Amazing experience
Our experience in Tanzania was awesome!
We spent 6 days inland and 6 days in Zanzibar. I would have loved to spend one or two more days to get to know Arusha or other city inland.
Stone town was the only city we visited and it was worth those 2 days. An amazing town.
Zara from Makasa helped us to design a fitted tour based on my limitations/suggestions.
Guides, transfers, accommodations were superb.

Since the very beginning, I had excellent contact with the travel agency; they patiently answered all my questions.
Everything was organized well for a relatively low price. Delicious, fresh food prepared on site by the guides! Of course, sleeping in a tent at a campsite isn't for everyone and is certainly a bit exhausting, but it was all worth it!.Close to the nature. I'll probably choose this agency again for another trip to Africa, and I definitely will! Thank you guys, it was my first time in Africa.

Very professional, quick response to all our questions and support before, during and after safari.
This was one of the best experiences of our lives. We did the 4 day safari with Serengeti, Ngorongoro and Tarangine with Marco as our driver. We managed to see the big 5 and all animals we had expected to see and more. We even learned about a few more. October was a very good month, not crowded at all. The camps where we slept in Serengeti had high standards both food and accommodation wise. Marco gave us good insights about the parks and details on many animals. David was very helpful and even met us at the airport to say goodbye. We would recommend this experience with King Mufasa 10/10.

What an amazing day!
Our guide Saloniki picked us up before the agreed time to take us to Mikumi Park. After less than a quarter of an hour, we were lucky enough to see lions fighting with their muffles, next to the hippos. A stunning spectacle! Very friendly and qualified, Saloniki was able to take us to magnificent places, where the show continued. A huge THANK YOU to him and to Kihindo Safari because this excursion was perfectly organized (including pick-up in Dar Es Salaam, overnight stay at Camp Bastian, meals, etc. etc. etc.)! Bravo 👏

We booked a 5-night, 6-day private safari for two with Joel at Golden Trip directly from the UK, and from the very beginning, the communication and attention to detail were flawless. Joel was very responsive and accommodating, tailoring the itinerary to match our preferences with great flexibility in choosing both the parks and the accommodations. He gave us a full and detailed itinerary in advance for approval and the price was also very competitive—especially compared to group safari options. We paid a deposit to secure the accommodations and the balance on arrival.
Joel greeted us at Arusha airport along with our driver and guide, Deo. After a quick briefing, we set off on our adventure: starting with Tarangire National Park, followed by two unforgettable days in the Serengeti (both North and Central), a day exploring the breathtaking Ngorongoro Crater, and finishing with a walking safari in Arusha National Park, accompanied by an armed ranger and a final game driver with Deo.
Deo was outstanding —an expert driver who made us feel safe and comfortable throughout the journey. His deep knowledge of Tanzania, its wildlife, and the national parks improved our experience. He was patient, attentive, and always calm, even in challenging situations. Watching his friendly interactions and cooperation with other guides and rangers added a lovely human touch to the trip.
This safari was truly one of the most memorable experiences of my life. I’ll cherish the moments and memories forever. Highly recommended!
Notes: our trip was a lot of travelling and tiring. I would probably stay 2 nights in Central Serengeti and explore from there, rather than moving every night. I highly recommend the bush tented camps (large tents with bathrooms). Expect a lot of dust (especially during the dry season) and eneven roads (African full body massage... )

Helpful and answered all questions
Olivia was our main point of contact and was happy to answer any and all questions. On arrival in Arusha she arrived to our hotel with the driver to ensure everything ran smoothly. When we were picked up late one day by the driver, she chased this and ensured it was all in order.
Worth noting, everyone in the truck do not all book through the same operator and to ensure your driver knows your route and accommodation so they can cater for it it, but it was never an issue
Food was filling and healthy and even as a vegetarian I found it was easy to still eat a balanced diet.
We also booked the hot air balloon through Olivia and this ran smoothly
