Unforgettable Safari Experience.
5/5

Our safari with Nyange Adventures through Lake Manyara and Serengeti was incredible! We saw so many animals in their natural habitat, and the expertise of the guide made each moment more enriching.

Great value for money!
5/5

I thoroughly enjoyed the safari, great value for money. Our driver was Solomon (he's a contractor for the agency), a great guide and guy. I felt he was going the extra mile so that we will have a good experience and I feel I got way more than I was expecting which is always a good feeling to have. The camping, Sankale Mara Camp, was great as well (at this price) with clean accommodation (tents with bathroom and shower) and good prices for drinks (no wifi tho, I had an eSIM anyway, and limited electricity, but enough to charge devices). Better to pay cash for the tour, to avoid the card surcharge: there's an ATM across the road from the agency (they took me there) which didn't charge me any fee. Although I'm not a big fan of tipping I was happy to give at the end as I was both satisfied with the service and mindful that more than half of what I paid for the tour went to park fees. Unless you are a big animals buff, 3d2n tours are enough for Maasai Mara. I'd also recommend going in low season, unless you are particularly interested in the great migration, as even in this period my feeling was that there are many safari cars in the park, I can't imagine how crowded it might be in high season (plus the fact that the park fees is double). We had great weather at end of March, just a few drops of rain in our second day in the evening.

Raymond African Safaris—unforgettable adventures, breathtaking wildlife, and a guide who feels like
5/5

I can't say enough great things about Raymond African Safaris and the man behind it, Raymond himself. I first met Raymond when he led a safari for me and my friends, and what started as an incredible guided experience quickly turned into a lasting friendship.

From the moment we set out, Raymond's deep knowledge of the land, wildlife, and local culture made every moment unforgettable. He has an uncanny ability to track animals, and thanks to him, we witnessed some of the most breathtaking sights—majestic lions on the hunt, a massive herd of elephants up close, and even the elusive leopard lounging in a tree. Every day felt like a scene straight out of a documentary, only better, because we were living it.

But what truly sets Raymond apart is his passion and warmth. He doesn't just lead safaris—he creates experiences that stay with you forever. Whether it was sharing stories around the campfire, explaining animal behavior with incredible detail, or making sure we always felt safe and comfortable, he went above and beyond in every way.

If you're considering a safari, do yourself a favor and book with Raymond—you won’t just get a guide; you’ll gain a friend and memories that will last a lifetime.

Pride of Africa Adventures are top class and provide an unforgettable trip
5/5

From start to finish, our experience with Pride of Africa was absolutely incredible! Organizing a trip for a group of eight girls is no easy task, but they handled everything seamlessly. The team were so welcoming, making us feel at home right away, and their attention to detail ensured that we never had to worry about a thing.

Our guides, Washington, Tom and Stephen, were not only knowledgeable but also passionate, sharing fascinating insights about the wildlife and landscapes, making every moment exciting and educational. Every part of the trip was well-planned, from comfortable accommodations to smooth transportation and unforgettable game drives ensuring we saw all the animals on our bucket lists.

We always felt safe, well-cared for, and truly immersed in the beauty of nature. This was a once-in-a-lifetime adventure, and we couldn’t have asked for a better company to make it happen. Highly recommend Pride of Africa Adventures—thank you for the memories!

Once in a lifetime African experience!
5/5

Compass Odyssey planned our 15-night stay in southern Africa for us and another couple and we could not have been happier with the accommodations, the guides, the tours, the food, etc. We stayed in Cape Town for 4 nights, Franschhoek for 3 nights, Victoria Falls for 3 nights, Chobe for 2 nights, ending up at Shinde Camp for 3 nights. The whole experience was so well planned with wonderful guides as well as a little relaxing time as well. We felt that the time we stayed at each location was perfect. The guesthouses we stayed at were very accommodating with friendly and helpful staff, great food, and comfortable rooms. We especially enjoyed our guides and drivers (Garth, Mortimer, BK, and General) who were so knowledgeable with history and facts as well as having fun and pleasant personalities. The communications leading up to the tour were informative and comprehensive and while we were on the trip we stayed in touch with Darren who was there to answer any questions we had or to just tell him what a great time we were having. We always felt well taken care of by the guides and Compass and are eager to refer them to friends who may be considering a trip to Africa!

The best trip in Kenya ever!!!!!
5/5

These past few days have been the best experience ever! Fiona and David were so helpful, answering all my questions and making sure everything was perfectly arranged. Every day of the trip was a surprise! I made a last-minute decision to come to Kenya, but thanks to Fiona’s quick responses, everything went smoothly. There were no language barriers at all—everything went smoothly, and all my questions were answered. Big thanks to my travel agency for helping me with everything! I even got to see all of the Big Five on the savannah! I’ll definitely be back. Huge thanks to Fiona and David!

