Great customer service Reuben was amazing guide
5/5

We spent 6 days on safari in Serengeti, Ngorongoro Crater, Lake Manyara, and Tarangire national park in October for our honeymoon, and it was truly the trip of a lifetime. Our guide, Reuben, made the experience exceptional. We were able to see the Big Five more than once, and his outstanding knowledge, excellent English, and ability to answer even the most challenging questions greatly enriched our journey.

Reuben’s professionalism, sense of humor, and warm company especially during our daily bush lunches made our safari unforgettable. We highly recommend him to anyone planning a safari; our trip would not have been the same without him. We will truly miss him

Knowledgeable and experienced guide!
5/5

Our tour experience with Ethio top land tour was outstanding. Lamesgn responded quickly to all our questions, and the entire trip was very well organized. As photographers on a 10 days tour, we were amazed especially in Bale, where our guide showed us wolves, rare wildlife, and incredibly colorful birds we didn’t expect to find outside Kenya or Tanzania. Our guide in the Simien Mountains was also wonderful, sharing detailed knowledge of the park, and the food throughout the trip was excellent. We had an unforgettable time and we recommend Ethio top land tours.

Professional, passionate, and incredibly reliable from start to finish.
5/5

Our 8-day journey with Kilimanjaro Adventure Safari Club was perfect from the early planning stage to the final moments of our departure from Tanzania. My husband and I are longtime fans of BBC wildlife documentaries, and visiting Africa has always been a dream of ours. This safari made that dream come true.

We are deeply grateful to our guide, Justin, whose passion for wildlife and nature made every day truly special. He patiently discussed every new animal or plant we encountered and explained their behaviors in detail. His sharp eyesight is remarkable—he could spot even tiny birds hidden in bushes or branches and identify them instantly. On top of that, Justin’s driving skills are exceptional. When crossing the Northern Serengeti after rainfall, the roads were muddy with large puddles, yet “LaoJia” (the Chinese nickname my husband gave him) navigated the jeep smoothly and confidently through every challenging section.

At the beganing of safari, Justin asked me why I chose Kilimanjaro Adventure Safari Club. I told him it was because I saw photos of their team online—everyone looked energetic, warm, and full of enthusiasm. This trip proved that choosing them was absolutely the right decision.

Another pleasant surprise was their use of WeChat for communication and even for paying the deposit. For Chinese travelers, this is incredibly convenient and greatly appreciated.

Given how wonderful our experience was, I will wholeheartedly recommend Kilimanjaro Adventure Safari Club to any friends who are planning a safari in Tanzania. They truly made our journey extraordinary.

Outstanding Namibia Self-Drive with Brilliant Guide Support from Firefinch!
5/5

We booked an 11-day/10-night self-drive camping trip across Namibia with Firefinch Safaris & Car Hire and it exceeded every expectation.

From the moment we landed, everything was seamless: we were collected at the airport and taken to Bluu Car Hire where the team handed over our fully equipped Toyota Hilux 4x4 – rooftop tents, fridge, complete camping kit – all spotless and perfectly prepared. When the fridge stopped working at Spitzkoppe, the team drove out the same day to fix it on the spot. That level of service is unheard of – absolutely amazing!

At Urban Camp we were met by the wonderful Gesa, who gave us a thorough briefing, fantastic driving tips, hidden-gem recommendations and made us feel completely looked after from day one. She stayed in touch every single day via WhatsApp – quick replies, extra suggestions, and genuine care that made the whole trip stress-free. Thank you, Gesa – you’re a total star!

The itinerary was flawless:
Urban Camp (Windhoek) → Otjiwa Eagle’s Rest → Onguma Tamboti (loved the pool after Etosha game drives!) → Okaukuejo → Spitzkoppe (magical – a grown-up playground among the boulders, wish we’d stayed longer) → Alte Brücke Swakopmund → Sossus Oasis (perfect base for early dune climbs) → Bagatelle Kalahari Game Ranch (red dunes, cheetah sightings, horses wandering through camp and the best dinner of the trip!).
Every campsite was excellent, bookings were perfect, and the route flowed beautifully.

Firefinch’s flexibility, top-quality vehicle, brilliant accommodation choices and – above all – Clive and Gesa’s outstanding guidance and constant care made this the smoothest, most enjoyable self-drive we’ve ever done. Huge value for money and genuinely personal service. We can’t thank Clive, Gesa and the whole Firefinch team enough. If you want a stress-free Namibia adventure with expert backup whenever you need it, book with them. You’ll love every second!
