Beyond Expectations in Every Detail
I spent a long time looking for a guide for a trip around Madagascar with friends, and I eventually decided to go with Bernard — and I did not regret it at all.
We were a large group with a fairly tight itinerary, which meant quite complex logistics. I was a bit concerned about the local “mora-mora” approach, which can sometimes be used to justify delays or unexpected issues. However, Bernard made sure this never became a problem. Everything — transport, drivers, and local guides — was always ready exactly on time.
We managed to visit all the planned parks and even see the baobabs at both sunrise and sunset, crossing half of Madagascar in the process. Bernard carefully planned every detail, including porters for check-ins and check-outs, and consistently did everything possible to make the trip smooth and memorable.
And that’s exactly what it became — an unforgettable experience.

Responsive, professional service and excellent planning made for a seamless safari.
Before my recent trip to Kenya, I researched several safari planning companies online and reached out to three of them. John at Rozsella Safaris responded to my inquiry almost immediately, which made a strong first impression.
Maurice, who coordinated my safari, worked with me to plan my visit to Amboseli National Park. Throughout the process, he was professional, courteous, and responsive. He accommodated my requests without hesitation and made the planning process smooth and enjoyable.
The accommodations at Ol Tukai Lodge were comfortable, and the service met my expectations. My driver, Songe, was also polite, professional, and pleasant to spend time with during the safari.
After booking my initial package, I asked Maurice to add a hot air balloon experience. I am very glad I did. The balloon flight became the highlight of my time in Amboseli. Kilimanjaro Balloon Safaris delivered an outstanding experience. Floating above the landscape at sunrise with Mount Kilimanjaro in the distance was truly memorable.
While the service provided by Rozsella Safaris was exceptional, I must admit that I was somewhat disappointed with Amboseli National Park itself. The views of Mount Kilimanjaro are undeniably beautiful, and the park offers excellent opportunities to see elephants. However, I found the overall wildlife viewing to be limited compared to my previous experiences in the Masai Mara and the Serengeti.
Given the travel time required to reach Amboseli from Nairobi, I ultimately found myself wishing I had made another journey to the Masai Mara instead. That observation reflects my personal preferences as a safari traveler and should not detract from the excellent service I received from Rozsella Safaris and its staff.

Trip of a Lifetime
Jack was our guide and he was amazing. We visited both Massai Mara and Lake Nakuru and everything was better than expected. The communication from Axis prior to the tour was great, including the itinerary of the trip. Payment expectations were clear, with both cash and card/transfer options available.
We were picked up in Nairobi, chauffeured to their head office before we got in the jeep with Jack. Jeeps are comfy and spacious. Suitcases might struggle for space but if you have a large travelling backpack - no issues at all.
We opted for the mid-range package however when we arrived, it was definitely undersold!
Jack was the main man of the tour. Knowledgeable, professional but also passionate. We did a lot of driving but he still kept us educated (not just animals) and we even saw the Big 5!. He ensures you get the best view possible whilst he at the same time gives a respectable distance to ensure the animals are not distressed.
Overall, I would definitely recommend both the company and Jack if you are lucky enough to get him.

An Unforgettable 7-Day Safari Across Tanzania with Andrew from Serengeti Wakanda
We had an incredible 7-day safari experience through Tarangire, Lake Manyara, Serengeti, and Ngorongoro Crater, and so much of that is thanks to our outstanding guide, Andrew from Serengeti Wakanda.
From the very beginning, Andrew went above and beyond to make sure every part of our journey was seamless, safe, and unforgettable. His knowledge of the parks, wildlife behavior, and local geography truly brought every game drive to life. He didn’t just spot animals, he helped us understand their patterns, interactions, and ecosystems in a way that made each sighting even more meaningful.
Andrew was incredibly patient, attentive, and always willing to adjust plans to give us the best possible experience, whether that meant staying longer at a sighting or changing routes to maximize wildlife viewing opportunities. His passion for his work was evident every single day, and it made a huge difference in how much we enjoyed the trip.
Beyond his expertise, Andrew was kind, professional, and genuinely caring. He made us feel comfortable throughout the long drives and remote areas, and we always felt completely safe and well taken care of.
This safari exceeded all of our expectations, and we are truly grateful to Andrew and Serengeti Wakanda for such an unforgettable experience. We would highly recommend them to anyone planning a safari in Tanzania.

Amazing Experience
We had an amazing safari with Jack in June 2026, visiting Massai Mara and Lake Nakuru. From speaking to the organisers beforehand, arranging payment in the office and everything with Jack on the safari, everything was so well organised. Communication was great at all times both before and during the safari. The roads are rough (as expected!) but the spacious jeep and Jack's excellent driving made us feel safe and comfortable throughout. We were 7 in one jeep and had plenty of space.
We opted for the mid-range accomodation which honestly felt more like luxury. Food was great and the organisation was better than I have experienced anywhere, where each place was ready to show us to our lodge before we even arrived.
We chose to do the optional visit to the Massai Village which was interesting, but quite eye-opening.
In regards to the safari, it was an experience of a lifetime. Jack ensured we found all the big 5 plus many more, and he taught us lots about not just the animals, but also birds, plants and different types of tree. He also pointed out interesting places on the journey there. Jack clearly takes pride in what he does, and showed us the animals in a legal and ethical way, getting close but without getting in the way or blocking the paths of any of the animals.
I will be recommending Axis and Jack to everyone I know!

More Than a Safari – The Perfect Honeymoon
When my husband and I started planning our honeymoon, we wanted something different from the typical beach holiday. We wanted adventure, beautiful landscapes, luxury, and memories that would stay with us forever. Looking back now, choosing Wivi Agency was the best decision we could have made.
From our very first conversation with Elias, we felt we were in good hands. He wasn't just selling us a safari; he genuinely wanted to create an experience that was special for us as a couple. He patiently answered every question, gave honest advice, and made the entire planning process stress-free.
Once we arrived in Tanzania, everything ran perfectly. Every transfer, every lodge, every game drive was arranged with incredible attention to detail. We never had to worry about a thing.
Our guide Joshua quickly became one of the highlights of the trip. Spending several days together on safari, you really get to know your guide, and Joshua felt more like a friend than someone simply doing a job. His passion for wildlife was contagious, and his ability to find animals was unbelievable. There were moments when other vehicles were still searching while Joshua had already positioned us for the perfect view.
The Serengeti was everything we had imagined and more. Watching the endless plains stretch to the horizon, seeing lions resting in the shade, and witnessing huge herds of wildebeest moving across the landscape was simply breathtaking.
The luxury accommodations selected by Wivi Agency were exceptional. Every property felt unique, but our stay in Serengeti was especially memorable. Sitting together on our private veranda at sunset, listening to the sounds of the bush, was one of those moments we'll remember for the rest of our lives.
What stood out most throughout the trip was the personal care. Elias checked in to make sure everything was going well, Joshua constantly looked after us, and we always felt valued rather than just another booking.
Our honeymoon exceeded every expectation. We came to Tanzania hoping for a great safari, but we left with memories that will stay with us forever.

Perfect everything
Edward and Aaron picked us up from the hotel and we went to Amboselli national park for two nights with Kilimanjaro views, then to Masai Mara another two nights and last day at Nakuru lake. The whole trip was good organised and we got one amazing safari time. We saw all kind of wild animals. They were telling to us lot of stories etc. Do not hesitate to book with Arina safari
