Value for money
5/5

We had a well planned budget tour, with some accomodation which beat our expectations. Food was basic but hearty. There were some hiccups along the way but all were resolved quickly. Our tour agent Suzy was responsive and WhatsApp and always happy to help accommodate any changes we requested such as a last minute bush dinner or change to a private tour.

BEAUTIFUL SAFARI IN TANZANIA
5/5

My safari in Tanzania was truly incredible. The landscapes were stunning, the wildlife unforgettable and everything was perfectly organised. We saw elephants, lions, giraffes and many other animals up close — an absolutely magical experience. The lodges were comfortable and immersed in nature, making the whole trip even more special.

I highly recommend this safari: it was beautiful from start to finish.

Very organized and luxurious and multiple options about what to do.

Adventure of a life time and I will highly recommend it to anyone who wants to see the wonders of the Okavango Delta. Great overall service and engagement and the food was great too. Ms. Lesego was instrumental in helping plan around my budget and was very communicative. Good luck to bon voyage to everyone. "Ke a leboga, rra !"

Lovely friendly local company, trip ticked all the boxes!

VIC FALLS TO OKAVANGO.. Pamela in reservations responded to our many emails quickly and with all the details, information & advice we needed. The trip was planned perfectly and we were very surprised by the standard of the accommodation, everything was perfect and covered all the things we wanted to see. We found it really good value for money and had our own private driver (another Pamela) who had everything in hand with collection times, tickets, tours & game drives all running smoothly. We had a WhatsApp group set up to keep us updated and was very helpful with questions etc. it was an amazing fun tour and would definitely use Africa Zim again. Thank you for a very memorable holiday to Zimbabwe & Botswana.

Her nickname “short walk”! lol
5/5

Jannet was our fabulous tour guide for Victoria Falls. We were fortunate to be her only guests for this walking tour. She was fantastic. On-time, knowledgeable, friendly, understandable, and very funny. Being senior citizens (66 & 72 lol), we were a bit apprehensive with the upcoming walk and 16 viewing spots at the Falls. She made sure we were ok. The funny part was she pretty much referred to ANY destination as just a “short walk” (even the long ones that were FAR from a “short walk”! We stopped when we needed to, treated her to lunch and have maintained a text friendship after the tour. We were very fortunate to have Jannet as our guide! 💜

The best holiday of my life so far although full of highs and lows (which could have been avoided).

5 stars to super eagles for communication before and during the trip - Daisy was very helpful and arranged mid-range accommodation for me.

Francis the driver was knowledgeable, calm and friendly and did a wonderful job spotting the animals and showing us the big five, although on the last day he ran over a dog which was extremely deflating! Little remorse was shown and with careful driving this should have been avoided. Shameful that we didn't check on the dog either. I was also provided with a driver in Amboseli who admitted he was drunk and had TEN beers that day and tried to encourage me to stop for a drink! He was friendly but not professional.

Seven wonders agency in Tanzania were not as effective at communicating and arranged for an inadequate people carrier to take us through Ngorongoro to meet the other tour group members. Ally the driver struggled with the vehicle and lost control of the wheel. We were very close to driving off the cliff. Thankfully he steered into the skid and others stopped to help push the car away from the cliff edge. This could have been avoided if we were in a sturdy 4x4 land rover/cruiser!

Simba was my friendly driver in Tanzania, although i would have loved a little more information The lunches provided in Tanzania were much better quality than those in Kenya.

Also super eagles kindly stored my luggage at their headquarters. Either whilst at the office when my bag was in the car, or when I had to exit the vehicle when driving to Nairobi airport, i had 100 euros stolen from my bag. Its a shame but was originally intended to be drivers tips. Always carry your bag and valuables with you. I was lucky they didn't take the lot and my laptop!
.
All that being said, I still had an adventure of a lifetime that opened my eyes to heaven existing on earth! A truly magical, spiritual and unforgettable experience of which i am very grateful to super eagles for organising it for me!

Great communication and follow-up
5/5

We appreciated the clear information, options and instructions from Lana and the finance and insurance teams. They answered all of our questions and corrected small problems quickly. My only suggestion is that I would have appreciated receiving the name and Whatsapp/phone number of our driver/guide Abbas Mugabe in advance. He was outstanding in every way.

Excellent experience!
5/5

Incredible experience. Everything was practical and very well organized. Our biggest fear was the language because we don't speak English very well, but we received very efficient service, with all the information explained in a straightforward way, from booking the package to the safari itself. Everyone was amazing: the staff, the guides, the drivers, and the hotel employees. Our experience couldn't have been better. I highly recommend it!!!!!

Family safari to Samburu and the Masai Mara
5/5

Our family safari to Samburu and the Masai Mara was unforgettable. The views were amazing, from Samburu’s rugged hills to the wide plains of the Mara. We saw rare animals like the gerenuk and Grevy’s zebra, plus lions, elephants, and giraffes who seemed to enjoy posing for us. Visiting a Samburu village gave us a real feel for their traditions, while meeting the Maasai and watching their famous dance made us realize we should probably stick to clapping instead of jumping. The bush dinner under the stars was magical, and the hot air balloon safari gave us bird’s‑eye views that even the eagles would envy. The service, hotels, transport, and our guide were all excellent. The private safari gave us quality family time and plenty of laughs. I would choose Tusafiri Savannah again.
