river cruise was also fantastic and a wonderful added touch.
A special mention must go to our guide, Joseph, who was absolutely outstanding. He was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, making the entire experience even more special. His knowledge of the wildlife and his ability to make us feel welcome and comfortable throughout were exceptional. He really went above and beyond to make our safari memorable and we couldn’t have asked for a better guide.
