One word: amazing!! It’s starts from the offer to the booking, we were able to speak with someone who also speaks German. So the communication was really easy. Norina helped as a lot and was always replying really fast back and also explained things multiple times to make everything clear. She was there for us from the beginning to the very end! I asked different companies for offers and Wakanda had the best price with the best things included. We arrived in Arusha from Zanzibar and our Guide was already waiting for us. He gave us some small presents and explained us the next days. He told us a lot about the culture, the animals and the people that live here. He tried everything that we saw the best animals!! Always so helpful, sympathetic and caring. Tom was really the best guide we could asked for!! Our hotel for the night was really beautiful and the staff really nice.
