We recently returned from an extraordinary 4-week journey through Zimbabwe, Botswana and South Africa and cannot recommend Pembury Tours highly enough! Our itinerary was superbly planned, combining the spectacular Victoria Falls, unforgettable wildlife encounters in Chobe and the Okavango Delta, and the beautiful scenery, mountains and wineries of Cape Town and the Garden Route.
The organisation throughout was exceptional, from the initial planning discussions and detailed travel documentation to wonderful guided tours, superb accommodation and seamlessly arranged flights, transfers and car hire. The safari lodges, game drives and incredible wildlife sightings were particular highlights. Everything was handled so professionally that we could simply relax and enjoy every moment.

Well organised and friendly
I honestly cannot recommend Serengeti African Tours enough! From beginning to end, everything was absolutely fantastic.
Even before the safari started, I already felt in good hands. The day before our departure, I had the pleasure of meeting Glory (with a Y!), who took the time to explain everything about the safari and answer all my questions. She made sure I had all the information I needed and helped me feel prepared for the adventure ahead.
I chose the camping safari experience, sleeping in tents right in the middle of the savannah, and what an incredible experience it was! It is something I will remember for the rest of my life.
A special mention goes to Dennis, our amazing chef. The food was simply incredible! I honestly ate so well throughout all three days. I never expected to enjoy such delicious meals during a camping safari. He really did an outstanding job!
And then there was Raymond, our fantastic guide. What a lovely person! Together with Dennis, he made the whole experience even more enjoyable. We had so many laughs along the way! Raymond was incredibly knowledgeable, patient and genuinely committed to making our safari unforgettable. He did everything he could to help us spot the Big Five, taking the time to search for the animals and never rushing us. He also always gave us enough time to take pictures and enjoy every single moment. You could really feel how much he wanted us to have the best possible experience.
I was travelling solo, and I never once felt uncomfortable or left out. Whether you are travelling alone or with a group, I would absolutely recommend booking with this company.
The organisation, the communication, the hospitality, the attention to detail, the complimentary T-shirt, and above all, the people… everything was just top-notch. They were there for us every step of the way, right until we were safely dropped off back at our hotel.
I went to experience the Serengeti and Ngorongoro, but I came back with so much more: incredible memories, laughter, amazing photographs and an experience I will cherish forever.

We never had to worry about anything because everything was taken care of for us. The communication, service, and overall organization were excellent, and we really enjoyed every moment of the trip. A special mention goes to our driver and guide, Greg, who made the whole experience a hundred times better! He was incredibly funny, friendly, reliable, and well-organized. We had so much fun with him, and he made us feel comfortable throughout the entire journey. Everything worked out perfectly with him, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better guide. We had a wonderful experience with Jungle Roam Safari and our guide, Caleb! From the moment we arrived, the team was incredibly helpful in planning every aspect of our trip.

A special mention to **Chesi**, who was absolutely wonderful in planning our trip. Throughout our discussions, she was incredibly responsive, patient and helpful, always guiding us towards the best options. What impressed me most was the trust she placed in us as guests. She was comfortable proceeding with a very small advance payment, which showed genuine confidence in her customers. That trust meant a lot to us and gave us confidence in choosing Jungleroam Safaris.
And then came **Caleb, our safari guide**, who made the experience truly unforgettable! He always went above and beyond to ensure we experienced the very best of the Maasai Mara. His ability to spot wildlife is extraordinary — probably the best I have experienced so far! He is polite, patient and incredibly knowledgeable about the savanna, its wildlife, birds and animal behaviour. We started calling him the **"GPT of the Savanna"** because he seemed to have an answer to everything!
