Safe, polite and knew his town 🌞
We had a really nice day visiting different places in Kampala.
The best was driving around in the city wirh a safaricar with open rooftop.
We could take photos and feel really safe "up there"
And the people in the streets where so happy, smiling and waving to us.
The guide Jr. Really knew his town and told us a lot of stories and places 🌞
He is also a good and safe driver.

They Turned Our Dream of Tanzania Into Reality 💛
We cannot recommend Tanzania Specialist highly enough! From the very first contact until the last moment of our journey, we felt completely taken care of.
Our travel consultant, Alice, created a truly special, tailor-made itinerary just for us. Every detail was perfectly planned — from safari adventures to our unforgettable days in Zanzibar. It was not just a standard program; it felt personal, thoughtful, and designed with heart. She listened to our wishes and turned them into a dream journey.
And then there was our guide, Njuru — absolutely fantastic! Professional, knowledgeable, kind, patient, and always smiling. Thanks to him, we didn’t just see Tanzania — we understood it. His deep knowledge of wildlife, nature, and culture made every game drive unforgettable. He answered every question, spotted animals we would never have seen ourselves, and made us feel safe and relaxed at all times. You can truly feel when someone loves their country — and Njuru does.
Throughout the entire trip, we felt supported and cared for. Everything ran smoothly. Transfers, lodges, timing — perfect organization. We could simply relax and fully enjoy the magic of Tanzania.
This was more than a vacation. It was a life-changing journey, and Tanzania Specialist made it seamless and extraordinary.
If you are dreaming about Tanzania — safari, culture, Zanzibar paradise — do not hesitate. You will be in the best hands.
Thank you for memories that will stay with us forever. 💛

Seven unforgettable days of the Great Migration in Tanzania
From the initial inquiry and discussion of the itinerary, Meijo Safaris provided professional advice and responded quickly.
For the Great Migration tour, our driver and guide, Gabby, was extremely professional. His driving was consistently smooth, even on rough roads, without any jolting.
Gabby explained the characteristics and instincts of each animal we encountered, teaching us how to distinguish them. He could spot animals even from a great distance. When we spotted different animals, Gabby parked the vehicle in the best viewing and photography positions, allowing us ample time to take great pictures. We successfully photographed the Big Five.
Every morning when we boarded the vehicle, we found it impeccably clean. The windows and interior had been cleaned of mud from the previous day, ensuring a comfortable and clear view of the animals. The daily meals, accommodations, and itinerary were also well-planned, allowing us to focus on the animals.
I highly recommend hiring Meijo Safaris for your Great Migration tour in Tanzania.

Excellent Tour Operator
I found this tour operator on safaribooking and immediately understood exactly what safari I wanted. Benson organized a 10-day safari, including a beach holiday, impeccably. He was always available to answer any of my questions at any time. He also found me an Italian-speaking guide. The accommodations we chose were all perfect. The safari went very well. We saw everything and more, and at a time that wasn't exhausting. We always managed to relax for a few hours by the pool, or for lunch, or after 6 pm. I highly recommend this agency because it's excellent.

Exceptional Experience With a Knowledgeable Guide
The 7-Day Mid-Range Kenya Safari with Cherish Africa Safaris was a once-in-a-lifetime experience, where I had the opportunity to see all the best sights across Amboseli, Lake Nakuru, Maasai Mara, and Lake Naivasha.
When selecting a safari, I wanted to explore as many parks as possible within a 7-day window and, ideally, book with a smaller operator, believing they might be more invested in delivering an exceptional experience. This team exceeded my expectations—particularly Francis, a guide with over 20 years of safari experience, whose knowledge and patience ensured I saw all the wildlife each park had to offer.
Here’s what you should know:
You will encounter an incredibly broad array of animals across these parks, each with its unique geography and concentration of species. I won’t spoil it for you, but we managed to see the Big 5, the Ugly 5, and every animal in between. Trust Francis when he advises patience or tells you it’s time to move on. He is in constant radio communication with other guides and has a deep understanding of animal behavior, so you’ll quickly triangulate on rare sightings.
The pre-booking logistics were seamless. Communication was done via WhatsApp, and the booking process was straightforward. Pesapal is the payment platform used, and while I had some trouble using certain credit cards, don't worry—it’s legitimate. The Cherish Africa team was responsive and helped me troubleshoot any issues.
The accommodations and food at each stop were comfortable and authentic. Each lodge had its own unique charm, and I was pleasantly surprised each time. I booked somewhat last minute, so at Lake Naivasha, I wasn’t able to stay at the intended lodge and had to stay at a local hotel instead. However, that was understandable from my perspective.
The only drawback of trying to visit four parks in seven days is that it obviously involves long drives between parks, in addition to the hours spent in the vehicle during game drives. This would be the case with any safari operator, but depending on your age and comfort in a land cruiser, you may want to opt for a longer safari duration or visit one fewer park. I had read many reviews about attempting four parks in one week, so I was prepared (and excited) for the long days.
Overall, Cherish Africa Safaris delivered a well-rounded safari with excellent value, and I would highly recommend them to anyone!

An unforgettable Safari experience: exceptional from start to finish
My experience with Solo Safari Update was excellent from start to finish. Communication was incredibly fast and professional, Xavier sent two detailed quotes very quickly and answered all my questions right away. He was flexible, responsive, and very easy to deal with.
Everything was perfectly organized and reliable. The safari itself was unforgettable—our guide was amazing and went above and beyond to ensure we saw the Big Five, which we did on the very first afternoon! The hotels were fantastic, and the overall experience was outstanding.
I would recommend Solo Safari with my eyes closed!

Once in a lifetime experience.
I'm very grateful for our experience with Safari Vacations! We did a 4 day trip that included seeing the Rwandan Genocide Memorial in Kigali, a chimpanzee habituation trek in Kibale National Park, and a Gorilla trek in Bwindi National Park. Leading up to the trip, Jason, the Director, was very communicative and I appreciated his prompt responses to my questions. Darius, our guide and driver, was very kind and was responsible for picking us up from the airport and driving us to our destinations. I expected long travel days, but have to admit the days were longer than expected. I'm glad we went to Kibale but in retrospect I think I would have built in another stop or day to break it up a bit. It ended up being ~7.5H in the car to drive from Kigali to Kibale and then ~6H the following day to drive back down from Kibale to Bwindi. Seeing the chimpanzees was a cool experience, but seeing gorillas in Bwindi was what really made our trip memorable. Bwindi was a beautiful park and it was special getting to spend time with gorillas in their natural habitat.
The lodges we stayed in were definitely rustic but everyone was very kind and the food was good.
The trip was expensive, but I think considering seeing gorillas and chimpanzees in their natural habitat was a once in a lifetime experience it was worth it. I also appreciated that the money for the permits contributes both towards the animals' conservation and towards the local economy. All in all I would recommend Safari Vacations to friends and family!
