An excellent place to visit for first-time Safari goers.
My wife and I chose Tanzania for our honeymoon as our first step into exploring Africa after mostly traveling throughout Asia. I’m a filmmaker and she’s a teacher, and after extensive research, we chose Lion King Adventures due to their excellent reviews and reputation.
The most important part of a safari is the guide, and ours, Haruni, made the experience exceptional. He was knowledgeable, honest, and personable, sharing both wildlife expertise and stories from growing up in Tanzania. Thanks to his effort and coordination, we were able to see the Big Five and the Great Migration, which exceeded our expectations. He even introduced us to his hometown and family, which gave us a meaningful cultural experience beyond just the parks.
The safari itself was incredible. We visited Tarangire, Serengeti, Ndutu, Ngorongoro Crater, and Lake Manyara. There are quiet stretches, but then suddenly unforgettable wildlife moments. We drove in a Land Rover with a pop-up roof, and cruising through the savannah felt like something out of an Indiana Jones film. As a filmmaker, I highly recommend bringing a telephoto camera if you enjoy photography.
The lodging was a mix of tented camps and lodges. Friendship Camp and Moonbow Lodge were excellent and felt special for a honeymoon. One camp during rainy weather lacked hot water, which was uncomfortable, so honeymooners may want to consider luxury-level camps for more consistency.
Communication with Lion King Adventures was good overall, though response times were sometimes slow during the planning stage. They did include a thoughtful honeymoon gesture, which we appreciated.
Our only negative experience was with Olea Farm Lodge, which mishandled drink charges and lacked price transparency. This was frustrating, but it was an isolated issue and not reflective of the overall safari.
Overall, this was a once-in-a-lifetime experience, and we felt well taken care of throughout the trip. I would absolutely recommend Lion King Adventures, and especially Haruni, to anyone planning their first safari.

Knowledgeable & always ready to go with a smile
Emile of Lion Safaris spent 7 days guiding us throughout Rwanda. We started with tours in Kigali, then onto Nyungwe, Volcano and Akegara National Parks. Emile was professional, on time (early really) and booked us lovely accommodations with superb service. Emile is extremely knowledgeable and willing to discuss anything: culture, history, plants, animals and birds! He worked in Akegara for many years so he knows a lot about that huge park. In the planning stage, Emile communicated often and wanted the best itinerary for our requests. He understood we were spending a lot of money and planned amazing experiences for us.
We highly recommend Emile and Lion Safaris. Emile was professional and just so enthusiastic and outgoing. It was a joy to spend time with him and visit Rwanda!

Absolutely phenomenal.
Recently I trusted in Jupicon expeditions for my safari in Kenya. They outdid themselves and planned my 5 day trip from Ol pejeta to Masai Mara. What stood out was their knowledge of great accommodations and an informed driver-guide by name Martin. I would recommend them and when travelling with them insist on having Martin as your Driver-guide. He was honestly great and would absolutely recommend.

* AMAZING EXPERIENCE *
We had the most incredible trip with Euclea Safaris.
From the beginning, they have been helpful and professional in organizing and ensuring everything ran smoothly.
From the hotel pickup to handling the paperwork and accommodating our requests, everything was superbly organized.
We really enjoyed the private safari; we felt well taken care of throughout the entire trip, and it not only met but exceeded our expectations.
We highly recommend Euclea Safaris for anyone looking to explore Kenya and its amazing wildlife.

Impeccable service!
If you’re looking for assistance in organising your Kruger trip - look no further! I had been enquiring with various companies to have our tour in Kruger organised but none answered immediately and/or fully listened to my requests! Wayne @ The Kruger Safari company came up with a great trip - which not only met our budget but also our wishes! Replies to emails were next to instant and he also checked in on us even when we were there!
The organization of the tour was unflawed we stayed in a beautiful lodge in Timbavati and one night in Graskop. Our only problem was that we didn’t want it to end!

Amazing!!
Our safari with Mara Triangle Safaris was nothing short of breathtaking. From start to finish, the organization was seamless, and the entire experience blew our expectations out of the water.
A massive shout-out to our guides, Kevin and Charlie. Their expertise and infectious energy truly made the trip. They have an incredible knack for spotting wildlife and provided such deep insights into animal behavior, all while maintaining the utmost respect for the environment. Every game drive felt like a new adventure. If you're heading to the Masai Mara, do yourself a favor and book with them, you won't regret it!

Perfect day trip to Funzi
First of all, I must say I am very pleased I met Meju, lovely and calm person. My partner and I had an opportunity to organize 22 people with Meju to Funzi island. The tour is very well planned. First, you dont need to worry about transfer! Meju pick-up us in front of the hotel Dinai Reef and drop us off in the end of the tour. During the tour tourist are supplied with water and some juices, coca-cola, fanta etc. At the beginig, we were divided into two boats, and went to river Mirisa few hours boat safari searching for crocodiles (and we were lucky and saw few of them :)) River safari was beyond our expectations, have seen a lot of different kind of birds, fish eagles, storks, ibis etc. After safari, went on sand bank for a little swim and enjoy on the beach. The perfect lunch was organized on the Funzi island, under the old baobab tree. The local guys really made lunch with heart and the whole group enjoyed it (lobster, shrimp and crab for entree, fish, rice and different salads for main dish; there was chicken as well for people who can not eat fish). At the end, we uhad an opportunit to visit local village, to see where and how they live, to support locals and primary school.
All recommendations for Meju and Lozi Tours and Safaris, she made great tour and atmosphere we all will remember! Unfortunately we did not have enough time to go to another tour but we are planning to return and organize safari with Meju!
Best regards, Vera&Milan

Great Professionals with excellent understanding of client’s needs
Very professional in the approach of customer’s needs. Intelligent in the approach and in the design of our safari in Botswana taking into account some of the constraints that we had. We were extremely happy with all the camps that were recommended to us. Thumbs up!
