Morning star were accommodating, responsive, friendly and attentive.
The communication from morning star was consistent throughout, they continued to check on us and answer all our questions in a timely manner before we booked up until we landed. Joysharon also continued to check on us thought the trip to make sure everything was going well. They were very attentive and accommodating. We were a big group of 11 with some of the people being added on at a later date. No changes or queries were ever a concern and Joysharon would always try to resolve these changes quickly. Joysharon provided suggestions of places to stay and these were all incredible with the views, the experience and the service within the accomodations, especially within the zebra valley camp. This accomodation exceeded expectations.
The communication with the tours guides willy and Alex was impeccable, they always explained everything and their knowledge was incredible. They went above and beyond to give us the best safari they could. At times they made slight changes to the itinerary for the day to better our experience so we could enjoy the safari more. Morning star was reliable and the whole experience for where we stayed, the activities and the safaris was defiantly a great value for money. We did an 8 night safari and went to a number of parks ( lake Naivasha, Massi mara, lake Nakuru and the ol pejeta conservatory). We saw the big 5 and ugly 5. We met and got to experience the last northern white rhinos up close and some of the other rhinos, the ol pejeta conservatory looks after. We also got to experience a night safari at this park. We also visited the Massi mara village, completed a night downer and had 2 bush breakfasts which we as a group loved within the Massi mara. We would definitely book a safari again with morning star.

This was an amazing, unforgettable experience. Guide/drivers were all very easy to talk to and get along with. The service provided was phenomenal, they went above and beyond to make every aspect enjoyable. It is well worth every cent. I trusted they knew what was best for us and had our best interest in mind and they definitely did! We saw so many animals!

And what can we say about our guide John — always punctual, attentive in finding the best views during our 7 days of safari, and very careful driving on the crowded roads all the way to our drop-off in Watamu. The only thing to improve would be having air conditioning in the vehicle for the long stretches. Asante sana to the entire Jungle Roam team, you gave us an unforgettable safari experience!

Wonderful experience
Thank you Wings Of Africa for giving me one of the most wonderful experience climbing up Kilimanjaro. The climb is tough but without the support of the team I wouldn’t have made it to the roof of Africa. Each and everyone there was amazing. They are more than just a team they are like family. Very good communication and advises for planning the trip
All from start of the planning to the actual safari was really good. Monkey Adventures took care of us all way.
They gave us different options and described them well and even with a lot of mail from our side with different questions about safari, they always answered politely and professionally.
We had a great time in Naivasha and Masai Mara.

Francis is the highlight of my 7 days safari ..
Our recent adventure with Jungleroam Adventures was nothing short of a dream come true – a trip of a lifetime that exceeded all expectations! From the moment we began planning, their responsiveness and dedication were truly exceptional. Every question was answered promptly, and every email felt personalized. It was clear they put a lot of care into planning our adventure. In my research of different safari operators, I found that Jungleroam had the best value for money.
We were so lucky to have Francis as our guide. He has an incredible eye for spotting animals, and his knowledge of their behavior was impressive. What really stood out was how knowledgeable he was about the entire ecosystem, explaining the intricate relationships between the animals, the land, and the people who live there. Being a Kenyan native, he clearly has a deep connection to the land. We really appreciated his genuine enthusiasm. Even though he's seen these animals countless times, he was just as excited as we were when we encountered lions, rhinos, and thrilling chases. It made the experience even more special.
The lunches were a definite highlight. The hotels served delicious, fresh-cooked meals, served family-style, with a variety of meats, vegetables, rice, and lentils. The lunch boxes were also very good.
The accommodations were all excellent, with sopa naivasha being our favorite. Falling asleep to the sound of lions roaring in the distance was a dream come true. We wish we could have spent more time in Masai Mara .
We highly recommend jungle roam Adventures to anyone looking for an unforgettable safari (and particularly Francis for a guide). They truly go above and beyond.
