Professionality and kindness for a full client's satisfaction
Colours Africa is a fantastic company that organized everything in the perfect way and taking care of any minimum detail. Jackson, the guide (speaking both English and Italian was excellent in his knowledge of the 3 parks (Tarangire, Serengeti and Ngorongoro) and provide us with a lot of information and explanation about the fauna, the flora and the history of the places. Jerick, the driver, was very gentle to stop whenever we requested and very capable to drive in so difficult roads! And last but not least, there was Justin who managed all the bookings in a perfect way, granting us unforgettable locations in Arusha and in the middle of the parks as well as in our stay in Zanzibar, solving us a lot of issues arises because of some changes of program we asked him. This is, for sure, the best experience I ever had with a tour operator!

Abundance of wildlife, excellent tour planning, helpful and friendly staffs
The staffs are extremely responsive and helpful during the initial stages of booking with Kilimanjaro Adventure Safari Club. Mary was willing to explain the tour itinerary and accommodating to special requests like changing the itinerary and accommodations.
The boss (Aenea) also personally welcomed us at the hotel and gave us a introductory brief of what to expect during the tour and some tips (e.g., eating the malaria pill during the night instead of morning).
During the safari tour, our guide (Joshua) was extremely helpful, hospitable and took great care of us. Joshua was also extremely passionate about his work and the wildlife. He is as excited as us when spotting the animals! He was also very, very experienced and was able to spot the animals way before we can (we would have missed a lot of animal sightings if not for him).
The safari tour was extremely rewarding and fun as there is an abundance of wildlife and we had to see almost all (if not all) of the animals that the nature had to offer us.

Very excellent, he is very conscientious and responsible, and possesses outstanding abilities.
During this trip, we had an extremely enjoyable time. We saw many animals, including all five species. We even witnessed the wildebeests crossing the river. We were very lucky. The accommodation during the trip was also arranged very well. We were very satisfied. Their professional skills were also very strong. Johnson kept sharing knowledge with us. At the same time, we received a lot of care. He was always patient in helping us take photos and asking about our feelings, which made me feel very warm. Whenever we had any problems, he would actively solve them. His company is trustworthy. If you want to have a great safari trip, choose him. You won't be disappointed.

They were a perfect tour operator .
The agency was excellent, the biggest pro is that you can personalize your whole trip and how available the staff is. We were able to plan together the safari we dreamed of with very specific characteristics thanks to our safari planner. Once we arrived they picked us up and everything went wonderfully. Both in Zanzibar and during the safari all the lodges were exactly what we asked for, and our guides were very knowledgeable and made our experience unforgettable. We suggest Tanzania Explorer to all future traveller!!

Wonderful Experience in Jambiani with Campsbay Tours!
Campsbay Tours made our Zanzibar trip so much easier and more enjoyable. They suggested we stay at Kaskazi Hotel in Jambiani, and it was exactly what we were looking for clean, comfortable, and right on the beach. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot for our three-night stay.

A once in a lifetime experience
I don't know where to start with this review, right from my very first interaction with Patricia from Serengeti Smile I felt in safe hands. I already had an idea of where I wanted to go within Tanzania, so Patricia was able to plan around my requirements. She was very accomodating, replying very promptly over WhatsApp and having a lot of patience whilst planning the trip.
Payment was made via bank transfer which I was unsure about first but Patricia reassured me and also gave the option of paying via credit card for a small extra fee.
When we landed in Tanzania, the smoothness of the interactions continued, we were picked up by a driver and taken to our accomodation. We flew out to Kogatende the next morning where our Safari adventure began.
This is where James, our incredible Safari guide comes in. He had a very straight forward no nonsense attitude and was always extremely punctual. He knew absolutely every animal or tree we encountered, and I mean EVERY one, and was able to show us in his book which animal it was so we could read further. He answered all of our questions along the way and even taught us some Swahili which came in handy for the rest of our trip!
With his knowledge and experience he gave some advice about potentially tweaking our itinerary and checking out Central Serengeti instead of spending more nights in the North. I was able to speak with Patricia and as always she accomodated and made the arrangement to move some of our nights to another camp. This change proved vital as we were able to see the Great migration in the North, then see more variety of different animals and quantity of lions for example in Central as it is more game rich.
Our final stop was the Ngorongoro Crater, and because of James' suggestion we were able to spend more time in the crater and due to his experience of listening and communicating on the radio we were able to locate and spot not one, not two but five rhinos! This final sighting ticked off all of the big 5 for us, James put in a lot of effort to ensure we saw each of the big 5 and not just once but many times in some cases.
I am extremely grateful to James and Patricia for making our Safari a truly once in a lifetime trip. I would thoroughly recommend Serengeti Smile to anyone looking to experience a Safari. You will be in safe hands.