Perfect experience !
5/5

Our 3-day luxury safari to Serengeti and Ngorongoro was an experience of a lifetime! From start to finish, everything was perfectly arranged, making our trip seamless and stress free. The accommodations were top-notch, offering breathtaking views and excellent service that truly made us feel pampered.

One of the highlights was the balloon safari over the Serengeti an absolutely magical experience! Floating above the endless plains as the sun rose was surreal, and seeing wildlife from above was unlike anything we had ever experienced before.

Our guide, Micky, was simply outstanding. His deep knowledge of the parks, wildlife, and local culture made every game drive even more special. He spotted animals with ease and provided insightful explanations about their behaviors, making the safari both educational and exciting. His professionalism, friendliness, and passion for nature truly set this journey apart.

Ngorongoro Crater was equally spectacular, offering some of the most incredible wildlife encounters. From lions to rhinos, we saw it all up close in their natural habitat.

Overall, this luxury safari exceeded all our expectations. If you’re looking for a well organized, breathtaking adventure with an expert guide, this is the way to go! Highly recommended!

Knowledgeable
5/5

We had a great experience with Golden Rwanda. They maintained good communication with us ahead of time. We had a big group and had 4 safari jeeps with 4 guides. They were prompt, cheerful, enthusiastic, and full of useful info about everything we saw in the park. The drivers were responsive to our requests on timing and stops. Highly recommend this company!!

Extraordinary Indeed!
5/5

I was not lucky enough to meet Maereg on my amazing trip to Ethiopia, but I did meet his brother and many of their friends. If you have managed to find their listings, you are already on your way to something life-changing.

I can’t remember how I found EET in the first place, but it must have been some kind of destiny the way it all worked out. It takes a bit of a leap of faith for people, even me, to trust and believe in those you meet on the other side of the planet. But when you do find them, they are usually keepers. I can not recommend this outfit highly enough.

Knowing very little about Ethiopia before I arrived there, I relied on Maereg to plan my trip. He never disappointed. Exceptional lodgings, challenging sometimes but ultimately remarkable for Africa, comfortable vehicles, everything carefully attended to, and the remarkable relationships I will remember forever. There are doubtless many choices when planning a visit like this, and the priceless lesson I learned there is that if you have the courage to ask people like Maereg and his brother Abay for help. and the willingness to put yourself in their hands, you will all come out ahead.

These folks planned what turned out to be an unforgettable tour of Omo Valley, and meetings with several tribes there. The short version of this story is that the experiences I had there included becoming some kind of honorary and valued member of the tribe, or at least an exceptional ally. I learned more about life and myself in one afternoon there than I could possibly explain in even this long review. I also visited the Danakil Depression on a tour they planned for me. This was also an invaluable experience, but also emotionally difficult in many ways. It is not an easy place to visit. I suggest you do some thorough research so you are prepared. I was not.

When I visit Africa, four separate times now, at least a third of the countries there, I am amazed, enlightened, changed, and sometimes heartbroken. It takes special people to join you on a journey like this. EET strives for this instinctively. They seem consumed with guaranteeing their clients have important, memorable experiences there. I just can not thank them enough.

Highly Recommended!
5/5

From the moment I received the response from Robert regarding my questions of a family safari trip in Kenya, I knew Fika was a dependable agency. Robert was courteous and considerate, expressing his points of view and recommendations in neutrality. While the process from customizing the itinerary, specific accommodation, to final booking and payments was smooth, the real gem came in after arrival in Nairobi and the tour itself. Not only did Robert come and meet us for a briefing (despite all had already been clear on the itinerary sheet) on the first day, he also checked in via texting during the journey, making sure my family and I were happy, safe and sound. The lodges and tented camps we stayed at were above expectation: amenities, comfort, food and services were all commendable.
And our guide, John (W. Kariuki), was just fantastic. With many years of experience in guiding safaris (and hikes), he’s knowledgeable of the wild life and food chain dynamics, and laudably respectful of the nature. He’s reliable and thoughtful, making sure we were comfortable. For instance, I mentioned in passing that we loved any fruit in season (i.e. mangoes), which he took a mental note of and had in his plan (and did) to buy mangoes on the way! I was also impressed by his calm demeanor during “crisis”. We had a flat tire towards the end of a game drive; with no show of frustration (spare tires didn’t really fit!), he just got it sorted and done. Oat the end of the final game drive, he surprised us with drinks and finger food served at the Poacher’s Lookout, appreciating the plains west of the Amboseli ecosystem and Kilimanjero, with the music from Out of Africa.
Above all, what I truly appreciated was that there’s no “incidental” visit to tribes/villages (most of which were tourist traps, in my personal opinion) and, to fight deforestation, we were given by Fika 2 bags of Acacia seeds coated in charcoal dust to spread in the national parks!
Thank you, Fika, for such a memorable safari!
